The only reason they're getting a single star is because I can't give them no stars. They are a scam. I canceled on the second day and they're trying to take money from my bank account. They send you a copy of the conversation but their response to my request to cancel has been changed. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I took $1 subscription and then charged $43.5. I used card where had no more money and blocked it when I noticed second charge. Support told they do not have this information why I was charged. I requested to remove my payment method immediately and they told they will check my request within 30 days. They do not have option to remove payment info from account. So anyway they keep against your do not give this right to them. I have to block my card and re-order it again for security reason and this is much more painful then $40. Service by the way is useless. They just copy pasted instruction from tiktok how to submit an appeal and sent me when I asked for advise for account reinstatement. Absolutely useless.

I am really dumbfounded as to why some people give this company a good review as they did nothing but trick me out of $70 for doing absolutely nothing. I don't even know how I reached their site because I was trying to get answers from MyHeritage and somehow was led to Ask-Crew chat assistant which asked me to authorise a $1 charge that would be refunded. I should have stopped there but then I was notified that my account was charged $69 by this company and I went on to realise they were planning to charge this monthly! Luckily I was able to cancel this recurring payment through PayPal and I have opened a dispute with PayPal in the hopes of having this reversed.

Even though I emailed ask crew support team a month earlier to cancel my subscription but unfortunately the next month I have been charged £74 from my bank account. Still haven't received any refunds or reply from the ask crew support team. A proper scam.
