This is the 2nd time in the past day that I've had to write a review about this. They took another $55.00 out my bank account a couple of hours after, and I called them and was told that I would have my refund in a 24 hour period, but I have yet to receive it. Out of a total of $110. I have received half of it and I want the other half. They also said I would get an email,but I haven't gotten one of those yet either. I took up their offer of "only $1" for problem with my computer! While the agent tried to fix my problem, he went off-line without my problem being solved, however he did give me some good info, so I ended up fixing it myself! No problem! However when I paid the "$1" (0.76 GBP) on the 21/2/22, I thought that was it! However I noticed on the 25/2/22 they had requested a payment of £36.93 with my bank, which is pending payment, which will come out anytime soon! I notified my bank fraud squad of this, and they have sent me forms to fill in on-line as soon as this money is taken, to which my grievance will be dealt with so this does not happen again! However although I am confident to get my money back, my bank requests I try to resolve this direct with Ask-Crew! However I cannot find correct contact details on their site to E-mail them! The one E-mail I found was one given to a woman who had the same grievance, but when I tried it, it does not work! Can anyone out there give me correct details of this company? Thankyou!

I received a notification from my credit card company about a charge from Ask-Crew. I've never heard of this company, but they charged my card for $74.00. I called them at *******218, and asked them to refund my money because I didn't subscribe to their service. The representative assured me that my money would be returned. I immediately received an email stating that the charge, to which I didn't subscribe, is non-refundable. I called them again, and advised that I would be reporting the transaction to my credit card company for a fraudulent transaction. I called my credit card company and requested to replace my card, and file a fraud report. So my money is held up for 10 days while they wait for the transaction to process. Then they can file the dispute.
Uber is notorious for using these 3rd party help services, and I believe that is where this came from. Me requesting help on my account one time. They put me on some kind of trial, and I get charged by some fly-by-night company whose representatives have a strong Russian accent.
Be careful about asking for help in these services that provide you convenience, like Uber, Lyft, or whatever.
