Best phone for me!

I purchase apple iphone 6s in their online store and I was amazed with the added features of the phone. The retina display was even better and camera was crisp and polished. I am glad I did purchase it.

I was charged for 12.71 although I didn't have a subscription and I call apple and ask wat was this transaction for and apple could not tell me and said I need to let it charge me before they can tell me wat was I charge for because I didn't have a active subscription. Now I let u guys charge me you wouldn't give me back my money. This is unfair and criminals. Apple is a thief.

Apple is by far the worst system I even worked with. Tossed the macbook out the window, trew away the apple phone. Use Windows, Android en never ever get your hands on an Apple product. They are terrible, with Apple, you can use Apple products, nothing else. Don't even think about playing a game on your Apple, Windows games dont work and since 99% are you are screwed with Apple. Try connect a printer to Apple, screwed, try to exchange files between your Apple product and the rest of the world that doesn't have an Apple,,,, screwed. If Steve Jobs was still alive I wished for him to part from this world (he parted, unfortunatly forgot to take his Apple products with him)

I don't have a problem with Apple the product. I have a problem with Apple the company. They are dishonest by intention. They will make promises, not carry through and do what ever they can to nor honor their promises. I will continue to buy Aple products, but not from Apple,

I am dissapoited

I have to admit that when I saw the name apple I was expecting some high quality proucts. Sadly that is not what I got. The airpods I bough stopped working after 2 months. I do not know if it was me or the airpods were faulty. Either way I am dissapoited. Getting them fixed will cost quite a lot and I hate that fact.

Apple AirPods are crap

I brought a pair of AirPods from Apple this time last year I had to get a new pair sent to me because I could no longer hear sound out of them, they lasted until 1 month ago where I couldn't hear the sound out of them again so this is the second pair of AirPods I've had in less than a year! I then talk to them for the last 3 weeks speaking to about 8 different people all promising me they will give me a paid upgrade and will email me or call me the following day... they never called me so I called again today to find out that my upgrade hasn't been approved and they never told me when they found this out... I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get sent a new product because of their 2 fault products and they never even told me they won't send me it

You have so little control and are losing more and more every year.
Like boiling frogs.
They trick you into doing something like adding 2FA to your account which locks your account to your cell number. Give up that number and you lose access to your account.
And then they make it impossible to go back.

I could go on and on... They are scum.

Bad experience
September 22, 2022

A few days ago, I placed an order for a Macbook pro over the phone. I used an old existing apple id I had for years. I was logged into it on Apple website, but after I placed an order I realized that some functions of my old ID were locked behind a 2-step verification, including order tracking. My old ID was linked to my old cell phone (for 2 step verification), but I didn't have the phone anymore. I still knew the password, and the old phone number, but getting into my account was somehow impossible and so was the recovery.

The Apple shop in my City is always very busy, but always staff ready to help. For me the products always seems to be 30% more expensive than the nearest equavelent. For a high end phone for instance you wouldn't get much change from a thousand pounds! Sorry but I can get a better phone fvor my needs for at least two hundred cheaper!

My phone broke out of no where and would not turn on at all so we go to an Apple store to figure it out, after trying to log into my Apple ID on a new phone we tried to reset the password where we were told we need to wait for an email indicating when the new password is released. This email we waited 2 days for told me that I won't have access to my Apple ID password for 13 days and that's the lucky number, we were told some people get 29 days which is absolutely ridiculous I have no access to any of my important apps and general necessities for two weeks. I'm a full time student and need my phone for many things and for two weeks I'm left with nothing, Apple should be embarrassed that they have no override and or reasonable timing in giving me my goddamn password!

I spoke with a "leadership team member" at Apple yesterday. Apple was too cold-hearted to replace my foster child's Apple Watch that was stolen 2 weeks after he received it for his birthday with "Apple Care" included. We should all know this - Apple DOES NOT care.

Sad to watch

Apple have produced the best computers in the world but now they are in rapid decline. They used to produce professional computers, the MacBook Pro but now they are not serviceable and therefore no longer aimed at the professional user. They have deliberately changed their business model so that everything is needlessly soldered to the motherboard and no change or upgrade can be made. This is cheaper for them but the reduction in product quality has not been reflected in a reduction in product cost. Components etc. have also changed to cheaper versions without a similar reduction in price of the product. I have always been a fanboy but I am going to jump ship. My next laptop will be a Samsung Series 9. I feel sad about this but Apple have changed too much. The Samsung Series 9 is a professional laptop.

What can I said, after I tried the Samsung Galaxy, this is heaven. Fast, free of crap from android, easy to answer phone calls, with Samsung many times is extremely hard to answer a phone call, anyone that tried the galaxy knows what I am talking about.

Iphone 14

Just bought new Iphone 14, used my all 11 for years now and I was very satisfied with it. All app wokred without glinch, camera is only not that good, I think Samsung have more quality when it comes to that, but everything esle Iphone is much better!

I just bought new phone, Iphone 13 pro for me and for son Iphone 13. They are really good, and we know why we are buying them, quality is amazing, and I used my previous Iphone for almost 4 years. But I wanted to buy a new Ipone 14, but prices, whauu, to expensive, it's crazy.

None of them would attract me to play their games for more than 3 hours, because the games are old school designed! Including, they do not know what "Cute" really means! "Caveman Rocks" and "Mini Golf" from Webfoot was not found on iPhone 10!
I have tried them all!
Xbox Cloud Gaming's within the Beta Stage and Microsoft has not released the completion of that application on Safari, so Forza Horizon 4's game performance is terribly bugged at Beta Stage!

We an Apple family, with ipads, iphones, imacs, ipods, etc. Their products tend to last (don't drop your iphone from more than three feet high, however), and their on-line and on-phone help is superior to any comparable brand I've experienced.

People believe Apple is the best, well it is not. When your device get old, still working and need a small spare, the answer is: buy a new one.
The Iphone 11 is a fraud, I have to change mine TWICE, I do not even finish to pay for this crap phone full of glitches, functions that you can control, and the "support" well "buy a new one". I have macBook air, I pad, I phone and this is it. No more CRAPPLE, I am done F. K this company.

I cannot even begin to express HOW EXCELLENT their customer support is. Always buy AppleCare with ANY new purchase. They rock and I gotta go as they are connecting me just NOW! YAY! Love this company. Comcast should take some lessons from Apple... STAT!
