Went on this site only because Verizon sent me to this site to answer a question. I was told it would cost $1.00, which was paid. The my Bank's Fraud Center called up asking about a $74.00 charge to my debit card. I'm not about to pay $74 for these people. I never saw anywhere that I signed up for a subscription. You people need to do a better job and stop taking our hard earned dollars. Do it again and I will surely report you to the BBB.

BEWARE! Without my knowledge I was switched from an Apple site — I had to change my credit card number — to what looked like an authorized Apple Help site. I didn't realize that this was not Apple but another company charging $10 and asking for the info in my profile, including credit card number. Since Apple already had my cc number, I gave the new number to update it. After many "chats" with a dissembling agent, I found that this company has no connection at all to Apple. Now I'm worried about having given them my new cc #. I will have to get in touch with my cc bank and shut off any payment to them.

I bought a package that costs $900.00 I called the next day to speak with "Oracle Siren Rose" the phone rang once picked up and disconnected - not just that one time - I've tried several times and same results.
Finally, "Jim" answered and I told him who I was and the expensive package I bought; he grumbled and said he found my account but, it was only $233.00. I told him I wanted a complete refund, Jim said to call the next(his day off)but, I wouldn't get my refund. I'm in the process of going through my bank statements and find when I made the three payments.

I called HP for help with a printer that I've had for 6 months that would not print. Somehow I was directed to Ask-Crew. I worked with a technician for at least 2 hours and the printer still would not print. I gave up and closed my chat. Initially I paid $! For one week's service. If I wanted to continue the cost was $74/month, which seems high to me. I did not opt for the $74 service. I have been charged for that month and have been refused a refund. I will not be charged in the future. They have adamantly declined to refund me and when I look at their rating I can see why they are desperate to hang onto every penny.

Called for advice regarding AVANTI delay compensation. No idea what I was talking about. Gave me a phone number for customer service. Was wrong number. Cost me $1. They then debited my cc account for $74. Have tried to email to cancel subscription but keep getting them back as unsent. Cannot find a contact them. Only option was to cancel my CCard and inform the bank.

Was trying to get an issue resolved on my home computer and they told me they were only going to charge a dollar but when they charge TRIED TO go through my credit card caught them and warned me that they were a scam and were trying to charge my card $55.00 after they told me only a $1.00. I sought tech help at MSNBC.com. MSNBC redirected me to Ask-Crew. Ask-Crew demanded a one time, $1.00 fee to help me. I agreed to pay $1.00. After getting uninformed assistance from Ask-Crew, I discovered that a $55.00 charge from Ask-Crew was added without my consent. Then I discovered that this is a recurring charge of $55.00 per month. Ask-Crew is a fraudulent scammer and should not to be trusted.

Someone named pearl was online and she couldn't answer a straight and simple question.

Ask-Crew is a known scam that I initially fell for by agreeing to a $1 charge for their service. I didn't know they signed my up for autopay on PayPal until I noticed a $46 charge and signup. I NEVER received or asked for their service or signed up. Their email link faked me out in that I thought I was communicating with PayPal (*******@Ask-crew.com). Research on scam I found many other complaints. They even have what looks like a positive response to refund the amount scammed from the victim as posted on PayPal but they never follow-through with the refund.
I believe they actually caused the problem and linked their scam website to fix it. Furthermore, after I realized it was a scam they sent a link to cancel the paypal charge that was also a scam!

I have a Motorola Modem/WiFi and the WiFi signal stopped. I had to use my phone and looked up the address for Motorola Support from the card that was supplied in the original box.
I typed in the correct address on the phone but got ahold of these flakes. Right away they want you to sign on to PayPal for only $1.00

A scam
Took £59 out of my mum's account who is old and on a pension - because she wanted to update her bank details on Now TV - they signed her up for a monthly subscription without her knowing - when I rang they laughed down the phone and told me to F off - when I tried to ring back they wouldn't answer. Had to ring the bank to block but lost money.
Not sure how they get away with things like this and very bad of Now TV to let this company do this on their website.

We didnt authorize charges. They charged debit card; dont know how. We "cancelled" the service we didnt ask for and had to cancel the debit card (fraud) the same day.
