Made a complaint regarding faulty goods and received no contact for over three months until I put a review on SiteJabber. Was contacted next day but having sent them the details again all has gone totally quiet. Steer clear of the Banggood site they don't know what consumer satisfaction means.

Once ordered and already trouble.
Order paid and arrived well after some time.
Unfortunately, the product was different than in the pictures, so I sent it back.
Everything documented by e-mail, but the purchase price was not refunded.
Never ever again ordering from Bang Good!
Can only strongly advise against!

I recommending avoiding buying shoes from this company.
I ordered a pair of their casual shoes to my correct size (8.5 mens) and received shoes at least 3/4" too long. Wearing them, my toes were nowhere near the front tip of the shoes (see photo,) even though the sewn-on tag matched what should have been the correct size. 8.5, or 42 Euro. That tells me they do not know how to properly manufacture shoes to accurate US or Euro size measurements.
When I complained, by email, they emailed back asking if I would pay half-the-price of the original shoes for another, smaller size shipped, which I felt a ballsy & irresponsible offer, and which I refused as unacceptable. I planned to rate them 1 star, and the only reason I upped it to 2 stars was because, eventually, after lots of unnecessary back-&-forth emails, they refunded me in full.
So, with their poor shoe measurement and poor customer service, I'd recommend not ordering anything from Banggood.

Order a handbag and shoes. Impossible to return. Have been on the website, even tried phoning. Also no answer on chat lines. You get to the last 2 or 3 then told error occurred. Handbags zip is incomplete, only part of its there. Shoes far too big.

SCAM. If you check the feedback for Banggood on this site you will see they have an 23% success rate. NOT good enough. You would be a fool to order from this site. I was bitten once but never again. How these dodge Chinese sites keep operating is beyond me.

I've purchased from a number of these Chinese mega tech resellers in the past (e.g. Gear Best, Geek Buying, etc) without any problems, but in my experience Bang Good is at the bottom of the pile - definitely one to avoid.

If you do happen to gamble your money on these cowboys, whatever you do, don't take out their customs insurance. This is supposed to protect against being charged import duty - however, when you make a claim you will be met with a barrage of requests for documentation which you simply won't have. You'll never get your compensation.

Items advertised as being well stocked often miraculously go out of stock after you pay for your order - and the refund won't be as much as you paid in the first place!

Items are poorly packed and arrive in poor condition.

If you contact them then you will undoubtedly experience shockingly bad customer service too.

Read the other reviews on here before placing an order. You have been warned!

All fine until you get any issues with the item, especially if it costs more than 2$. I paid for shipping insurance and received an item which obviously was broken during the shipping. After 7 months of conversations, visiting local service and attempt to return the item back thy propose me partial (~40%) compensation. Will never use this platform again.

The staff is one of the most customer friendly team I had to do with. Maybe the negative comments are driven by forces that don't like to see a seller offering always the best price on the net.

All prices include free world wide shipping!

Even though shipping can take a long time from China, I always received my goods after patiently waiting. If you are in hurry, spent some extra bucks to use express shipping options.

banggood.com has brought lots of flexibility to my business. Prices are first thing you will notice, most of things you will not find better priced anywhere online, period. This allows us to stock on some little things we would normal acquire per project basis. For very valuable, large and/or fragile items one can always opt for faster means of transport. Most items i ordered went trough snail mail and with some patience all have found its way. Some items were damaged in transport but very clear and concise customer support resolved all issues very fast and kind. This last point is in my opinion more important than original price and that is why we will return to their shop.

Banggood are very hit and miss when it comes to delivery times. I would pay for shipping if the option is available. Their clothes are better quality than most china websites.and customer service is excellent. They reply to emails quickly

If you count on that it is China, it's quite acceptable. Long (but free) delivery times, with exception of mobile phones and tablets usually not caught by czech customs. I'm missing search by product number (when I want buy something again, selected from several similar items with varying quality and price).
When there is a problem, it gets eventually sorted out, but you have to be patient. It's a good idea to write in simple english because of extensive use of google translate on the Banggood's side.

Well Surprise, surprise this item finally turned up 35 days after dispatch. I opened the parcel and out fell a dish rag - no not a dish rag but a jumper which was soaking wet right through. Did it come by sea?

I decided to wash it, but there are no washing instructions on it, so if it shrinks or loses shape I will expect a refund - wishful thinking...

I'm quite a "big" customer on Banggood website. I have done about one hundred commands since I discovered their site one year ago, for my first RC helicopter. I was looking for a cheap but efficient toy, and many people advised me this site. I had doubts about its reliability, but now it's one of my favorites:-)
It's very cheap and offer a lot of fun items in the electronic categories. It's also very good for RC hobbies (heli, quad, cars, transmitters,...), spare parts and all that stuff.
The few issues I experienced (1 missing item once or 1 command not arrived for instance) were always fast taken into account by their customer service, which corrected the problem.
1 year after, I've discovered other websites quite similar, but Banggood still is one my favorites because I really trust them, and many friends of mine have tried too and are not deceived:-)

Tricked too!

Purchased on a whim without looking at the reviews. Never again. They trick you by providing some people with the goods. My friend ordered the same thing within hours of me and she lived 3 blocks away. She got it in 3 days and I am still waiting a month later. Their tracking site updates telling you movement 11/6/15 on 12/1/15. Something fishy about that. Pay a few extra bucks buying it somewhere else. At least you can be assured to get the product.
