Overnight delivery is offered while sending a domestic parcel from Riyadh to Dammam, and its third night I'm still waiting for the parcel.
Too much delay. Refused delivery at home. For my debit card. I called them many times. They were skillfully escaping home delivery

If it was possible to give aramex less than one star i would have. I just had the worst shipping experience with this wanna be shipping company. That's what differentiate the amateurs from professional like dhl or ups, the only thing i kept thinking throughout this whole experience, is "Who's the Clown Running The Show" at aramex. What a shame. I shipped an 3 seperate packages from china within 2 days of each other. The first package by sea (shipped on the 9th of april) it reached me in dubai yesterday (may 1st). The 2nd package by air via dhl (on the 13th of april) it reached me in dubai on the 19th of april. The final package which i shipped via aramex was shipped from china on the 13th of april. It is still to reach me till today. Countless emails and calls to custoemr support to no avail. It reached dubai on the 25th of april and still they couldn't even deliver it to me after on week. What a bunch of amateurs. Will never use their service again and i would advise anyone else to avoid them like the plague. Shame on you aramex.

Saturday, 28th Nov 2020- Came at 8:30am. No prompt, no reminders, didn't ring the bell, didn't call, left the card just like that, with no address, no phone number. Had to Google where my parcel went.
Monday, 30th Nov - Office were closed so called on Monday. The office guy offered to deliver in 2 to 3 days
Wednesday, 2nd December - I called the delivery guy, Vinnie, to check if he has my parcel today. He said no. I called the office to confirm if the parcel will be delivered tomorrow, Thursday, so I can organise my errands. The office guy confirmed, yes, tomorrow.
Come 5:30pm, Wednesday, Vinnie called as he is at my place to deliver. I explained the office said tomorrow. I am not home, I am finishing my errands so I will be home the whole day tomorrow for the delivery. Vinnie was so rude and dropped the call while I was still talking.
The office was closed so had to call the next day.
Thursday, 3rd Dec - I called the office and they said the parcel will be delivered in another 2 to 3 business days! Or picked up in 24 to 48 hours. I had to plead the guy so I can just pick the thing up. I am so over it. Big headache. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Please
I have order from first on the wrong address than when I cleared them. They are like that call company. I called them than they clear the address they told in nxt business days they will deliver. They dont even care…they after two week send 2 shipment and other 2 they lied that we are unavailable & not picking up the call. They are the liar…than I again called they told 1 of 2 is returned oky I told them that I want my shipment but they are so dumb they dont understand nething…last they told 1 shipment to pick up from sulay we went in evening before 6p. M…the msg for pick up come in morning when we went to pick they told its has been returned. It's so irritating I don't understand…worst company staff n all. N da drivers n all they don't care. So much van so much delivery drivers but they don't doing there work properly…large online companies should stop using Aramex for shipment…i toh will not shop from company who send through Aramex…they are so dumb…please don't call there customer care service they will more confuse you…

I've had the worst experience with this shipping company. I've placed two orders at Shein. They sent me the delivery dates as at the latest the 5th of September 2021 for the first package and 10 September 2021 for the second. As an avid online shopper I excitedly tracked these parcels religiously but started noticing that they do not update you after the parcel arrived at clearance in South Africa. I started following up with Shein as well as Aramex, as to be expected Shein couldn't do much but send you 100 coins and Aramex responded days later saying the package was detained at customs and I would have to pay R1075. 20 to have it "processed", mind you, I've paid almost R5000 for the order itself. I paid it and sent the proof of payment to which I still had to wait a further 2 weeks because they updated the parcels status as "declined because of health concerns" then all of a sudden when I sent a message to them again they updated it as "sent to Kimberly delivery office" I've luckily received the parcel today 14 September 2021 after a lot of hassle.
The second parcel has arrived in the country on 26 August 2021 and yet they never updated me any further on it. I had to send emails to them again just to hear that it's at customs. It seems like they are using this tactic to get money out of you. I've received an email just now saying that I have to pay R376.98 to get it sent to me. I know that covid has hit everyone, but this shipping company should up their standards. I hope that Shein starts making use of Buffalo logistics as it never gives you this much hassle. I don't even pay R1000 when FedEx delivers my orders. I'm very disappointed, they took the joy out of online shopping
This week alone one item went missing but managed to get refund from retailer. Item has been travelling Christchurch to Dunedin since 11th of April. Currently having issue with goods from Briscoes Amarex in Nth Island say they have arrived Dunedin. You ring Amarex Dunedin but get no answer. Their tracking details suddenly update saying delayed but no info on type of delay or currentlt where goods actually are. I am in process of trying to demand refund from Briscoes.
Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
Answer: They never will, they don't care. If it's a purchase, tell the seller you want a refund. IF it shows up months from now, keep it.

Answer: You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it. This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
