I had to contact customer service because my smartphone malfunctioned. And it was one of the best and most positive encounters with any customer service. These guys are very helpful, polite and focused on actually solving my problem. They're responding very fast and always provide clear information on possible next steps of my return/refund claim. So if you're worried how your guarantee would work in another end of the world - just don't. It works perfectly.

WOW, what a SCAM site. I have ordered goods in October and still didn't got them. Tracking information just shows some movement of goods in China, noting else. When i ask, after 2+ months for a refund, they refuse to refund me. But on their website it is written if a customer doesn't get goods in 60 days they will do full refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Do not waste your time or money. This website continues to take orders for a product that is not even in stock. So your order just says processing. It never ships. And when you request to cancel order that's when I found out item I ordered is out of stock. Use PayPal for refund. You will need a refund if you order anything.

So easy to use the web page. Very delighted with the product, not yet fitted and tried out.
They had the product I was wanting
Chose them to fit on my motorbike and seeing the advert looked really good
I ordered a drift car, a battery, and 4 wheels.
I received wheels but the package returned because of a Postnord delivery problem.
Banggood refunded my money. Then I ordered the same products again in July 20.
The estimated delivery date was 14 August and 2 Sept.
I noticed that the package was in Germany and said " It is waiting to be picked up by the local post".
But it has stucked in Germany. When I contacted customer service, they said that they had refunded the order.
And couldn't give me any clear reason why they couldn't deliver the packet.
By the way, I received another 4 wheels of the drift car.
Just now I had 8 wheels without the drift car. The customer service offered me 200 points for the compensation.
My first time shopping via Banggood was terrible.

Total scam. Ordered on the 26th of September. Promised sending max by 1st of October, delivered max by the 6th of October. Supposedly "protected by the extra Delivery Insurance". Now, the 11th, still didn't even sent it. Was in contact 5 times already, every time the same reply: Sorry, we will escalate, wait 24-48H for response. Never any response, nothing sent, nothing paid back. I gave up and reported to appropriate authorities on the grounds of embezzlement.

I would never recommend this company if there was a rating lower than -0 it will be Banggood their customer service is OK but they follow through I rather give my money to homeless people and help them at least I know they would be appreciate it they had no problem taking my money but they could not deliver my product almost 2 months later what a let down this company should be shut down and investigate and sued I advise everyone to stay away and run like Godzilla was after you. I will write a review every day until this place is shut down join with me. I am here to say a big thank you to banggood for being such a wonderful company. For taking responsibilities when things go wrong. This is really important. I ordered two dresses. For some reason I didn't receive them in time and decided to write to their customer service. It's not my first online order. I know how it works in general. Sometimes you can be lucky enough, sometimes everything goes wrong and you just lose money and can't get any refund. It happened to me, too.
When I was writing an email to banggood, I hoped, but didn't expect them to answer or refund or whatever else they could offer. However, I was surprised when I received a response within a couple of hours stating that if I want I can either ask for a refund or order again using a coupon/discount (not sure what it's called). Well, what I liked is how fast they were. They came with solutions without asking questions. I ordered again and received the dresses (it was in June). Just thank you for that. You know, not every website will work that way.
I purchased really expensive face masks and the site said they would be delivered in 2 weeks. Well, it has been 8 weeks. $35.00 for 10 masks and I have nothing to show. They told me to wait 43 more days! Do not buy from them! They are based out of China, so expect MAJOR SHIPPING DELAYS! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Important is to read the pdf manual from Atomstack website. The installation of the USB driver is inside the free software, so a normal plug and play like plugging an USB stick does not auto install the device. However my first tries on wood were an success, so I am very satisfied. Anyhow, I will try also some other laser heads on the setup, which seems to be easy to be modified, so great buy.

Totally awfull shop. I'm making a lot of orders from Europe warehouse. But they totally doesn't respect customer. They can't ship order 2 weeks. And customer support just have 1 answer wait 48hours you will receive mail about that, but you didn't receive anything. And going to write again, and you hear the same again wait 48 hours. Then one of the order i receive. It was chair, box was totally damaged, and gaming chair had 7 holes in leather. Open the case wait for 2 weeks till they replay and they offer to me 800points :D and start to ignore me in that case which i open in banggood page, so i decide open that in bank charge back. Never buy here again. They do not have any respect to customer. Also they remove negative feedback in reviews. They doesn't approve negative reviews so all of the order reviews are approved only the 4-5 stars reviews. Look to dates in pictures. Always lie from CS and they even can't ship order for a 3 weeks and cancel it.
