I have always had issue with aramex from deliveries not turning up on Tim's to no contact when I try and call them. I will not buy from anyone who uses them in the future.
I frequently buy abroad for my business and personal needs and what i found out that you will always receive your package delayed and damaged 100% guaranteed
I connected a parcel on 26th Sep, 18 to USA & it was made in online status in Transit in Gurgaon & for last four Days no status update was there. When time & again inquire at Help Line was told to be arrived in USA in same day on 27/08/18. & as we inquired on 29th morning there was even no New response to the shipment delivery in US. I booked same parcel through DHL On 25-09-18 & got delivered on the same destination on 27-09-18 this is the difference of Service Commitment.
Aramex is pathetic service provider & no one should waste their time in booking their valuable shipments to Aramex & waste his/her time or money. Friends you will loose your customer, money & trust.

I have ordered many clothing items from ASOS.com, and all but my last order have been shipped UPS. I received my order on time (sometimes early) from UPS. The last order was shipped through Aramex International and I have still not received it. It was held up in customs for weeks and has since been sent to two other delivery companies. I still do not have this suit that was ordered for a Formal Dance. NEVER SHIP USING THIS COMPANY!
I wish I could give Aramex (Fastway) Negative Rating. Don't trust this courier its being 2 weeks now and the parcel is still stuck in their warehouse in Sydney and this is not the first time it's happening it happened when they changed the name to Sandle and when they were Fastway.
They don't even tell what is happening and just say that delays can happen, It's not a courier company it is rubbish. DO NOT TRUST.
This is the worst shipping company ever. Go for the big guys DHL, UPS, because these guys are simply trash. I bought stuff from Amazon and shipped it to Aramex address in N, so that they can ship the package internationally. I put my account details with them on the label and made it very clear and gave them my phone number, but they didn't bother, they didn't read the label so they've held to the package and destroyed it after only 21 days. I spoke with their customer reps who are really unprofessional as I gave them the tracking number multiple times but insisted that they couldn't find it. DON'T SHIP ON THESE GUYS. BAAAADDDD
The worst ever freight company in Australia. DO NOT USE IT. As a business company (spent $*******/year) we have used the old Fastway and Aramex for some years, and I can tell you the service is getting very bad.
You paid for an extra service, POD (Proof of delivery) as we sell alcohol, and they are not able to get a name and uploaded it on their portal. I have done at least 200 enquiries in the past month to get POD.
STAY AWAY from THEM. Customer service and accountability of their mistakes is non-existent. USE Auspost or Border Express more reliable.
Absolutely disgusting service! Damaged an item of mine worth over $1000 and did nothing but give me the run around, i even emailed the CEO and they wouldn't even continue to help, no replacement, no compensation, no nothing! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AT ALL COST'S!
On the international site is said that they have attempted delivery twice. Once at the Gold Coast in Queensland (266 km, 165 miles) and then yesterday in Sydney, New South Wales. (822 km, 510miles)
Yet the delivery is meant to be Millmerran in Queensland.
So after speaking with the depot in Toowoomba (where the parcel was yesterday 80km, 49 miles) from Millmerran, and no, I can not pick it up from the depot, they said they do not deliver to Millmerran and have sent the parcel back to Sydney so it can be returned to the sender in the UK unless they pay more to get the delivery to resent. Her exact words. See the Australian Armex site for the truth. As stated on the Australian site, no delivery attempts just passed around the country, driving through Millmerran to get to the depots.
If you use this company there's a good chance you won't know where your package is, and cannot find out.

You may be a victim of a handed off package from DPD or some other company. If you "want to know more" you'll need to open an account which is near impossible in Raleigh NC USA because their website won't recognize it even though it's the capital of my state?
If they attempt delivery they won't let you know and won't leave a note.
You may not inquire of them, and the primary shipper can't either.
How they stay in business? Because whatever they do it's done in darkness.
I am a customer victim of this firm and because of their poor performance I am going to leave a poor review of, the vender, and the parent shipper.
How's that for publicity.
Next I'm going to eBay UK, to warn the community and then leave a bad review on eBay for the seller.

Worst experience ever! Do not make use of them. They can provide adequate information, take 40 minutes to answer the phone and 14 days to deliver my parcel! Would NEVER EVER make use of them again.

The person from Philippines has no idea about any parcel in NZ, doesn't have the power or the authority to do anything, neither to contact the Aramex team from New Zealand. I had the feeling I hit a concrete wall and not Aramex Customer Service. A FULL SCAM OR A JOKE! FOR SURE A FRAUD

Loss a package and there is no one to talk to resolve the problem. They said that you have to contact your local office and they are the one who loss the package.
We asked them to come and collect our delivery but they never came,
I kept on calling them and following up they took our address but never came.

Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
Answer: They never will, they don't care. If it's a purchase, tell the seller you want a refund. IF it shows up months from now, keep it.
Answer: Report it. You might get it, you might not. Very bad service.
Answer: You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it. This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
