I've purchased 3 items from them. First was an electric drill that I've been happy with. Second was a wrist watch that ran for about 6 weeks. Warranty is 30 days! Most recent was an 8" chain saw that came without a battery... sure enough although the ad states it has a battery if I had looked closely at fine print it say without battery. They will let me return it but has to be shipped to China at a cost greater than the saw!
I ordered an item gave my address, even paid extra for the shipping. Item was shipped to a pickup point in a different city. Noone helped to resolve, i was supposed to contact everyone and ask the pickup point to send it to me... or to visit a different city to get and order I paid extra money to receive on time... then i had to also pay extra, so i get to the city my item was delivered to...

I bought a drone in July and in October a second battery. Both batteries got swollen in the last month after using 10 times the drone!
1. They do not fit in the drone now so it is unusable
2. They are a fire and explosion hazard
I contacted for replacement and they told me that the warranty is 15 days! For a defective battery that is a fire or explosion risk!
They offered no solution! The drone costs $300 and the extra battery $50 and now the drone is unusable!
It is a known issue many users have it with these batteries. The drone is great for the money but you cannot use it for long due to the faulted batteries. Both the original one is unusable after 10 uses and the new one after 2-3.
After more than a month of not even receiving a working tracking number, i have to negotiate and convince the helpdesk person for a refund who was more interested in finding a easy way out... this happened on 3 different orders after paying 80 US$ in shipping. Still no refund

Ordered on 11/16 for Christmas! Item supposedly shipped on 11/16…. Within an hour. Oh no… that is just the first ploy. Maybe it shipped on 11/26. Maybe. Reached USA and was supposedly in transit to me on 12/9. Still haven't received…. Contacted customer service twice. Their response… nothing that they can do. Maybe I could sell it on the second market after I get it. No where on their site did it say that it was going to take 40 to 55 BUSINESS days until after I paid and it said it was shipped. I would have NEVER ordered if I would have known. 11/16 ordered and still haven't received on 12/26. Horrible!

Placed several orders about a month ago. All items showed "ships in 24 hours". 2 out of 3 I cancelled because it did not ship in more than a week. The last eventually changed to "shipped" but it did not really ship. I even phoned DHL to find out what is going on and the told me they are waiting on banggood. Its been a month and the order has not shipped. I even paid extra for express shipping. Support does not want to cancel it because of the false "shipped" status. Even the supervisor lied to me saying the item shipped when it clearly did not. Disapointed in banggood. I now have an order worth about 400 USD and no idea if\when I will get it. Will stick to amazon and gearbest from now on. I think even AliExpress is better

Orderered three times. Two out of three was with problems. First time my order was delayed by two month due I ordered item which out of stock. Okay, but why I can order item which out of stock?
First time I requested exchange and it was applied pretty fast. Unfortunately there is no option to cancel order and receive refund.
Second time was same problem. "exchange" process was extremely long. A half of hour or one hour. At the end exchange was not applied.
Hopefully it is not a big order, so no problems. But personally I think I cannot trust this store.

I bought a lamp from them and they sent me a different lamp. I answered all their questions, sent them photos and videos of what they sent compared to what they advertised, and after stonewalling for ages, they just lied and said the lamps were the same. They ignored my proof but provided none of their own. Banggood provide you lots of ways to contact their after sales service but they string you along without trying to help. In the face of hard proof, they will just lie. You may be lucky and receive what you ordered, but if you don't, be aware that their return and refund policies are empty promises. You will be stuck with whatever they decide to send you rather than whatever you ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Bought 3D printer Qidi X-Pro. Tried to return in 7 days and briefly described why I'm not so happy about it - they started asking questions like asking for video review of the problem, more information etc. Why would I want to spend another 5 hours to make a new 3d print and shoot a video (! Like I'm a video operator of some kind?) just to show at the end the model is not printed up to a good point where I'm happy with it. Not to mention the front panel is cheap plastic and so flimsy every time you push the screen it moves, the damn thing is trash and not met my expectations...
"Returns - 30 days No Questions asked" is not really no questions asked but they will ask enough so you want to quit, so I did. I will just sell the printer elsewhere as used and never come back on this site ever again.

Their customer service is garbage. It has been 7 weeks since my order was placed and they cannot locate my package, nor will they offer a refund. They offered a $10 credit and said that if it doesn't arrive in 2 weeks they will give a credit. They said the same 2 weeks ago but will not offer a refund.
Update: Just to give you a picture of how bad they are:
Nov 25, after 3 chat interactions and 2 emails telling me I need to track down my package myself and I need to wait for several more days: "We will need 2-3 days to check the problem of your order xxxx with the logistics company and our warehouse. We need to verify if the item is missing. Would you mind waiting for 3 days? After confirming the nature of this issue, we will contact you again. If there is still no update sent to you after 3 days, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Nov 30: Sorry, the reply we got is that most of the other ticket numbers of the batch of this ticket have been online and signed for. The absence of logistics information for this ticket may be that the goods have not been scanned or missed the scan on the end of the journey. Would you mind waiting for9 days?
2 of the 3 items were received quickly. The other shows the label was printed and it has not been scanned since. I ordered on Oct 8. They still will not refund my money for the item never shipped. They just keep trying to push me off for more time... it's ridiculous.

When you're asked to provide a photo or a scan of your ID to check that your credit card or post address is legit (Identity Appeal), they simply upload it on a public server, and that's all. Everybody over internet can access it.

When you ask them to delete your ID, they told you that they are unable to do so, they simply can't.
"We are sorry for that we unable to delete the 2 photos of your ID, please note that we only use photos to check whether it is the person, the photos also have Banggood watermark and will not be used for other purposes. Please rest assured."

Their product doesn't even qualify for a single star. Ordered a pair of shoes that looked good from their photo. The shoes arrived 5 weeks later and when I opened their poor packaging that was only a plastic bag I was so disappointed in what they had sent me.
After the 3rd week of not receiving the shoes I tried to contact their web site to cancel the order, and to my astonishment there was NO WAY. No address, no phone number, no email.
The shoes arrived 6 weeks after first ordered in the plastic bag. I was so disappointed in not only the craftsmanship but also the quality of the shoes. I wouldn't give them $5.00 for their shoes. Mailed back the shoes the next day, my postal cost $$23.03... called my credit card company and they refunded my purchase. Don't, don't, don't buy a single thing from this rip off company. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I wanted an open access DVD storage that could stack and still have easy access. Found what I thought was the right product and contacted their support team with my questions. They lied openly to me about the capabilities of the unit even after I clarified a second time with then. I ordered 6 units and when they came they niether fitted the DVD nor stacked or had easy access. After some very very painful communications they agreed to refund on 5 units and I didn't have to return, so, as I had no use for them as is, I disposed of them. Banggood then proceeded to challenge the refund in the 6th unit for some reason, even saying if I wanted a refund on the 6th I would, at my expense have to send back all 6. They ended up refunding about half the cost of the last unit so not too much out of pocket.
In Summary, the product descriptions were not accurate, they absolutely lied to get my business, communicating with them was the most painful experience and there are better product resellers out there. I will avoid Banggood.

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
