I ordered an Ipad, keyboard, pencil, and sd card reader. I had to go to a drop off store to pick up the pencil because UPS doesn't deliver anything but pickup stickers for their local drop off stores. The keyboard shipped 2 day air but after 2 weeks without new shipping information and several complaints from me, Apple refunded my money without telling me anything other than they were investigating the shipment. The ipad took several weeks before i found the expected UPS sticker. I went to the drop off store and they hadn't received the package yet. Now I have to keep calling until they actually receive the package. I have heard nothing from Apple Their management did talk to me but didn't offer to even talk to UPS about the slow servive nor care that about bad online reviews. Apple just doesn't feel that they need to make a bad experience right.
