I had a great experience purchasing a washer and dryer from Appliance Connection. The service was fantastic. I felt confident that my questions were answered correctly as opposed to shopping at the other appliances store. The prices were great and it was really enjoyable actually having staff available to talk to. They could not have been any more helpful. Also, the delivery and installation process was fantastic. This company does not stand behind their products, even when they arrive damaged (which they often do). They will make you go through the manufacturer, which is complicated. Customer service is a joke. You will not get a live person, unless they call you back. Stay away and shop with a more reputable company.
I bought a dishwasher from these rip off people. Took almost a month to get it. My neighbor signed for it. The box had no damage at all. So I got hone and waited till then next morning to get it all hooked up. Opened the box and it looked like this thing was throw off a 2 story building. They are saying cause it was signed for it that it is my problem. So I decided that maybe I could glue the broken stuff back together and deal with it with I think is crap. They should have replaced it. So at that pointed I plugged it in and well it's so messed up it doesn't even power on. So I get a hold of them yet again and they So called sent a repairman out that never showed up. And now I've got to see my attorney and I will go through with this cause I hate to see businesses take advantage of people. My advice don't order from these damn idiots. Also at the same time I ordered a washer and dryer at least they work great but one of the pedistools is dented pretty bad. Order local and don't trust these idiots. You may get lucky but it's like gambling you also may end up with a boat anchor. DONT DO IT. I regret it badly. Never again will I order from these rip off people.

I purchased a 3 in 1 Gaming table on July 7 2022 and received it on August 5 2022. When I started putting it together (August 9 2022) the Table top was damaged and the box it came in was not. I reported it to customer services on August 10 2022. They opened a ticket for the claim. It is August 22 2022 and they still can't give me an answer on if or when they will get me a replacement part. I just wanted want what I payed for not money back. Be wear of what shape your merchandise will arrive in.

Absolute awful experience purchasing a $4000 fridge from this company. I was promised a delivery date three weeks ago! Every time I get a new expected delivery date the driver has an "emergency" and then they ghost me for over a week then ballpark when they can put it back on their schedule. After 28 days and a total of 6 emails and over a dozen phone calls I still have not been promised a delivery date. Customer service is useless. You try and call in and they immediately request a call back. No one answers or calls back. It's like this business is being operated by two people who don't care. I requested to cancel and purchase locally and was told I would be charged over $500 to restock the item. Would not do business with this company in the future and if you care about a business holding themselves accountable for guarantees they make to their customers then shop anywhere else.

When you call this company, the sales option will get you to speak to a person immediately, however, the customer service option puts you on hold for a very long time. Then when you finally get to a person, and they learn that you're calling to request a return, they either put you back in the queue or they hang up on you. I've called 3 to 4 times a day for the past 5 days and no luck. Their chat feature on their website is just as bad. No replies whatsoever...

Purchased a Whirlpool microwave which was delivered damaged. The box was left in my living room with the damaged side concealed (shame on me for not checking the whole box). A few weeks later upon installation, noticed there was a huge dent in the item. AP is charging me $99 to return the product, claiming I accepted delivery. I've purchased many items from AP (stove, laundry center) & always had great service but this is unacceptable. It may not seem like a lot of money but because they are not giving me a full refund, I will no longer purchase anything from them. So for $99, AP has lost a customer. Hope it was worth it.

