When we buy our frist Apple phone it came with a head and a charger to plug in the wall I just bought a phone it's great and all but hey I need a wall piece nobody not talking about but iam so please Apple add wall pieces back and ps. headphones
Overall I really do like the iPhone X, I had a 7 plus before. With the X you have more screen and the phone is a more manageable size. The cameras are great and for the most part create beautiful pictures. I did think the X would have more perks though. I also like the iPad and recently I purchased the Apple Watch as well. The products are good quality and issues are fixed quickly.
The Apple Store has the widest range of music and apps and you can get Apple stuff at full retail but at least you know its genuine stuff. That counts for something. A reputable reseller will give you genuine product for a discount but that's something that requires you to find a reputable reseller. Apple is Apple. My son loves Apple products so I go to their online store and their physical stores a lot. Great marketing Apple!
I have had an iPhone and two iPads for years. I got the first iPhone and I'm about ready to get the iPhone 6 S plus when it's available. I tried a galaxy and it was OK but I'm just an iPhone person. It's easy to use and I can navigate my way around so easily. I love the apps and it runs very fast. If I have had to call customer service I've gotten nothing but great help and wonderful customer support.
I connected with Rovi over the texting assistant option! I only had a few questions about a trade in and they helped me so much! They weighed out all of my different options and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of from the start of conversation to the very end. It's not automated at all, it's very personal and it's awesome. I appreciate the help I was given and I loved my experience! Thank you Rovi!
This is just crazy! So we have an older Mac desktop, wireless keyboard and wireless Mouse. Iv'e used them forever! Recently I was having a problem with replacing the batteries on the keyboard. Evidently a battery exploded inside. But it took our neighbor putting it on a vice and using a drill so we could open it to check. Finally got it open, and sure enough it was a mess! So we cleaned it, re-shapped the battery opening to put fresh batteries in it, and gave it a try. Honestly I thought it was toast. Nope, I'm using it right now! I am totally impressed!
Yes, it is true. Apple is easier to use than Windows because you take the whole file with you when you transfer anything, unlike Windows. It is also not as easy to break into as Windows with viruses. Windows also has a massive OS
Be careful! Hundreds of dollars has been taken out of my account without my authorization. When I filed a complaint to dispute the charges, they denied them all except $24.00. And after I filed the complaint. I checked my account again and they had processed 4 more charges!
This would be number one reason I would not buy apple 11 pro. The quality and experience of using the phone must improve with each model, not degrade, right?!? The headphones plug into the charger and I would not be able to charge my phone and listen to headphones simultaneously. Also all 6 pairs of headphones that I already own with standard plugs will have to go to trash - yeah right. Not happening. Such a stupid move apple. Such a stupid move.
I received a new iphone a couple weeks ago. I am having trouble with some of the functions and their use. I contacted tech and did not know the answer. I went to the apple store today. The representative said he did know and or the phone did not do what I wanted it to even though the sources said it would.
On a Monday afternoon, Dave, the Apple support rep, said the problem with our MacBook Pro was probably a backlight issue. He would send a shipping mailer to our Largo, FL home. On Wednesday morning it arrived via FedEx. At 11:00 A.M. that day FedEx shipped our computer (all our records) to Houston, TX. That evening, Apple emailed that they were working on it. The next day they shipped our Mac via UPS and it arrived Friday afternoon. The backlight was replaced as well as the battery and even our smudges on the screen were cleaned. And all this in the midst of a Corona Virus epidemic! The cost of this service? Zero.
I like apple products and this is my favorite company ever. I am using apple products like iphone and ipod. Now Iphone is the best smart phone in the world. Iphone has several merits rather than blackberry and android like Smartphone. Apple is the leader in the tablet space with its popular iPad.
I use the Ipad and the service is just cool. Using the App store is great, and the new features and updates are all brought together. Editor's choice always changes with different app types. Love the Ipad mini! :)
Up till now I didn't have any issues with the iphone 10. Tonight, it wasn't starting up and I'm not sure why. This made me feel very uneasy. I also wasn't sure what steps to take to resolve this. I was feeling worried, and not safe in this situation. I'm hoping a resolution occurs soon. I plan to go to Apple Support to get some resolution to this because it should not have happened.
Rather good than bad. The quality is unmatched, but the marketing is too agressive. It's like you have to have an iphone to look properly. If you have a mac - it's like you're a king... btw, macs do cost too much, even for their level of qulity, so i'm mostly paying for the image, then - for the quality. It's sadder than it could be.
I purchased multiple movies and music from other distributors! Apple won't allow me to have my movies on my Wife and my Movies Anywhere/Vudu account! They are making me wait over a month to rewatch my movies...
I had a great experience ordering an engraved Apple Ipad Air for Christmas. Quick shipping and easy financing. One suggestion - anything you buy at Apple online you best take back to an Apple Store - they are much better there. We had an Ipod that wouldn't work, sent it to Apple - nothing- basically returned it and so too bad. Took it to an Apple Store and got a new Ipod - no questions.
I purchased a Macbook Pro (16 inch 2021) with 64GB Ram and 4TB SSD a few weeks ago and it is absolutely a joy to use. I fully expect it to have a long life (my MacBook G4 still boots!). There is just one thing I've noticed which, after several weeks of usage, has become a minor annoyance: the keys on the keyboard are closer together than on the my Air. The external keyboard on my iMac or my Dell laptop. I'm sure my fingers will eventually learn where things are but in the meantime I'm having to fix a lot of misplaced keystrokes. So, just be aware of this if you decide to head down this path.
My daughter lost her iPhone and Find My Phone said it is 0 miles away. So she decided to shock her dirty pool after winter and a week long unsuccessful search. There it was bottom of pool after shock of chlorine and sitting in green water for a week. She dried it in rice then plugged it in and it charged and it was not damaged…..
Iphone is definitely the best phone on the market, definitely! But price is too much don't you think? I really think that for that price phone must looked totally different than previous model, i don't see that here
