I would caution you about buying anything from China. I purchased this unit as new via Bang Good's website paying it using PayPal and received a used unit. The unit cost was $69.99 but trying to return it to Hong Kong costs $120.00. After much argument with PayPal I got a credit without having to spend $120.00 for the return (only because I have used PayPal since 2001). Lesson learned, DO NOT buy anything from China and especially from Bang Good. Just saying... China is now 1950-60's Japan, shipping junk into the US market. Order takes more than 20 days to ship and the advertising on the site is deceptive. They ship from China... not the US. THERE IS NO tracking number. Customer service simply tells you to be patient because of customs clearance issues. I will never use them again.

I had to contact customer service because my smartphone malfunctioned. And it was one of the best and most positive encounters with any customer service. These guys are very helpful, polite and focused on actually solving my problem. They're responding very fast and always provide clear information on possible next steps of my return/refund claim. So if you're worried how your guarantee would work in another end of the world - just don't. It works perfectly.
I ordered two small items that were suppose to be in a US warehouse. According to website they were shipped out on. Oct. 27,2015. Today is Nov. 23,2015. When contacted via live chat I am told 7-20 business days. If they did the math they could see that it has been that long. Won't be doing business with this Asian Rodeo again.

Wong product shipped & no response from CS
Wong product shipped, filled the complaint form with all information required along with picture, still no response for customer service at all despite 3 submissions for the past 5 days.
So much for 24 hours reply notice/policy and they don't provide any other way to contact for such case but e-mail and now stuck with no response.

Promised 30 days shipment. Tracking indicated it still had not left china at 30 days. Customer service chat indicated I could not cancel because it had shipped and to was wait for 75 days. I opened case with paypal. Paypal paid me back after banggood did not respond to case. Got package about the same time as credit from paypal. Both boxes crushed because poorly packaged. One item did not match what I had bought entirely. So if you can't trust the description of the product and the shipping means that the product will be damaged while in transit and it takes over a month to reach you, i'd pay more to someone in us for product

Avoid at all costs. I paid immediately by Pay Pal. They said they shipped the batteries but nothing 3 months later. They will not correct their problems and will not refund the $ even after offering that option. Chinese rip-off specialists. I have done business with 100's of internet companies, and thank goodness most are honest and efficient. Not true for BangGood.
This is the worst company ever! I cancelled an order 5 minutes after placing it (after reading these bad reviews, which I should have read first). The assured me they would cancelled it and not charge my card.
The next day they said I had waited too long to cancel.
5 minutes is too long? I've worked in warehouses. Orders don't get placed in 5 minutes.
Banggoods deliberately ignored my cancellation so they could steal my money and send me products I don't want.
I contacted customer service several times and each time they said "Don't worry. Trust us. We will cancel."
Liars.

I've made two orders with few products and both orders came damaged and lowest quality on earth. They do false advertisements. A pair of "leather" shoes that were advertised with a discount from $400 to $40. This was a total scam. They were not even real leather, some soft plastic. I've thrown them in the bin. Totally RUBBISH!

Not one of my last few orders arrived within the estimated time because they will lie about shipping the item when in actual fact only the shipping label have been printed. It is a waste of time talking to the customer service as well. Honestly if you have a issue just bring it up with paypal, or better yet just avoid this lying company altogether

Camera shows not installed, no connection, when watching videos. Program stopped comes up frequently and I have to restart tablet.
There is a canned message to please email customer service. 6 days ago I did twice re a problem with my tablet not functioning. Still no reply. Horrible customer service so far. FOLLOWUP: They gave me instruction to download firmware from a download site. In CHINESE! Even with translator and passwords I could not download firmware. Order an item from them and it was sent with a cable missing, something that is unique to the product making it useless.
Rather than send me the missing cable which is worth about 20 they send email after email demanding pictures or videos of the item.
I'm not the only person to suffer at the hands of the (non existent) customer services complaints all over similar forums which I wish I had read before ordering.

Wish I could give them no star! The customer service seems to be helpful but all they do is copy and past pre-written transcripts. I purchased my items 3 months ago and I still don't have any shipping information available. For my Order Number: ******* (Android Box) on www.banggood.in, the Beijing Exchange Station has returned the parcel multiple times after been delivered to air transport.
Now since 12-Oct-2019, the package is untraceable and when contacted the live chat customer care they promised to revert via email in 24-48 hrs. With investigations.
With several security returns at the air transport and item been bagged multiple times, I have the apprehensions now that it is broken and/or lost, and therefore is untraceable.
Can any representative from banggood.in advise here?

I submitted a negative review about defective product and it never showed up on Banggood site so Banggood's product rankings are inflated. If you buy simple items and do not mind to wait for 20+ day for delivery then it is okay site. If there is a big chance your product might have issues (electronics,...) then I would go with another vendor with stronger customer support. In my case, for example, I was advised by customer support representative to "find someone who can test your item". It has been almost two weeks and this case has not been resolved yet.

Answer: Don't take their timing to being the truth. They take more time than they are suppose to. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