I purchased a $8K+ Halton Grill from this company including white glove delivery
- they told me product was in stock and would ship in 3-5 days. Not in inventory. Ship was delayed.
- rep said we had an inventory count/pause in shipping. Gave me extended warranty for comp. Ok.
- product shipped later than original promise- ok
- Delivery Co showed up dropping two pallets on loading doc claiming white glove not included.
- Delivery Co said leaving this on the street or pay me $100 to move up to my condo
-Paid $100 to move it up
- Dropped the grill and the grill stand onto my porch and left- no assembly
Next: Pelled tape off stainless steel. Observed damage to grill stand. Bent & bowed. Took pics of damage and sent to AC and filed claim on $100 payment and damage to grill stand.
AC response: give me serial number of damaged part. Offered $30 comp for lack of white glove.
There is no serial number on grill stand. Maybe on the bottom? There is no way to flip the unit over unless you pay 3 people to help. (Wife and I are over 60).
Also tried to install the grill cover. What they sold me doesn't fit over the 42" grill and the side tables. What a waste of $120. Asked them to forget the white glove, forget the damaged side of the grill stand and simply send me a replacement grill cover that fits. No response.
Will never do business with AC again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I purchased a washer and dryer back in April 2021. I finally received the washer in October but no dryer. The company thought the dryer was delivered at the same time but it wasn't. It took months for them to find the dryer and get it delivered to me. I eventually received the dryer in January of 2022. I went to have the items installed but the washer was so badly damaged (dents everywhere, screen cracked, front panel hanging off) it was unusable. I contacted the company and they would not replace the item. I had a repairman come look at the washer and he told me to buy a new one. Total waste of time and money.

This company has a great selection of appliances, and good prices, but the shipping is ultra slow. If you need an appliance in a reasonable amount of time order from someone else. I would cancel my shipment, but they charge return shipping even though it's been sitting with the shipper for 3 weeks.

I am so disappointed with this company. I spoke to a representative because was looking for a small, lightweight microwave. He recommended the the Samsung. I specifically asked him what would it cost to return the item if it was not what I needed. His response was, "OH, IT IS A SMALL ITEM, IT WONT BE THAT MUCH". Unfortunately, I took him at his word and ordered it. The microwave was not small and it was very heavy. When I requested a return label I was told it was going to be $50 to send it back. That is not a small amount. That is 1/3 of the price of the microwave. There are so many companies out there selling products you would think this company would want to work with you to make the customer satisfied. Do yourself a FAVOR AND ORDER FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY. There are too many companies that offer terrific customer service, not this company. I do not like to post negative reviews, but I don't want anyone else to have to experience the horrible customer service that I did.

Purchased same Frigidaire make/model A/C from 2 different distributors. Both have same issue with non-functioning compressors. First returned to Amazon.com & refunded. This purchase through Appliance Connection is yielding ZERO RESULTS TOWARDS RESOLUTION TO OBTAINING FULL REFUND! Unit here only 3 days before contractor install, plug in & reporting it non-functional IMMEDIATELY! Electrical in my condo checked. Outlet working perfectly. Unit turns on as evidenced by LCD illumination of degrees chosen on display screen. All buttons functional to change fan speed, etcetera…but NOTHING HAPPENS. No air blows through at all! Appliance Connection has thus far jerked me around by not sending me "issue ticket number" right away. Then further established that they would contact me within "48-72hours". I'm STILL WAITING! They first need to send a "tech to see problem before they can do anything". No confirmation on when that might be. Meanwhile; it's between 98-100 degrees in my condo as I live in Florida, this is the height of heatwave season…I am elderly, disabled with only 1 functioning lung plus other breathing issues, but even after letting Appliance Connection know all that, they are deliberately leaving me in a debilitated condition! I have no additional money to purchase another unit until I get a refund on this one! AND… the fine print on their sellers terms clearly indicates, unless I do things their way, I must pay them 75 cents PER POUND for the privilege of returning the unit without a "tech" coming here to "see the problem". I'm on a fixed income, so is my landlady (my cousin who bought condo for me to live somewhere rather than be homeless). I am sickly & now puking continuously from lack of air here. Apparently Appliance Connection NEVER MAKES A GENUINE CONNECTION WITH THEIR CONSUMERS. My advice is to stay away from them entirely & shop elsewhere! They obviously DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN TAKING & KEEPING YOUR MONEY FOR THEMSELVES.

Buyer beware! Do NOT buy from this company. I repeat do NOT purchase appliances from this company… their delivery service is horrible! White glove installation is not white glove! They do NOT even install anything. Yes they haul away but they did not install my refrigerator! They said it was free delivery and it really isn't because I had to pay MORE MONEY Just to get my refrigerator delivered after I had purchased it just to get my refrigerator delivered to me and it was four weeks late when they promised two weeks. When I told them I wanted to cancel the order, they said I would still have to pay for it since it was sent to the deliverer already! I have never complained when ordering from any company before, not once. So, you know this is a legitimate complaint! I'm just saving you guys the hassle of going through what we went through! Maybe it is their trucking company I should be complaining about! Just be aware! Our refirgerator is still not installed since delivery!

