I LOVE IPHONE 6

Last week i just received a gift from my Aunt. And im so shocked because i never expected that my aunt would gave me like that. So far as i observe the pixels of the camera and video was really really amazing and all the software that i currently used was so easy.

I've only ordered off of their website twice but I've had minimal problems. They did charge me an extra $100 when I ordered my laptop but it was during their back to school sale and right before they released the new MacBook Pros (they upgraded mine right before they sent it out to me) so I understand that there would be some confusion. I called and got it all figured out and they refunded the money to my account. The second time I ordered, the site said that the backpack I wanted wasn't going to ship for about a month but I actually got it right away so that was a nice surprise. Overall pretty good, better than a lot of places I've shopped.

Besides being $#*!ed when it comes to their services as a company, apple is the biggest waste of effort humanity came up with. These greedy schmucks disqualify your hardware when the need to drive their sales. Greedy btch jobs left with cancer because he invented cancer.

From 4 to 5S
August 13, 2016

Two Apples down the line and after over 4 years great service my 4 slowed to snail pace so I upped the stakes to a new 5S. Not quite the same as there are a few things I don`t care for, but you have to move with the times I guess

The staff performance was extremely good, friendly, not too pushy, knowledgeable unfortunately Apple policy is extremely poor certainly with regards to climate change and the planet. We were offer to take advantage of "Apple Care" after buying a watch and we were told "don't not worry if your watch breakdown at Apple WE DO NOT REPAIR watches, we replace them!" what an awful awful policy when we all know our planet problem with our pollution. Apple would do well to review their own policy about climate change and the damage that the company is creating by selling us products that cannot be repair but simply replace. Do Apple really care about our planet?

My iPhone XR :(

I have an I phone 10 xr and I hate it it glitches a lot has a screen issues and I just don't really like it. In my opinion I love Apple I love their products but their first full screen phone isn't very good. :( sadly

What happens if apple produce black air pods i mean why only white. They produce phone of different colors, why cant they produce different colors of air pods. I dont recall telling them that my favourite color is white

I have made 3 unsuccessful calls today using the telephone number on the Apple website to talk to a real person in the Apple store.

Firstly I have to engage with an automated system which I gave up with. Then I got through to someone in Ireland who refused to put me through to the store until I told him what I wanted to talk to the store about.

Apple, what has happened to you...

Airpods

I loved my AirPods so much. Great product and everything works. I had absolutely no problems. I had mine for about 6 months. I lost mine 2 months ago and cant find them. They really need to do something to find them easily. One of my favorite apple products just gone.

MacBook pro
June 28, 2020

I purchased 2 MacBook Pro computers in April. Received end of April. My daughter had problems with her's from start up. She called tech, thought all was well. Now, June 28, it is getting very hot, battery looses power in 20 min, and the fan is very loud. She called and was told she would have to send it back. She felt because she had problems with it from the start, they had a record of her problems, it should be replaced. The tech was very rude, impatient and flat out told her she only had 14 days to return it, too late.! I have purchased 4 MacBooks over the years and Apple used to be great, helpful. Never again, NEVER. Apple lost a good customer today. I am disgusted with the service!

Within in a month of have my New IPhone 7 Plus, I was unable to place or receive phone calls, no texting or web browser. Totally unable to connect to ATT towers anywhere.
Having Apple One Care, I still had to give them almost $1,000 to have them send me a replacement phone. Once my BROKEN phone was received back in exchanged and verified it was covered by warrenty, they credited my $1,000 back to my account.

Unacceptable in my opinion, since I had already spent almost $900.00 to buy my new phone to begin with!

All is good with my replacement phone, but time will tell, as many post going through multiple phones with the same problem.

We went to mall of America to get my dads iPad screen fixed... it was not in bad condition at all it still worked, a mall kiosk fixed my iPod for $50. Apple wanted $250 to replace screen and the re furnish and the sell it again and the my dad would get about 40% his next iPad he buys. He got it fixed at quick fone repair for $70 and got to keep it

Order paid in advance never show up. Apple never complete my delivery and they Hold my money for week. Now I don't have a phone and no money to brought another phone.

I think IPhone really is the best phone, it's fast, interface is looking good, unique, I am their customer for years now, but I never had a good experience with their customer support, according to other comments here, most of us didn't had. Still I like Apple's devices and I prefer buying them, especially when it comes to phones...

I tried to update my Apple Watch 4 to no avail. Apple support tried to assist, I went to geek squad at Best Buy for 2 hours plus and they couldn't help me and now back home and still can't get the watch to work, let alone update. Now I'm told I must take it into an Apple location in Manhattan to SEE if they can help... who has the time for this? This is one of my worst experiences, anywhere, ever!

Apple got very poor quality products. They design this poor quality on purpose. When the product will get broken sooner the sooner you will buy a new product. The more products you buy from apple the more money they make.

I highly recommend Apple because they have the best customer service support online, in the stores. You see your name on the screen and they treat all customers whether the computer is new or old and the technicians all of them are well trained. There products are pricy but the quality is superb and the followup care is great I highly recommend Apple.

APPLE PHONES
April 2, 2018

My daughter had an APPLE 128GB and was only on payment 15 of 30 and the phone cost $869.00. Over the weekend her phone shut off and would not go back on. She went to the Apple store today and they said the phone burnt out. She received no help they offered her no discount nothing. She still owed 450.00 on the phone and they wanted to sell her a new phone after she paid the 450.00 off today. HORRIBLE PHONES...

So, I really love apple's quality that they put into their iPhones; it's their computers that I can't stand. But even so, Apple's phones are rivaled only by their service in which -if you're a loyal customer- they'll take care of you.

All I can say is that from my first apple, to my latest 27"imac quad core and iphone 5s, my apple products always word great! I read the book Steve Jobs and he was a wild child, and has left a great Co!
