I ordered a phone last month, but i only use it a week, the voice can't work, i asked for return back, but the shipping is higher. I decided to buy a new phone from other china store.

Andriod box A95X f4 bought, broke after 5 months. After weeks of difficult communication and just having to wait I was told that it only has 90 days warranty. No new product no repair no money back. Gone money. This is how Banggood works so sell bad products and no service.

Total scam. Ordered on the 26th of September. Promised sending max by 1st of October, delivered max by the 6th of October. Supposedly "protected by the extra Delivery Insurance". Now, the 11th, still didn't even sent it. Was in contact 5 times already, every time the same reply: Sorry, we will escalate, wait 24-48H for response. Never any response, nothing sent, nothing paid back. I gave up and reported to appropriate authorities on the grounds of embezzlement.

I bought a chair from Banggod on May 2021. The chair never gave any problems until it suddenly broke in September 2022.

Since then I have contacted them more than 10 times only to be told they would reach out to me by email. It never happened, I checked everywhere in my email.

I cannot recommend you buy from them since they are deliberately trying to wear me down and make me give up my rights. I will go and press charges against them at an EU and national level for not following the law.

I am extreamly dissatisfied with banggoood! I ordered a JIMMY JV53 vacuum cleaner (order no: *******) and I received a pack without battery. I reported it to the Customer Service and more than 1 months ago I am just waiting for the solution. The said there is no replacement I have to wait, but for what? And how long I have to wait? For 1 year or what?!:@ now I am so dissappointed. I wont order anymore from banggood. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I am going to write negative feedbacks on every site where I can until I get a normal solution for my problem. By the way the original battery on the online shops is 80eur, so dont buy this crap vacuum cleaner. Wont worth it.

It took over one year to receive a refund for a defective product and I had to hire a lawyer in order to get the company to issue the refund. Their customer service policy states they will reply within 48 hours to customer questions/comments but they typically took a week to respond each time I tried to contact them.

We bought a Drone through Bangood. It didn't work Right out of the box. Hundreds of dollars. You can't call anyone. It's all messages. Took pictures of it trying to run. Sent it by message. Videos, explained what was wrong. They said we had to ship it back to China.
They said they would refund us the 77 dollars to ship it back to them. It took a long time getting through customs. Then we got a email saying it took to long and no refund. I did exactly what they told me to do. I did not get a refund and did not get my 77 dollars back for shipping. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Fraud on Order! - On a paid and then canceled order with order number ******* (cancellation confirmed by Banggood), the goods were still shipped days later and the payment was simply withhelded, although there was never a legally valid purchase contract. Paypal's buyer protection doesn't feel responsible at first, the support team has only been using delaying tactics for the past 2.5 weeks. Goods sent (dangerous goods because the lithium-ion battery has more than 100 watt hours) came with a normal parcel service without any dangerous goods marking. Human lives are at risk here. Last but not least, the battery is also different from the description...
I ordered twice from this fake-shop: the first and the last time. Scammers I can only warn others about! Don't be fooled by any guarantee promises or that the support will help you if there are problems... It's all a lie!

Az elsö szél generátor nem érkezet meg, semmi gond nincs ilyen elöforduk. Rendeltem még kettöt, meg is érkezet rendben. Felszereltem, sajnos a 12v az tényleg tizen két voltot csinál. Az akumlátor pedig 13-13,7v náltöltödik. Igy a feltöltöt akumlátor is lemerül... Ha ezt tudom 24v rendelek és elektronikával viszza szabélyzom 13,7v ra. Sajnos szép de szart sem ér. Több rendelésem volt önöktöl, Azok többsége remekül dolgozik Tiszteletel. Gobé

I have purchased a scooter from this vendor, the scooter was defective and broke down first requiring a replacement of the accelerometer and then would not turn on. The customer service was so slow that I ended up buying the replacement part from them rather than having it replaced at the cost of the seller. It took months to get support, then the scooter stopped working alltogether and it took months to figure out that the imbedded alarm system was the cause. It's been 5 months of the scooter not been operational and I still do not have any help from this company. I asked for a refund and although the delays were all a part of the slow response from the company, it appears I cannot replace or return the product.
I will never be ordering from BangGood again. I do not wish to be banged for good by any other of their unsupported products.

I received an email with an item at a special price but the order showed a higher price. Apparently there was a problem with the warehouse involved. I am wondering why I got the email anbd then could not buy the item at the stated price.
I had to purchase the item at the higher price. I have received a second email with the same lower price.

Generally the products are good, however, i recently thought i had bought a baseus polisher as the advertisement describes in detail the polisher and all the photos are of a polisher but in very small print is an A or aB which is the difference between receiving what you expected but instead receiving three foam polishing pads which can be bought much more cheaply in the uk
This episode has steered me towards buying products in the uj which come much quicker and their description is less likely to be misleading and of course we wre covered by uk trading standards
