Apple, I love Apple. I haven't shop from them a lot, but the little I did, I had a good experince. Their customer service are really great! I've had a really bad accident ith one of our Ipad's and a customer service rep, really helped me out.
I bought an apple iphone online for my husband he got locked out and can't use the phone. He contacted apple and they said they needed the receipt of the original purchaser but the place we bought it from didn't have it since they buy phones that have been traded in from att and verizon. This person sent the receipt showing we purchased the phone from him. Apple said that wasn't enough, and won't unlock the phone. I think this is ridiculous. I will never purchase another iphone and I think no one should purchase one this is probably a way to get people to purchase a new expensive phone.
Last year maybe about 8 months ago I called Best Buy in Apple Valley California to see how much it would cost to fix my cracked screen on my I phone 8 plus. The worker told me 80.00 dollars to fix my phone. Well on April 7 2023 I called Best Buy again and the price now is 169.00 dollars to fix my phone. I did call a different Best Buy in SanBernardino they told me the same thing but the girl that I talked to from the Geek Squad told me that's what Apple is charging for the iPhone part. I did call a phone repair shop in the Victorville Mall and it is only 80.00 dollars to fix my phone. I don't know who or why is screwing people is it Apple or Best Buy. Yes I did a review on Best Buy definitely not a happy customer as you can see. There is no reason to raise the prices over double in less than a year. My next phone probably won't be an Apple if this is how they treat customers that buy Apple products.
I currently own 2 desktops, 5 iPads, 6 iPhones, and 5 apple watches. I have only purchase iPhones since they came out. Have an Apple Watch that wont power up and they want 255.71 to fix because the warranty expired 12/24. They will not honor 5 days after! I will NEVER give Apple another dime
Its a good site. It has many types of very unique products. I recommend everything but the ipods. The only one of those I would recommend would be a Touch or a Classic. Nano is priced for 150 dollars, and all you get is 8gb and a cheap gimmicky touch screen that has no features but a music player, and a radio and a pedometer. You can but all that for under 50 dollars. Along with that, the Shuffle is priced for 50 dollars, and yep, you guessed it, all you get is music, no screen, long sync times, and a horrible battery. But it's audio is magnificent. I would highly recommend this site, but I can't because it over prices it's items. Thank you for reading, and if you agree, please say my review was helpful.
Apple is one of the best mobile in the world and compare to other mobiles, apple providing mobile clarity and quality is really great. Now i am planing to but the apple6 and i heard so many good reviews about the phone.
They are so helpful at the Apple store, if I have a problem with my IPhone. They have a great return policy and are very helpful. The drawback... they are super busy and sometimes you have to make an appt. Overall, I am Satisfied, Thank you
Buy an iPhone 6 and I think an excellent team, I have no complaints, excellent customer service, I have purchased music and applications and I think good tool.
The page shows in detail the products with good resolution, it is very good option to buy your smartphone recommended.
I have the phone for a year and a half, no Waranty no apple care face recognition not working, at the apple store I was told " in fortunately it happened " I was ask to pay almost $600 for the repair. Not recommended Iphone. I pay for the phone $1400 at the beginning not willing to ad nor money in this company.
I got my wife a new iPod nano from Apple and overall it was a really good experience. I especially liked the free engraving on the iPod. I gave it four stars instead of five for the simple reason of accessories. A lot (not all) of the accessories for iPods can be found for so much cheaper on other sites for the same item. I'm all for paying full price for Apple's iPods they've never had a single issue but full price for some of the other stuff from companies that aren't apple are a little harder to swallow. So a great way to Apple gear but I'd get all my peripheral items somewhere else.
I bought an Ipad in 2012 or there-abouts,
It has been sitting on my desk for the past year and I decided to take it on vacation to watch a movie.
Upon opening it, I found I did not have the Apple ID or PW.
When I returned home, I called Apple.
They wanted me to call the store I purchased the Ipad from (Best Buy) and get a receipt to prove I bought it!
