I ordered $18,000 kitchen appliance package. When I placed my order I was told everything was in stock and would be delivered and installed within 30 days. This also included free delivery, haul away, and installation. I only received my refrigerator, which was left in my garage. It was also delivered while I was not home and my contractors were working. Eventually months later I received all but my Bosch dishwasher. I chose this company because all my local vendors were saying a 1 year wait for a Bosch dishwasher. This company over promises and under delivers.
I currently have my Fisher and Paykel dishwasher, induction range and stove, and fridge. I had made about 20-30 phone calls trying to arrange installation. Management treated me the worst. I waited 3 months to get my fridge installed (by my own hired professional) and about 6 weeks for the remaining appliances. I finally gave Ashley the deadline of when I was moving in. I had made follow up phone calls and only had one return phone call. I couldn't wait anymore.
I had to HIRE a plumber and electrician out of my own money so I could have functioning appliances. They refuse to compensate in any way except a 10 year warranty for free. This hardly covers the hundreds of dollars I spent on installation.
I even tried disputing with my credit card, but they get you. SINCE INSTALLATION IS A FREE line item there is nothing to reimburse for. This company is a scam. I am a real estate professional. I have worked with many companies and contractors. NEVER have I ever worked with such a horrible company.

I placed an order with a representative that reassured me that my item was in stock. I followed up with an email just to be sure and sure enough they told me it was in stock and would ship in 2-3 weeks. I log in to check the status of my order and it says the item is out of stock. I call and speak to a different rep, where I'm apologized to and told that item is not/was not in stock and they're not sure why I was told that... So misrepresenting stock items to make a sale?
Mind you, this second rep, I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes in a queue for to then be transferred to the first reps manager, who didn't answer and who's voicemail was full so it disconnected me from the system.
Unacceptable. Unprofessional. And now I have to wait for a call back to cancel my order.

For a kitchen remodel I ordered a dishwasher, range, microwave oven and refrigerator from Appliances Connection. The dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator all arrived with visible cosmetic damage. I did not discover this until thirty days after the items arrived so Appliances Connection refused to supply replacments. Now I'm stuck with a brand new kitchen filled with damaged appliances. I do not recommend ever purchasing anything from this company.

Purchased Two refrigerators/ freezer. Freight was mis quoted. Hooked up units and lights don't work. They apparently have a so called thirty day exchange witch the rep said was curations by there standards. What a joke! No customer service and was there so called warranty center who doesn't answer there phones or call you back after leaving numerous messages. Highly advise to buy local and not waist your time with this company.

We ordered a range hood for a kitchen remodel. Due to supply chain issues with the pandemic, we were encouraged to order everything we would need for the kitchen early, before our contractors would need to install it. We ordered the hood and it arrived 1.5 months before the cabinets were in place. When we went to install the hood, it was broken, with a defect we would not have known about until install but was a result of the hood being dropped in it's box. We have been asking for an exchange of this hood for over two months now, and Appliances Connection refuses, simply saying that it's outside of their 30 day return window. They delivered a broken product to us. We are not asking for a refund, we just want a product that works. This is a purchase of over $700. We have spent hours with them on the phone, did what they asked and got reply from the manufacturer confirming that it does not fall under the warranty because the issue was with Appliances Connection's handling/delivery and not with the product itself, and still, they will do nothing. We've spoken to supervisors who promise to get back, and then when they do a week later, they just repeat the 30 day return policy. I caution anyone ordering with this company, DON'T ORDER FROM APPLIANCES CONNECTION, because they will not take responsibility and do not care if you have a positive experience. We even submitted a claim with the Better Business Bureau, but they just don't care about doing what's right. I ordered this product in January, received it in Feb and was supposed to install it in April. Now it's July 1 and all I have is a broken $700 hood and an incomplete kitchen, two months after it was due to be complete.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased my appliances before from Best Buy or PC Richard's, not sure why i change that this time. I bought a 6500 $ Thermador Range from Appliance Connection. The sale person, Natasha, was very nice during the purchase process. After that i started having problems, first there were mishaps with the delivery. Trying to contact them i spent hours on the phone. Finally, they delivered and installed the range but it does not work. Contacted them the same day and since, i keep calling them to try to get it solved. I had to call myself Thermador and the service date is more than 2 months after purchasing the range. We are now for all this time with no functioning stove. I keep calling Appliance Connection, hours and hours spent on the phone with no result. Again, do not buy from them! They are nice when they are selling you the product but all that stops once they take your money!

