I bought a 15$ small umbrella only to discover that the item I received was a cover for an umbrellas not an actual umbrellas claiming that it can be used against rain? Isn't' the whole point of umbrellas is to be water resistant?(https://i.ibb.co/qp46gDL/umberlla.png) If you VIEW this item from their MOBILE APP you will not see the whole name of the product which the seller abused to scam people into thinking that the product is an actual umbrella.
His main picture for that product is a picture of an umbrella not an umbrella cover. Also charged 15+ USD for a poorly made plastic cover. When I asked banggood for a refund they said in the item detailed description you can see its a cover, WHO WOULD DO THAT someone who looks at an item in a shop if you see an umbrella and ask for seller to buy it then the guy gives you an umbrella COVER instead of UMBREALLA because this was written under the displayed umbrella would that justify this

You can clearly see that BanGGood is siding with the seller instead of the buyer even though the seller is clearly on the wrong (Misleading title, Misleading MAIN picture).

In the attached pictures you can find my experience with BanGGood support and how they try to buy me for 200 points on their website thinking that I will consider buying again... I even game them a chance to refund me but I guess 15$ is worth more to them than their reputation. I guess now I know why people stick to Aliexperss and DHgate on the Chinese market

Never have I ever seen a company that is supposed to be a professional Laptop maker take so long to respond to my messages.

I bought a Laptop from their Official Shop on Aliexpress and paid 100$ for DHL express shipping on 4-6-2021

THE tracking number provided is wrong and different courier than request on purchase and I even contacted the courier company and they confirmed that to confirm if the shipping ID is correct or not (which by the way I shouldn't even had to bother doing since it's the responsibility of the seller) they confirmed that the tracking number provided doesn't even exist in their system.

After countless of messages on Twitter and DMs in Aliexpress they finally replied and told me that I was right the tracking number is wrong and they will provide a DHL tracking number for the item that was over 7 Days ago. I have yet to receive the correct tracking number.

Currently, I'm on a dispute with them. And as usual Aliexpress support is the worst you had to contact the bot and go back and forth to get a human agent. (EVEN THOUGH I'M A 5+ Year non-stop paying customer) they still won't provide an acceptable support. I have decided that this will be my last purchase with Aliepxress as well because of how trashy they treat their long time customers.

Overall, I would defiantly recommend you not to buy from this vendor or aliexpress for that matter.

If you are looking for a well priced Chinese made laptop I would suggest chuwi, and if you're looking for high end chinese Laptop try Xiaomi both mentioned companies have good reputation.

I have been buying a lot of products from Aliexpress through out the years now.
I can frankly say that their overall support has degraded noticeably.

Previously talking to an actual agent wasn't a hassle. Nowadays it will take you going back and forth to convince the bot to transfer you to an agent a method used to bore the customer and to save few bucks at the cost if customer convenience.

My last purchase experience was the last nail on the coffin. This is where I decided to not stay silent.
Aliexpress keeps siding with the seller even I provided many evidence that the seller is clueless and don't know what they are doing. ORDER ID FOR REFERENCE: **************

I Paid extra cash to have this item shipped with DHL. The seller ended up providing a FedEx tracking ID. Non the less I decided to ignore this and waited few days and noticed that the status hasn't changed and still pending pickup. I then decided to follow up with FedEx and they said that that tracking number doesn't even exist in their system. So I contacted the seller and they said they will contact them a process that took 5 days only so they get back to me and tell me that my shipment is with DHL. I then asked for the tracking number number which they haven't provide until this day. I have sent countless less reminders with no use.

I then decided to contact Aliexpress only for them to tell me to wait for more days to open a dispute. "KEEP IN MIND I PAID EXTRA FOR DHL SHIPPING" Which is not acceptable at all. Even if the shipper manages to ship the item I will not accept it if it exceeds the average delivery time for a DHL express shipment.

I now have decided to move to Banggood because they have more shipping locations. My last purchase didn't take as long as my previous Aliexpress shipments has one and it was a standard free shipping.

Keep in mind that I involved Aliexpress with my issue even in Twitter, but I guess I don't have enough followage for them to consider me a risk to their reputation so they chose to ignore me.