The Appliance Connection web page ad indicated the dishwasher would be "shipped" within a couple days. I obviously thought that meant it would arrive at our house in a couple days. Instead, it turned out it would be *at least* 2 to 3 more WEEKS for delivery.
I considered that to be unacceptable and requested that my order be canceled just a few days after I ordered it. Even though the unit was still sitting in a "Consolidation Center" in New Jersey and had not moved off the lot and had not gone "in transit", they considered it "shipped" and invoked their draconian penalties for returns ($1.50 per pound), which turned out to be $196 (18% of the total purchase price)!
Most companies have a 100% money back guarantee. But NOT Appliance Connection! Read the fine print before you buy!
All other web pages for appliance dealers indicate approximate delivery date,
While on their web page case it is *misleading* to only write their own shipping

We purchased a stove in late October 2021 and have still yet to see our stove. Every time we contact the company they give us the runaround! They tell us that it's ready for delivery and send us to freight and freight sends us back to appliance connection saying it's waiting for approval for extra man delivery. This seems like a total fraud to me and we will be filing a fraud claim if we don't get our stove soon! I have no proof the stove is here or exhists with them and no one will give us answers, over 10k!

I regret my purchase of a Viking stove from Appliances Connection. Victor, the Sales manager I have subsequently learned, sold me this dual fuel 30 inch Viking stove without informing me of the electrical requirements that would need to be in place for the "free installation and haul away" included in the order. Their associated trucking company AM Home service left the stove in the dirveway. Trying to call Appliances Connection Customer Service - 12 times in the course of an hour and was never able to reach a person. I provided my number for call back. No call back. Completely disreputable company. Buy from any other store or you will regret it.

We ordered multiple products from appliances connection.com. All of them were delayed for months and the ones that we did receive were damaged. We still haven't order that we have not received and it is being delayed again. We reached out to them multiple times to cancel and they want to charge us $150 just to cancel our order even though we have ordered things from them in the past. Customer service was incredibly rude and just put us on hold so long that we would have to hang up every single time. Can't believe they would treat customers this way. *******

They offer professional installation but when the installation goes wrong, they claim zero responsibility and tell you to contact the trucking/install company. I didn't but an install from the trucking company I bought from Appliances Connection.

Stay far away from purchasing with this company. They put in disclaimers about once you accept the merchandise, you cannot report damage. However I called while the delivery people were at my home because delivery company said nothing goes back on the truck. They left everything I signed nothing. Appliances Connection refuses to take responsibility for the damaged goods. I signed nothing, I said please tell me where I signed cause not only do we have a lawsuit for the furniture but also forgery. That being said do not buy from them the damaged is significant. Also do not let fragilepak owned by Caddens moving and storage ever deliver anything to your home.

Not really Happy with the shipping company Appliance Connection uses. I purchased ice machine July 6th item was in stock. AW Shipping company for Appliance Connection didn't pick item up until July 12. Item arrived at there distribution center in Houston on July 20th. Still not one word from them yet to set up delivery and today is July 26th. I contacted them stated could be August 6th before i receive it. In my opinion this is totally Ridiculous for an item to sit in a warehouse that long waiting to be delivered in the same city. I also asked could i go to terminal and pick it up myself. I was informed I needed to contact appliance connection which they said had to be approved by management. By comparison i ordered the matching ice bin that appliance connection didn't have at the same time from Katom. It was in stock and shipped to FedX ground within 2 days and i received it over 10 days ago. I will not purchase from Appliance Connection due strictly to the shipping company they use. They have poor customer service and takes way too long for delivery. God forbid you receive and item and its damaged what a headache it will be trying to get item returned and processed for replacement. In the event that happens I would request a refund and order from another company.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