I ordered a range hood in December 2021. I was given an April delivery date. In April I called, and was told the date was still good. The date passed, I called in May and was given a 4-6 week lead time. 6 weeks pass, I call to check in. They quote me a 3-4 month lead time. I go on the manufacturer's site, and see that my item is in stock and available for same day shipment. I tell customer service at appliance connection, they say they tell me both that it's ship direct from the manufacturer and it's a bulk order. I'm a supply chain professional, and seems like nonsense to me. I ordered Monday from the manufacturer, it shipped Tuesday, arrived Friday. This after waiting over 6 months with appliance connection. I told them about this new order, no apologies or acknowledgement. Shoddy if you ask me.

Beware of partial shipments. They will send you a non-essential appliance such as a microwave or dishwasher, then cancel or tell you that your other appliance is on back-order. The return policy is 30 days from delivery. Guess what? Too late. The appliance you wanted is no longer available and you are a stuck because it is way beyond 30 days. I cannot recommend this company.

I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from this dishonest company. Man, that was a mistake to trust them. They sent me used, badly damaged appliances, when of course I paid for new ones.
They promised compensation for the condition of the appliances they sent me, but after repeatedly sending them evidence (even the delivery guys collected an entire file documenting all of it) and requesting action on it for weeks, they ultimately gave nothing but an offer to return the appliances (so they can try to dump it on the next unsuspecting customer). They took my appliances which were older but still worked, and will not return them to me. THIS. IS. STEALING.
So for all the time and effort to send them photos and documentation and plead with them to respond, plus having to remove and install the appliances TWICE, and having several thousands of dollars sitting on my credit card bill for months waiting for them to do something, they offered no compensation, not even a discount on replacements. And of course, they stole my still-functioning older appliances.
Everything about the experience was miserable, from shipping communication (their logistics crew, AM TRUCKING, are totally clueless) to delivery (they damaged my house).
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS... I ordered a wall oven, it arrived with both glass doors shattered. A repairman was supposed to bring new doors, I AM STILL WAITING, AND STILL (2 MONTHS LATER) HAVE NO OVEN!

It was easy enough to order my appliance and they processed it just fine and sent it out to delivery within the time stated. However, the delivery service that they use is absolutely terrible and this in turn reflects back on them.
The delivery services assigned me a time when nobody would be at home. I responded and advised them of that fact but they still came when nobody was at home. They left a message with a callback number indicating that they would now charge a delivery charge to come back again. The phone number rang for over 20 minutes with no answer. I found another number but had the same results, no answer. I responded to notice via email but no response.
It appears that the delivery company Appliance Connection uses may actually be involved in a fraud scam to gain additional revenues by purposely notifying delivery at times nobody is home, not responding to telephone or email communications so they have plausible deniability that they were not notified, not responding to the phone number they left, etc. By not allowing a response and generating redelivery charges they are effectively developing an additional income stream from the consumer victim.
Is Appliance Connection part of this? Do they get kickbacks? Who know? Maybe and maybe not at all, but they are certainly choosing to use this highly questionable service AM Trucking to deliver the purchases. BTW AM Home Delivery (AMtrucking.com) has absolutely horrible ratings at the BBB. Hundreds of comments, all under two. And this is who they use? It certainly reflects back on them.

