I want to start by saying Apple wanted to scamming me since I sent my computer to get the keyboard replaced, however, they did and sent back to me broken, I called them to report my issue which told to send it back, then they claimed my Laptop has a logic board damage and tried to charge me$678 since my computer was working just fine when I sent to them. Nevertheless,? They took 10 days to reach the rapper center,? I had to call more then 10 times to get an update,? During my calls I told many lies and many stories by their agents, I believe the train the agents how to tell a lies to Apple costumers.

Accessories to go with them! I don't have to worry about viruses and privacy issues. I'm happy I made the decision.
I love apple products but I thought when I had a prooblem with my phone that I would be waiting forever. Nope. I requested a callback in like 8 seconds, waited 5 minutes for someone to answer, told him my issue, and had a solution in five seconds. Not sure about shipping because this was a contact the company situation not a purchasing situation.
If I got a new # I got a free iPhone 13 Pro so I obviously did. They worked with me for over an hour. Super polite the whole time. In end we couldn't solve issue. They decided by whatever time I wanted they would have a senior team meeting and find me a solution and call me whenever I wanted. Who does that? They really felt bad too and wanted to get it fixed ASAP for me
I have used their laptops for many years and as such, used a lot of their store and on-line facilities. I couldn't be more pleased. It is a closed type of system meaning it works with software a lot differently then a PC. That is good and bad. It isn to that I haven't had or don't have my issues with Apple, it is just that I still find it the best environment in which to work. By the way, I was a programmer of mainframes and PCs for 20 years before going to a MAC.
I have bought my Airtags, iphone 12 Pro Max, Magic Keyboard, and Magic Mouse 2 all directly from the Apple website (and picked them up in-store). The website's UI is super simple and well organized, which makes the online shopping experience so much better. The prices are extremely high, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. I am now on my second Macbook (no longer stored in orders on the site because I bought it back in 2019). My first lasted 8 years and I'm hoping to have my second one for just as long if not longer. Every other laptop brand I've had (HP, Dell, Lenovo, and IBM) just isn't up to par and always, ALWAYS has problems. It's worth paying the higher prices to not have to deal with the headaches. Plus, even if your warranty runs out, if you go to an Apple store, they still try to help you with whatever your product is, no matter how old it is. Now that is high quality customer service.
I ordered an Ipad, keyboard, pencil, and sd card reader. I had to go to a drop off store to pick up the pencil because UPS doesn't deliver anything but pickup stickers for their local drop off stores. The keyboard shipped 2 day air but after 2 weeks without new shipping information and several complaints from me, Apple refunded my money without telling me anything other than they were investigating the shipment. The ipad took several weeks before i found the expected UPS sticker. I went to the drop off store and they hadn't received the package yet. Now I have to keep calling until they actually receive the package. I have heard nothing from Apple Their management did talk to me but didn't offer to even talk to UPS about the slow servive nor care that about bad online reviews. Apple just doesn't feel that they need to make a bad experience right.
Have been using an Apple Watch and iPhone XR for a couple of years and looking forward to buying a newer one. The old phone did a great service, and the Apple support team has always been so understanding and helpful (I am not particularly a very tech-savvy person - got the phone from my grandkids). Highly recommend all Apple products.
I would say, apple's products are excellent, they are unique, Their OS MAC is very good alternative to windows. It is more secured and easy to use. Iphone are Ipods are most selling products. I love their Itune store, you can buy all set of books, apps, musics and movies etc.
So my partner ordered me the iPhone 13 pro it's come and I can't charge the device as there was no charging cable and the cable doesn't fit usb plugs - so it's useless unless I part with more money no ear phone just a gone in a box - disappointed
I seriously don't know how i do it but every apple phone i get the screen shatters and/or the LED screen behind the glass cracks. I usually just go to the mall and have the person in the kiosk fix it for 100$ but i paid more than 400$ for this phone. You'd think that the glass wouldn't be so fragile.
This company sucks. I can't believe how expensive the gadgets are. Why would they make the price expensive? Samsung is better than unworthy Apple. Sometimes you get scammed because of the price drops. I hope Apple understands why their phones are so moronic and easy to break. I wish Samsung was better than Apple.
They helped out with getting my iMac 4k fixed after having pixelation issues. The Genius bar rep arranged everything over the phone from shipping, to pickup, and turnaround time while even graciously waving the repair fee. Couldn't have done it without them. Thanks Apple!
I felt if a smart company like Apple offered Chat Support, that would be helpful.
I have sincerely tried it on their site a few times and was sorely disappointed each time. Both at how annoying (yet unavoidable) the automated attendant proved to be, and at how clueless too many low-level chat- (and later, phone-call-) takers proved (I'm a deep techie, like to cut to the chase).
I dislike being used to train support staff at my time expense (I'm disabled, shouldn't have to waste precious talk time explaining basic tech stuff to them. Chat, telephone, whatever.
When I'd already spent an hour explaining my Apple device dilemma thrice and was told to make yet another appointment at an Apple Store for the pre-approved fulfillment, it turned out one cannot do that online. Instead, I had to wait on yet another phone queue to get the appt.
Ugh, some web site. I was generous with three stars.
Been unable to use 6th generation iPad since November. Warranty wortales as they want to to use another computer that I don't possess. Spent countless hours on the phone to Apple. As I write this have been 90 minutes so far.
NEVER BUY APPLE-fine till it goes wrong. No complaints department to phone to help sort it out and e mails to complaints ignored.
Waited in a mob of 20 people for 30 minutes. There was no indication of a special line for people with Genius Bar appointments or needed Genius Bar attention as opposed to a line for those of us poor suckers who just wanted to buy and Apple product.
I think it would be great if we could have more chances before we get locked out.an not just 15:/It'd be better because one thing is is I had newly changed my password and then boom.secruity locked out andi understand its for safety and privacy so people can't get In but I think that sometimes if it gets like fully security locked out without a timer or anything u can just put in a little password that could also just allow u to maybe get 10 or atleast 5 more tries and if that's wrong too then u can call someone and not just 911. And the reason I do not have photos or proof is because I'm on someone else's phone and my phone is on lockout.

Bought an iphone 12 pro Sunday.
Order was cancelled yesterday and I was told that bank did it and not them. Called bank and to my surprise bank told me that they had authorized it. Called apple customer services again. Tried to buy again. Rejected again.
Spoke to 4 people since morning. Absolute useless. Finally bought it using friend's debit card.
I was happy but nooo apple wants be repent my decision buying their product.
Got a call from a customer serices person who was "either drunk" or "naturally rude" and kept asking stupid questions.
Long story short, that Mr cancelled my order again because I could not satisfy his suspicious ego.
To me he was no more then a scammer. Little did I know that apple has stupid customer care and it fosters stupid people like him.
I am so frustrated and hurt for not being able to buy despite I paid twice.
I am not a huge shopper of Apple, how ever when I have had to go to their shops for customer support, I have NOT left disappointed. I have always had help and all questions have been answered. There stores however are limited and more are needed to cope with the growing demand of customers.In Perth WA there are TWO apple store I know of another three or four would be better.
Man I am always an Sony fans and since my old sony battery died I choose to give iphone a try. I picked the X as my first Iphone and I do feel that it is a whole different experience from using an android. Man I got to say this system is very smooth that I don't want to go back to android anymore!
