Be careful! Hundreds of dollars has been taken out of my account without my authorization. When I filed a complaint to dispute the charges, they denied them all except $24.00. And after I filed the complaint. I checked my account again and they had processed 4 more charges!

We purchased two couches from Haynes in Newport News. Waited almost two months to get them. We finally get them home, and one of the couches has two holes in the fabric with a nail getting ready to poke through the fabric. My husband called them. And as we thought, it's our fault. The couches were wrapped in plastic, but somehow the defects are our fault. And of course they said it's ok that we claim it on our warranty we purchased! This is crap! And we will never purchase any piece of furniture from this company ever again!

My husband purchased a gift certificate. That supposedly never expires. The company switched to a different system... and the gift certificate I have... they do not have a "record" of it. Even though I scanned it and sent it to them. $100.00 on this certificate down the drain!

This company is out of China. They will add things to "your cart" that you did not purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We ordered 2 pair of shorts to total $58.95 (including) shipping. After making the purchase I checked the confirmation and they had added a men's pair of shoes into my cart for $129.99. I emailed them several times (no contact number) with no response and they withdrew $243.00 from my account for a $58.95 purchase.