EVERY time they blame either the delivery service or suggest that you contact customer service which is NON-EXISTENT I left a scathing review on Sitejabber and the asked for my URL, browser and everything else. The problem is NOT my computer or browser, THE PROBLEM IS THIS COMPANY. I finally did receive my washers, just two weeks later and most of the final week full of broken delivery appointments and unable to reach ANYONE by ANY METHOD for the entire time. I was able to get my sales guy to send me an email, but it wasn't helpful. The Customer Service tickets I generated arrived in my inbox 2 weeks after they were finally delivered and suggested I get in touch with them online... ridiculous. This company keeps just enough people happy enough to barely stay in business. I GUARANTEE they cheat more people than they satisfy!

In March, I purchased a new fridge from Appliances Connection. My credit card was charged. 2-3 weeks had gone by and I still had not been contacted about a delivery date. When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me it was out of stock. (So then why sell it?) Sadly I couldn't get a refund (I bought a top of the line fridge). My only choice was to wait for it to return to stock. THREE MONTHS later (we are well past the pandemic, btw), the fridge is in stock and I get a few dates to choose from. My fridge was delivered, however, the man tells me he only delivers, he doesn't install. I showed that I paid an additional $50 for installation and "white glove service." He shrugs and leaves. Have I mentioned I'm pregnant with twins? I'm lucky he put it in the garage. He wanted to leave it at the bottom of my driveway.
I cannot comprehend such bad service. When I called, customer service didn't want to refund my $50. I had to holler for several minutes and threaten to fight the charge with my CC company. They also refused to send someone out to help us, which I wanted more than the refund. Now I have to pray I find someone locally (I live in a small town) who can install it for us. WOOHOO

Spoke to custimer service- Kish, She is not intrested to help and I asked to talk to her supervisoe, she calims that she is supervisor of customer service department, no manger for her, I am felt realy bad the way they answer and not willing escalate when she is not able to help.
They are not sure when the item will ship, requested to find out reason for deplay they are not willing to let us know the reason and saying completly not sure when the item will ship.

First, my girlfriend and I were really excited to order from this company. Really good deals and seemingly good reviews. However, this has been the most difficult experience of online shopping I have ever had. Unfortunately it isn't them who delivers the product it is a different shipping company, which has many nightmare reviews on their page.
Our estimated delivery time was May 26-June 7th, the delivery company didn't even call us until 4pm June 8th. They called 13 times in less than an hour, with less than 24 hour notice of when they were coming. When we called back, an hour after their initial call, they had already canceled our delivery service for the next day. Despite saying we would have 24 hour notice, we did not get that, nor time to respond. When we tried to schedule a time for next week, they refused and said we would have to wait till they called and said it was on the way. This does not work for people who have jobs and need to give notice to work.
Next when we called requesting a refund with the company, as the delivery service won't work with us to request time off, they said we have to pay $400, despite never even receiving a call until after the estimated delivery period. If we were canceling still within the window, fine, I get it, it's policy. But if you don't hold up your end of our contract, that should void our contract.
Overall would highly recommend avoiding this company since they can't guarantee that the time period your ordered your product will be accurate and you will be penalized for that fact.
It seems we may have gotten unlucky with how things unfolded since other people had good experience, but if they were willing to refund and make things right, I would consider trying them again. For now I will have to contest the charge with my bank.

I ordered an in wall air conditioner from Appliances Connection in December 2021. After I sent multiple follow up emails, the air conditioner was finally delivered June 2022. Was told it was supply chain delays. I'm ok with that. But when the delivery company showed up and simply dropped it off on my doorstep, I was frustrated. I called Appliances Connection and the rude representative's only response was that she would credit me back the installation fee. I told her I didn't want the credit, I wanted them to install the air conditioner as promised and as prepaid for. Still waiting for a response. Terrible customer service, terrible communication over the 6 month wait, and poor job subbing out their delivery service. Would not recommend.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
