I bought an electric scooter worth around €1000.
Integrated shipping with additional insurance to protect me.
Parcel arrived damaged and accepted with reserve. I assembled the scooter and it actually had a malfunction.
I promptly opened a ticket for assistance, but the ordeal began from there.
For weeks dozens of useless messages from assistance that always aimed to get around the problem.
I still haven't solved the problem and I paid for the repair at a service center at my own expense.
I consider it unacceptable that a new product with full warranty is not protected at all.
For this reason I strongly advise against BANGGOOD!
I recently purchased a dress as a gift. It arrived with a large ball of thread along an unfinished seam. I requested a refund/return for the item which cost $14.78. After claiming to lose pictures and stringing the matter out over a week, they offered $3 toward future purchases in lieu of a refund. After more emails, they refunded $7, claiming that they could not offer a full refund or return without explanation. I have all of the emails concerning this transaction.
After more than a month of not even receiving a working tracking number, i have to negotiate and convince the helpdesk person for a refund who was more interested in finding a easy way out... this happened on 3 different orders after paying 80 US$ in shipping. Still no refund

I have bough several things from this company and have not been happy at all. They send you pretty much junk or damaged products then they do not want to refund you! They also sell illegal products that they do not have permission to sell so if you are reselling anywhere you will get into trouble with the property owners, which happened to me.
Thier positive ratings, I believe, are faked. I have tried to leave feedback regarding products on their site and it would not let me so where are all the reviews coming from?
Here is a photo of my last order of goggles. They came all scratched you can barely see out of them and half the side plugs were missing on the goggles making them useless!

I am waiting for 2 orders one and a half month, the one is without a tracking number and the other is supposed to be shipped with DHL but it is claimed as not found in the system. Every time I contact them I get an automatic reply that increases the days I have to wait, first time was 20 days, then 40, then 70 and today it is 90 days! Best case they are not even at all professionals, worst case they are total scammers. Stay away from them!

Bought a drone and extra parts for my son's birthday. 2 weeks later the extra parts show up so I inquire about the drone. It's not in stock and they don't know if/when they'll get it back in. They refund the drone only after I file a dispute but now I'm stuck with useless extra parts that I paid for. This was a 6 week headache dealing with their robotic "customer service". I ordered two identical drones from this company and paid for them both. They sent me only one. After sending them numerous e-mails, photos, videos describing and proving the situation, they finally sent me the missing drone after about 16 days. The service dept. is slow but they came through at last.

If you count on that it is China, it's quite acceptable. Long (but free) delivery times, with exception of mobile phones and tablets usually not caught by czech customs. I'm missing search by product number (when I want buy something again, selected from several similar items with varying quality and price).
When there is a problem, it gets eventually sorted out, but you have to be patient. It's a good idea to write in simple english because of extensive use of google translate on the Banggood's side.

I have had to contact them so many times. Most of times good, BUT there is a package that has never arrived and they do nothing. So if you buy something remember that you have to pay an extra for insurance.
They are supposed to put it in the own price! Their business consist on sending items to people, they should assure they arrive!

I have bought multiple times without any problem and las week I had a problem with a product that didn't work and they have changed it to me without so much problem.

The company refuses to accept responsibility for defective products. I have uploaded screenshots where the company gives guarantees on its products without stability and not legally like all serious companies. One customer is told a different time guarantee and another customer is told a different time guarantee for two products of the same category. The conclusion is yours to make.

Banggood ripped me off for an RC remote they charged me for, yet never even sent. I also didn't receive my refund despite them telling me that it would take three business days (it's been almost two weeks so far). I also never received a tool I bought from them for about three dollars that they claim was sent. I have been a good customer for BG for many years for few thousands euro but with my last order I have to change my mind on this supplier.
After placing this order, Banggood requested to change shipping method and wanted an answer within 7 days, I answered within 4, as message was routed to my spam directory, and wrote many messages and got many different answers fm different depts, but none giving a solution. Today they cancelled the order as they never received any comment from me! At the end if I place an order for same item will cost me an extra 15%!

Imagine having to pay for shipping out of pocket for a product that came faulty, and refusing to refund until the package is returned to their return center, don't even imagine because this is the reality with Banggood. Absolutely the worst customer service and headache from resolving anything if your product is faulty.

Bitterly disappointed with customer service too.
The item I bought it cost 29 without the discount code at first.
Then I decided to apply the 10% discount code, and it was 26,40(final price) so I paid for this. However, to my surprise, I received a confirmation email saying I was charged 37,04!. I never saw this price on their website, otherwise I would have never bought it as it is pretty much 10 more!.
Therefore, I contacted the company to order a full refund and even I sent screenshots of every rate I saw before paying.
They did nothing but ignore my request. The only solution they gave me, it was 500 points which I won't use.
If the discount is based on the original price as they said, it should be clear in your website before paying, not increasing the price after paying.
I feel I have been deceived. They offer false advertising and charge for a price customers never authorize. Be careful!

I bought a drone in July and in October a second battery. Both batteries got swollen in the last month after using 10 times the drone!
1. They do not fit in the drone now so it is unusable
2. They are a fire and explosion hazard
I contacted for replacement and they told me that the warranty is 15 days! For a defective battery that is a fire or explosion risk!
They offered no solution! The drone costs $300 and the extra battery $50 and now the drone is unusable!
It is a known issue many users have it with these batteries. The drone is great for the money but you cannot use it for long due to the faulted batteries. Both the original one is unusable after 10 uses and the new one after 2-3.
I ordered a portable cooler with functions as a fridge as it has electrical inputs. Shipment was fast and speedy. On arrival after unwrapping from box I noted the lid had a dent on it. Worse was to come as the power did not turn on even after plugging the power cord in. I promptly asked for a refund but even after supplying photos and video of the problem I have not been contacted. The site keeps asking for photos and videos. I have tried emailing various accounts linked to banggood from which I ordered the product from but again no reply. What's worse is that I paid an extra insurance fee during ordering for product insurance and there is no instruction how this can be activated as well.
Stay away from this company especially if you expect prompt after service support.

Answer: Don't take their timing to being the truth. They take more time than they are suppose to. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
