I phone's suck! They aways wanna copy off Samsung which is not good. Don't copy off of another company because that's copyrighting. That's how apple can get sued. I never had an i phone in my life. Samsung's better and I always have Samsung in my household. And that means I have a Samsung phone. The galaxy S8. Why would you get an i phone? Get Samsung! It's better.

I love Apple products. Not because it's a hype, and hip and trendy and cool, but because I think their products are of superior quality. Don't even mention the lifespan of my former Microsoft laptops! For most people the high price is the most compelling, but I really think you save in the long-run, because a Macbook will last you at least 4 years, a Microsoft is outdated after 2. I ordered both my Macbooks from apple.com and I was always very satisfied.

My daughter's iPhone 11 was dropped resulting in a cracked screen. That occurred 2 weeks ago and is currently at the service provider. The Apple ID passcode needs to be reset and I was directed to iforgot.com to put my account in recovery. I have gone through their process of account recovery for two weeks and am still waiting to reset the passcode! I've called Apple Support and spoken to half a dozen apple advisors who ensured me that I will receive a link that will allow me to reset the passcode. I received a link two nights ago. Tonight's advisor repeated the same directions and didn't understand why the link I received to reset the passcode was faulty. She was a senior advisor and could not or would not help us. My insurance claim expires tomorrow so I will need to begin the entire process over again. I've never in my life experienced such terrible customer service. Shame on you Apple! I've been a customer for over 10 years.

Very disappointed by
November 13, 2020

Bought an Apple 10r. No ear buds. Charge cord useless. Have to buy ear buds and charge block because it comes with a cord that not only doesn't have an iphone adapter but also no USB adapter. This will my LAST Apple product.

Just recently I had an issue with the iPhone 5s. Unfortunately it was acting flakey and the screen would shake or disappear. Mind you, it was 2 years past the warranty but I figured I would get it repaired by Apple even if it cost me money.

To my complete surprise they didn't repair my phone - they completely replaced my phone - and they didn't even charge for it at all. A free replacement phone simply because I had never had a warranty claim or issue and they gave me this exception.

Facemix app ripoff on apple

Once you download a free app and cancel the app, they continue to take $$ out if your account. I called my bank & got my $$$ back. Free apps are not free

I used apple products like macbook pro, iPhone and iPad. I started using iPod first and enjoyed using all the products ever since 2011. What I like about their products is that its quality and finishing is so profound. After using macbook pro laptop, I do not want to use other computers (pc).

The five star isn't because it's Apple, but because you have to give them a try before believing any negative review or comment about them.
I had a problem with my iPhone 6 plus, purchased for full price and insurance without contract via AT&T, I thought the phone was having problems because the camera isn't the same or as good as the iPhone5 I began with in taking photos of certain colors (for instance, try using the iPhone 5 and 6 to take photos of a Louis Vuitton item and you will see the difference). I took it in and had the representatives look at the phone. They told me it was normal but with little discussion, they decided to give me another phone just to make me see that it is normal for the iPhone6+ to have such camera effect.
After paying about 995 with about 6$ or so every month to insure the phone, I wanted to make sure my phone isn't defective.
I love the product and they won my business. So many people love the camera on the iPhone 6+ but not me.

ILove Apple

I am an avid apple products user. I have an iPhone 6s, an iPad and an iMac. Apple has great customer service. Many people think that Apple is too expensive, but I think for the value of the products and services, you get what you pay for. Sure I wish Apple offered more free apps like Samsung, but I love Apple without question.

I had a galaxy samsung 4, it simple was to slow, even to make a phone call, since I changed to an iphone 5, yep may be to old but is great for me, I can say that is far superior than the rest cell I had.

I dont like Apple

There used to be an app called the human coalition App that I used to have downloaded on my phone n theyve decided to remove the app, which is an anti-abortion app. So Im so mad at them because they r a very greedy company who all they care is about the money but they dont care about their customers well being. In this app human coalition, you pray so you could save babies from abortion. Im prolife so I like that app. And Apple removed it because its anti abortion, so whoever is a prolife person, please do not ever buy Apple appliances. Plus the customer service is not the best. So unless they put the app back Ill continue encouraging people to Not buy products there. I was so turned off when I found out they removed the app. What goes around comes back around

Poor service
September 11, 2023

I ordered a gift card on line and received an email that said the card would be email to the recipient in one hour. 5 hours after the order was placed still no gift card so I contacted Apple and the representative did what they called a resend and again I got an email saying the card would be emailed to the recipient in an hour and now I am almost 13 hours since the card was ordering and Apple assured me that the card would be delivered by 7:30pm EST. Still no card. Apple.com sucks for gift cards and it is my recommendation you not buy apple gift cards. There are way better gift cards out there beside Apple.I will never buy again ever.

Never been a fan

I have never been a fan of Apple. But when I bought MacBook it was a blessing! It you use note for a work, not simple browsing and movie watching, but working, there is no better thing than MacBook. Touchpad and operation system is WOW so good. Not a fan of iPhone because they are too expensive and difference with android is not so great

IPhone 7 Worth the Upgrade

My previous phone was the iPhone 5s which I've been dearly hanging on to. With the recent updates my phone has only got slower and slower. I feel this is unfair for users who want to hold on to old phones that have no issues but I was looking to upgrade to a bigger screen anyways. Anyways, I love the iPhone 7 and can't wait to receive the AirBuds!

Good apps and I love shopping at apple and ue ing my iPhone is awesoe. The only thing I wish is the site was a little more easy to use. Some of us take a little while longer to learn than other. Pleased all in all.

Everybody know that apple's mobile is dam good, it's a brand and always it present with a glamour, but now the time i phone customer facing a i phone hanging problem, one of mt friend having i phone 5s and it is only 1 and half months old and it's hanging many time.

Trust their Refurbish

My grandaughter wanted an ipod and all the prices were to the sky I checked their refurbished items. I found the ipod it came in an Apple case like knew, it looked new and it has been working like a new one for almost a year.

I dropped my phone and from the small fall the phone shut off and now it won't shut back up. I have insurance on the phone but I can't file a claim until I turn the find my iPhone button off. I can't do that without my apple id password which is saved on my phone and I don't remember it. I tried to reset my password and apple said it would take 24 hours to send me instructions to reset it. I use my phone for work so I figured only one day wasn't so bad. I just went and checked and now it says I have to wait 3 days to reset it. So I can't even file the claim for another 3 days. Which is absolute BS. Why does it take 4 days to reset my password, especially after i verified everything. I will never EVER buy another apple product after dealing with this. I even called in and Apple said they can't help me at all LOL.

Never trust them!

I purchased an app that costed $60 and was SCAMMED. App does not do what it says it does. When trying to refund was denied. Appealed, was denied. Tried to talk to customer support and was told there was nothing they could do. To those who make a lot of money $60 is nothing, but to those who live below the poverty line, its a completely different story. To be told by a company that there's nothing they can do is disgusting. I swore by apple but this has really changed my mind. Honestly I will be going back to Samsung before buying another apple product! What this experience has taught me is apple are scammers.

Refund for goods

I bought two Macbooks. Then made a return. I was promised that they would return the money for both goods to my bank card with which I paid for the goods. But they returned the money only for one position, and for the second they said we will give it back with a gift card! Why do I need her!? Give money. This is a lie. I would never have thought that such a company could deceive a customer.
