Im standing in line at 340 on a Thursday afternoon in the Sarasota Fl Apple store to get an appointment... even though I know exactly what I want to buy.
Told to wait but not given any idea how long. This is nuts!
What happens to the Apple that absolutely excelled in customer service and customer experience and customer satisfaction?

Hardware issue found iPhone 6s within 18 months, which become faulty(motherboard). Apple is worst than any local product got for very huge price & service also not good, they dont value the brand. They charge ~1K per visit at service center if you dont have warranty just to verify, if you accumulate its service charge you may buy some other phone!.
This is not only my experience, one of my friend also has iPhone X, which become faulty(Hardware) in just 3 months, since warranty was there he survived. This product was almost 1 lakhs! Horrible quality & service for such a price.

Apple makes great products that last and that are not as vulnerable to viruses.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my iPhone as it is so easy to use. My MacBook Air has been phenomenal. My iPad I have used the least. The next phone will be the large iPhone 6. It would serve the best as it is large enough to use in place of the iPad.

Apple Netherlands is by far the most The most disgusting customer service I have ever experience. Every single senior advisor is so rude! They give you the lowest level of customer service, I had 1 of them interrupt me speaking every sentence and when I said "I would appreciate if you let me finish my sentence" HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. Incredible. My phone was purchased with damage with the charging port not working correctly. I've sent it out for repairs and it keeps coming back broken and they write that they are fixing other problems like the camera which I never complained about.

Ridiculous

I regret switching back to Apple soooo much. I traded in my Galaxy and received a 400 dollar credit. Well, they "never received my trade" they claim so they turned around and charged my card the 400 dollars. When I called they told me if they received my trade they would send it back then I would have to submit another trade in request and get a gift card that they would credit towards my purchase and refund my card. Like what? It's all just too much. I would have just sent the iPhone back and took my galaxy back but now my phone is missing, so…

Switched to Apple products about 5yrs ago. The best thing I have ever done. What is the reason to buy a new computer every couple years because it gets viruses. Apple just doesn't have those issues. My laptop is running just like when I bought it 5yrs ago. LOVE my Apple

Say no to apple

Same here, un satisfied customer. I have (Owened) my device since 2005, just thist past fiew weeks they wipe it and make sure it cant be charged ( second time now) spent a min of 12 hrs getting it back up so I have control and another 3-4 hrs re downloading my stuff.

Crap products
November 3, 2015

Had my first mac last year for about 4 days, then it refused to turn on. I got it replaced under warranty and the replacement arrived in the same state... it wouldn't turn on... I call Apple, apologies out the door and another replacement sent out... SAME THING, it won't turn on! Now I understand why Apple sells so much, 80% are replacements! Crapple products will never again enter my home!

Travelling around Greenwich enjoying the sunshine and decided to take a little trip phone shopping in to Central London. I went to the main Apple store and picked up the latest iPhone and it is amazing and the staff were very helpful and setting up also which I could not have done myself

I've had the worst time having to creat a dozen passwords all because APPLE decided to sign out of my account. I'm just trying to listen to my Apple Music account that I paying for! Now I have to go though all this. I'm not happy with their product

Whenever I buy an Apple product I go directly to them! Their staff is well trained and knowledgeable. I can depend on them to know all the features and have the ability to show me! Im looking to upgrade my iPad4 soon at the Apple Store!

Restrictive

I don't like the proprietary nature of Apple products. If they are having a problem, there is no solving it on your own. Take it to the Apple store. They are incongruent in use/operation to a PC and require a whole re-learning of the navigation scheme.

IPhone 7

The insurance on iPhone 7, is not worth it. The main button cracked but they said they would order a new button, but under insurance they should change the phone rather then making customers unhappy. No value buying a phone on monthly installment. Waste of time

Great Product Outlook

I think enough said there. Now love Apple brand, product, innovation etc. etc. Etc.
I did have one lemom destop few years back and Apple was kind of pain in the A@@ about it. They eventually replaced the computer but it took a lot of persistence on my part.
I love apple and I am usually an early adopter on their product. They know what they are doing. They though got so big hopefully they need to be little cognizant of their border line arrogant attitude.

Why in the world would saving files to iCloud put folders on both my iMac and laptop? Why when I delete the extra folders off my laptop would it delete the original folders from my iMac AND the cloud. Why would the folders with my work for years ever be deleted from iCloud if I did not manually delete them from iCloud? Why does this feature exist if the files aren't actually saved in the cloud? Why would customer service ever say there is absolutely nothing we can do to get those files back? Terrible product/feature. Terrible service and I've used apple for 20+ years.

Waste of money

Been locked our of the phone for 3mths still can't get into it. The phone isn't even paid off and I keep getting the run around. So stupid to pay for a phone and not have it. Very upset will be switching to a android after I can get it to work.

I am sure hate will come off this but like I say, I speak the truth nothing less.
1. Apple sells computers that are even comparable to a netbook
2.The iPod is an Ok product by apple but over hyped and I don't believe there is a app for "everything"
3. IPad is a redictlous product and will not sell well and I bet you anything it will become over hyped like iPod and Mac.
4.Ok the site layout is good but diffidently not the best site i have seen

Any PC can beat a Mac (well most)
There are many more perfectly fine portable devices like PSP or Zune.
IPad... no comment.
