The service has been good all the way and not nechaev i regret for having ordered something from them. They link us with so many sellers and choosing the perfect thing that you want is actually very easy if you know what you are looking for. If you are far then it will take some time to get your items delivered.
I ordered a replacement part - a threaded rod for my 3D printer. Waited for 90 days. Never received it. Refused to give a full fund. They only offered the banggood points so you can use it towards for next item for discount. Shame on them. Worst online shopping experience, period!
Spend a few bucks more and get something that actually works. The only thing worse than a Chinese product is Chinese service. The readers digest version of my (only) perches was... product not as advertised, didn't work and took two months to receive. Just remember that you credit card company will fight them for you. Banggood needs to be shut down!

I have ordered from them in the past and had no problem (other than long waits) but this time is different.
I ordered from them in January with estimated delivery before Valentine's day. Near the end of February and they haven't delivered. Efforts to get any information at all are always met with the reply "wait".
The customer service cannot provide any delivery information, tracking information, or customer services.
Refund requests are met with polite requests to wait longer. I think they hope customers will give up on them. It looks like Banggood is a scam company.
No one at Banggood is able to resolve problems.
Don't waste your money or time with this retailer.

I ordered a gift for my daughter, a DIY doll house last december, until now we haven't received the package. I sent a query to the service and they promptly replied that I might need to check the local postal office if the package was dropped there for whatever reason. We checked even though if you receive anything thru postal, they will send a notice which we didn't receive. I communicated this to Banggood, twice, i have yet to receive any replies from them. I don't want to think they're trying to ignore me, so please reply to my emails, or give me a refund. At least I can get something different for my daughter.

Excellent help, have made several orders from this company without any problem. Replaced an order without problem because it didn't work as it should. Shipping takes a while but not their fault, just be patient.
After waiting two weeks longer than they said it would take for shipping; the laser engraver I ordered arrived damaged. Dozens of emails and pictures later (and more than a month), they finally say the part will arrive in 15 days. It'd been 2 months and still no part; and repeated attempts for a refund are unanswered.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!

I had multiple windows open watching the countdown timer for the anniversary $9.9 sale.
All high items said sold out over 20 minutes before timer was set to expire. Nice scam to get you onto the site. I have ordered quite a few items form this site. First few arrived in decent time. Future orders took longer and longer. Waited 45 and 50 days for some. I am done with this crazy shipping.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with the right channel of a bluetooth speaker making a large whining sound and that channel never playing music. I wrote in and submitted a short video showing the sound problem and they responded within 24 hours offering to ship me another. Very quick and polite email. I am thrilled at how quickly they resolved my issue. Does make me want to test a product quickly before leaving it wrapped as a gift for an extra week. Superb Banggood.
I've made multiple purchases with Banggood, most of the 'hard to mess up' variety. All was well until my first electronic device. I ordered an SDR receiver, and as noted by other purchasers of the same product, it was missing a critical area of functionality. I pointed this out to Banggood, and they refused to refund or replace the item unless I provided video evidence of the problem. This evidence would consist of the device sitting there not working. It's unnecessary, and meant to discourage warranty claims. I will update if there is a change in status.

Received a defective drone that was also missing the 2 extra batteries I paid for. Tried to get a refund in first 2 days. Sent pictures as asked and then Was told to ship to China instead of US warehouse it came from. Not worth the effort to pay for shipping to China and then wait at least 6 weeks for a refund " maybe". Found out later Amazon has dealers that sells the same drone with the famous no Hassle Amazon return and refund process. Scam company in their customer service. Never buy directly from Chinese vendor again. Not reputable

I have been having trouble with Banggood for 3 months now, searching for my order my USB accessories. They dont maintain systematic tracking number or status nor respond via email. I lost hope and now ordered it from ChinaBuye as i need it pretty urgent for my business and received in 28 days without shipment delay as promised. I am not ready to take up the product if Banggood gonna send me and I want my money back.
Bought 2 pairs of shorts. Both pair were WAY too small. I sent pictures as requested showing they were the wrong size (tape measure@ waist). They still wanted more proof. This company never intended to correct the situation. Contacting my credit card company and all board of communication to warn everyone about this dishonest "so called" company!

Bought a phone on 26-06, tried to contact the customer service, but their only answer is robotic no proof of delivery or anything else. Just please wait a week and so on until now.
I've opened a dispute on Paypal and will convert it soon. They shield behind an hidden policy that says 60 days, but they advertise their delivery in maximum 15 days.

If you know what you're getting into, you can get some great deals for quality products. Please note, never buy anything from here if you are in a hurry. If you plan ahead and make your purchases here, you'll get some great deals. Always give them about 3 weeks for delivery.
Also, customer service will obviously be slower as they Banggood operates in the opposite time zone, but I have always been taken care of by them in the end.

I was so looking forward to receiving my 2 rc helicopters from banggood spending over $400 AU. They arrived the best part of 5 weeks later, when they arrived they were both damaged I sent them an email to tell them this and they said sorry to hear that we will give you 500 points LOL. I said I would not accept this as they were brand new and I would like them replaced. To cut a very long story short today 4/8/15 I got my refund phew. This purchase was started in early May. I would advise anyone buying from this site to pay a bit more and purchase somewhere else.

I received some shoes I had ordered. Within a half an hour 5 bits had fallen off. I contacted Banggood and they asked me to 'glue' them back on myself! Said it was because of the long hot postage! I have had no satisfaction and will recommend all my friends to stay away!

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
