Received a defective drone that was also missing the 2 extra batteries I paid for. Tried to get a refund in first 2 days. Sent pictures as asked and then Was told to ship to China instead of US warehouse it came from. Not worth the effort to pay for shipping to China and then wait at least 6 weeks for a refund " maybe". Found out later Amazon has dealers that sells the same drone with the famous no Hassle Amazon return and refund process. Scam company in their customer service. Never buy directly from Chinese vendor again. Not reputable