The Best Buy closed at least 6 years ago and is now a shopping center.
These people have absolutely no business being in business and touting their products.
They should be happy I still have the damn Ipad and am willing to use it despite it being incompatible with just about every other format on the web.
I will throw it away and buy a Samsung!
PS I am also selling my Apple Stock and buying Amazon.
I cancelled an app I had downloaded on my iMac, and several days later, was charged. I requested a refund. Apple sends me an email with a link in it to see the refund decision. I won't let me login under the old password, I reset the password, and it won't let me login with the new password either. Yet, I'm able to login to the App Store with my new password. It's ridiculous that a major tech company is this glitchy.
The product themselves are great but hugely overpriced. I am an Apple User (not a fanboy) for many years due to being in the creative trade. I have seen a huge decline in Apple customer service in the 10 years I have been buying from them. They are not the same any more and any goodwill I had for them is gone. The only problem is that to find a product of the same quality speed and stability from elsewhere does not exist. I know that PC's are more expensive but then again they have to be to run the OS alone. I used to build PC's so I know a little about them. All Computers including the macs crash and have issues. My 17 inch MBP with the new 10 hour battery that will last for years is already finished but is not user servicable so more fun coming up with that. I absolutely hate going into the mess and crush of humanity that is the Apple store. Normally before I let people that close to me I insist on being bought dinner at least...

I love my apple product. This year I bought MacBook 12 inch retina display and I'm in love with it, very comfortable, stylish and thin. I'm using apple product for 7 years and I will use only apple product it's for sure!
I needed to buy a new MacBook pro so I was looking at their refurbished products, There was a sale on them and I wasn't able to buy it at that time; I tried calling their sales department to see if they could make an exception and give me the sales price. The sales reps tried hard to help me but in the end I was told there was literally no way in their system to simply adjust the price for me. I don't appreciate a company that doesn't care for their customers. Its not like their products are seriously over priced or anything...
I had an iPhone 12 Max for awhile. It has been an okay phone. The camera is not close to the Pixel, but it is faster. The problem I have is the updates. I left Google because of the bugs in the software. What just happened to me is far worse. I just updated to the new IOS 14 and the face recognition quit working, the microphone to text quit working, sometimes it rings sometimes it does not, apps fail to close, and so on. I called Apple and they said it was out of warrantee. I said it was fine up until the restart after the update and they said again it was out of warrantee. So, I am stuck with a phone that now doesn't work. I believe the bugs in the Android software were better than updates killing the phone. Anyone wanna buy a watch? I am done!
The MacBook Air does not natively support multiple displays because of limitations from their M1 processor. I tried to connect the computer to my displays through a hub and it only turns on one display. I have an older intel-based MacBook Pro that works perfectly fine in the exact same setup.
After 3 hours, 2 Best Buy visits and a $140 purchase of a "HyperDrive Viper" hub that was recommended by Best Buy product specialists it still does not work. These decisions are going to hurt Apple big time in the long run as they lose customers.
Airpods are quite likely the best bluetooth headphones out there even though many look at the price of 150-$170 and think they are not worth that, however they are definitely worth that price considering the bass and sound quality.
After 20 years of being a loyal Apple customer, it is time to part ways due to their lack of customer support and inability to fix issues when they occur. A total lack of concern by their senior technical support team and blatantly said they aren't concerned if I am no longer a customer after they couldn't fix THEIR server problem preventing me from accessing my account.
Time to part ways and let the world know that Apple now apparently considers themselves to be so big that losing customers isn't an issue for them.
Answer: Is this a question or a problem.
Answer: Buy an iPad. I believe that is what you want as thats their only device that looks like a "tablet".
Answer: IPhone's are more reliable and they last longer (mainly because of the software, and the software updates). Moreover, Apple has better warranties, better customer service, and their product have a better resell value.
Answer: You have to a Mac computer to unlock it or go to a store where they unlock phones
