They emailed me to send the merchandise back at my expense and then they would refund my purchase price. It cost more to send back to China than I would get from them in refunds. Do not do business with a firm that does not have a USA address.

Banggood risolved my problem with e-mail

Starr refund procesd now via paypal. This company is bogus. You wont get any satisfaction from them. How folks keep ordering from them is amazing!

Order can take months - if u do receive will come in dribs & drabs. They burnt me once so I will never ever Oder again. Communication is shocking - quality really really poor.

I don't work for bang good. So I don't know where it is. If your item is made in another country then it could take weeks to receive it. It has to go through customs.

I guess you didn't read all the reviews before ordering from these. From my own experience, you'll be lucky to receive it at all. If you do receive it, there's a very good chance that it'll be damaged due to extremely poor packaging. I thought that by buying through Paypal I'd be protected too but unfortunately the banggood customer service, (Hmmm! Not sure why I even called it customer service), will tie you up in knots for so long that you'll miss the opportunity to claim a refund through Paypal and even when Banggood do say that they'll give you a refund and the case is closed, you probably won't get the refund at all. I didn't get my promised refund. Well that's only my experience and that of oh sooooooo many other people that have had the misfortune of trying to buy something from this rabble.

Yup, gotta wait 4 to 6 weeks. That's why I rated them. Poor. Also the tracking numbers they use are worthless

I would wait To least a month before I was concerned. Did you pay extra to track it?

If you are based in EU you may be liable for extra customs charges since this Chinese supplier does not pay the real customs fees, by putting a lower price on their invoice. Consequently, your items may be held until the extra fees get paid... adding extra time and cost.

It will probably take at least a month to get it.

It is coming from China. You won't get it for awhile. You can contact the company direct.

If you don't receive it soon, I would contact PayPal and file a complaint--they will help. Smart that you used PayPal as your means of paying for the order.

Just like Aliexpress and eBay. Banggood is just a website where suppliers list their item. You are not directly dealing with Banggood but with the seller. If sellers have truckloads of goods to send overseas. Then you're in big waitng $#*!. Takes more than 6 weeks to a month before you get hands on your item if it works as they described it. Enjoy.

After over 30 emails I finally got the majority of my money back from this bunch of shysters. Absolute scumbags that I will never deal with again. I had to threaten them in every way possible and was about to contact the Chinese Embassy and all the UK newspapers about them when they finally agreed to pay me. Firstly they asked for tracking numbers for sending the goods back that were unsuitable. There were not tracking arrangements because the goods were sent back via the Royal Mail. I sent proof of postage but they wouldn't accept that and after trying every trick in the book they tried to get me to accept half the money due. The knew that I would never give up and write every day until finally they put the money back in my account. Unfortunately, there is no "0" star rating because if there was there would be over 400 "0" stars.

As has been said... 4-6 weeks at least,... And the tracking number is worthless until it gets to the customs port in the U.S.A., I have done business with them again, but no longer will for anything I can't wait at least 2 months for... Some stuff is ok, but they suck as a business or being considerate to customers, they only want your money and don't care after that... If there's a rating below snake belly, they get it...

You can attempt to file a claim at PayPal, but I assure you that this will put a wrench in any attempt to do anything w/this company. None of the Chinese companies will do anything for a minimum of 45 days, and sometimes it can take that long. Needless to say, the mail system, from personal experience, if there is a legit problem, they will handle it in a very timely manor. I have had more than 60 individual orders from Banggood, and with they approx. 10 times I had to contact Customer Service, resolution was found and refunds were posted within a couple of days. Banggood is Hands Down Better Customer Service than any other Over seas company I have ever dealt with in the more than 50 years I've been moving around. It has only been a couple weeks, and believe me, I'm the most impatient person I know! Hopefully you paid for and received a tracking number so, we the impatient, can locate the exact location of your package. You'll also learn to pay for expedited shipping, this way your order is watched for and individually monitored as well as rapid shipping so you don't have to wait. Hope this helps!

It comes on "slow boat from China" or wherever cheap products are made. It can take weeks. Nothing from this comany is worth whatever deal you found.
