Ask crew.com ripped me off.They didn't answer my question. They fed me a whole lot of questions I didn't want and didn't have any answers to and when I asked for a refund, which should have been just the dollar I had paid, they took another 71.66 AUD instead.
Asked a question 3 months ago, signed up for a dollar. Don't remember seeing anywhere that I would be having my account direct debited $111 per fortnight. It keeps direct debiting my very overdrawn account. I and Westpac don't know how they're doing this as I have cancelled and replaced my card. I have checked and I have never received an email from them, period. Let alone a 48 hour reminder of your account being debited.
This site will offer you a 7 day trial for $1. After that, you cannot access any chat or text box or even your own account to cancel it. No help from support either. I had to cancel my card to prevent them from hitting my card for $77 more. Below is a screenshot of the non access

On March 2; 2024 used services to reconnect my printer. It was presented that I would be charged $1. I received two bills one for $1 and another for $55 recurring charges. Totally deceitful. You ate on running some type of scam. I wold have rated it a 0 but nothing lower than 1. You seem more concerned about muting reviews than following the law yourself.
This company is a scam. They assigned an expert on computer who has no knowledge of refrigerators and mine is Electrolux. He directed me to customer support for the manufacturer. As if I do not know that.I wasted my $7.00 for the initial sign ups.

I paid $10 to find out if a website was legit. I had already googled it but there was very little information. Ask-Crew, after taking my $10, then told me exactly what was on Google, and could offer no further help!
This has to be the worst service I've had. They kept me on the phone for over an hour and they were unable to offer a solution to my problem. Then I was charged $55 before the trial offer had ended. And I still have not been refunded. Absolutely ridiculous!

The Ask-Crew link appeared right below Microsoft on the browser making it look like it was part of Microsoft. After being told I would be charged for $1.00 for what I know not what now, I saw the I had a $46.00 charge to my Pay Pal account. After many rounds of chat, someone finally told me that I was not at Microsoft but Ask-Crew (I had mentioned multiple times that I was a 365 annual subscriber.) I just saw that I did receive a $46.00 credit on my Pay Pal account (I assume from Ask-Crew because Pay Pal would not have had time to process my refund request? Two stars for the refund.

While asking for one-time help and insisting I wanted a one-time charge, no membership, no recurring charges. (I had paid a $1 charge to have my problem reviewed, using my debit card.) I was told that my request could be honored. Then, by impulse, I opened my bank app and saw that, while the conversation was going on, they had charged my account $46 with a recurring payment in place. (I made a copy of the entire chat and reported it to the FTC.)
