As everybody that has ever stayed here will attest, the service is absolutely the best. The wait staff, activities staff, maid, front desk. The food choices, including the other resorts in the complex, are limitless. What I noticed most was how clean everything within Hidden Beach stays, from fresh terry covers for the beach loungers to the sidewalks, almost constantly being swept. Just needs a proper beach.
Plus points include location near to Roma Termini station, cleanliness, budget price, fast check-in, hot drinks vending machine, room heating and room is made up every day. Cons include wifi only available at lobby and small bathroom. Simple breakfast served and for a simple person like me, a pleasant stay overall.
Visited for 3 nights with my 10 year old daughter. Room was good, pool and Turkish steamer was great. What we really appreciated was the warmth and professionalism of your staff. Thanks to them our trip was extra memorable. We'll be back.
Been going to this hotel every year since 2007. Excellent location. Wonderful staff, especially Simon. Looked after me well when I fell at Aquatica & needed a wheelchair all week. Going back again later this year.

Was initially worried as some websites seem to indicate Amoma is a scam, but everything worked well. Called the hotel to check all was as it should be and they had my booking within five minutes of my payment being made.
I am going to Vienna later this year and was looking at hotels on various sites. Found Amoma.com and the rates for one hotel was amazing. Their price for the room including breakfast was 385 euros and with all other sites it was 650 or 700 euros. I booked it and I got the confirmation very quickly. Then I started to read about Amoma.com and saw all the dreadful reviews and got very worried. I e-mailed the hotel 2 days later but they did in fact confirm my reservation and I have an e-mail from them with their booking ref so I assume all is ok. I guess I am lucky as it seems it could have been a lot worse. Normally I book with Hotels.com and never ever had any problems.
Amoma apparently sold the reservation to another booking agent. After getting our payment for the room, they cancelled the reservation without notice. The phone number on the hotel voucher they sent us was disconnected. Maybe they have some 4th party agents that are reliable, but they don't tell you when you are booking. Avoid them like the plague.
I booked a hotel with amoma 21 days earlier the date of arrival. Some automatic system booked on 5 days earlier than my date by mistake. I cancelled 10 minutes after the purchase, they took more then 90% of the amount and only refunded the rest. I told them it was abusive... they ignored me. Avoid amoma.
SCAM! Never book through them. Your reservation is automatically not able to be refunded even if your plans change for extenuating circumstances. They were very unaccommodating and gave me the run around even when the hotel agreed to let me change my reservation. DO NOT USE THEM. Guessing most of these reviews are from bots.
I am pleased to review this booking company and grant it one star... I would give it a big fat zero, if I could.
They lure the customer in with a "best price"... then collect your credit card data... then snag the innocent and anxious traveler by then increasing the quoted "best price guarantee" to which you have already guilelessly been duped.
Last year when I was desperate to book a hotel room for one night in Washington, DC, I endured this horrible experience... and it took quite a bit of finagling to resolve the issue with MasterCard.
Avoid this booking "service" like the plague.

I booked a hotel in MARCH for a weekend in August, because it was going to be a very busy weekend in Toronto. We arrive at the hotel to find out that they have no record of my reservation on file and are completely booked. Amoma charged my credit card for the room and never passed the reservation along to the hotel.
I was given a refund and told that compensation for my troubles valued at $100 would be processed as soon as I could provide all sorts of banking information on an official document from the bank, saying that they cannot just simply credit my credit card (the same card they charged) with $100. My bank (Simplii Financial) does not have such a document but provided the details that I needed. I have sent the details only to be met with excuses on why they could not process it.
I was not notified, had to booBooked a hotel and upon arrival I was told the booking was cancelled. I was never notified about that, had to book on the spot, paid twice the price. Will try to get my money back and will report this company as a fraud. Stay away, do yourself a favor and read thew reviews on Google "Amoma is a scam"
Booked hotel for October vacation with Amoma back in August. They took my money on August 14th. Getting ready to do our vacation I called our hotel to be told that the reservation was cancelled. I had to rebook at today's rate. Just glad I did not wait till we got to Germany to find out I had no reservation. I now have to try to get my $900 back from a company with no employees. I had used trivago to find a hotel / rate. They now say they have no responabilty towards me. Be careful!

Would have been a 5 rating except hot water did not last 3 days in row around 830 am on third floor. Definitely coming back to stay at this hotel.

I waited on hold for 1 hour and 43 minutes before they answered the phone. Their cancellation policy is very steep. They would not accept any changes or cancellations within 7 days of reservation date. I will never use this website again.
Other reviews echo my shockingly poor experience with this company. The moment you click purchase your flexible cancellation becomes non-refundable. Shady... never got my money back for a hotel I never stayed at.

UPDATE: following my review, I received an almost immediate response at Sitejabber, and my booking request was resolved within the next day. I also received a follow up call following that, which I greatly appreciate. I can now look forward to my vacation and hope there will be no issues at the hotel.
I have booked and paid for a room. Been trying to contact them since June for amendment of date. No reply to my multiple emails, no answer to my multiple calls. No rely on FB messenger either. Spend over SG$100 on phone call, was just put on hold by the recorded operator. I tried calling their hotline in Switzerland, France, Hong Kong and US, same result. I tried emailing them using multiple email addresses, same result. What a disappointment!

Staff friendly & helpful, Room average size with large comfortable bed, shower would be difficult for a larger person to get in. Breakfast good selection, but scrambled egg & bacon was always running out, had to keep asking the staff to top up.
Lovely entrance and downstairs. Rooms clean, basic. Notice to say "no paper in the toilet!" Not sure why this was and nothing explained at reception when checking in.
Continental Breakfast basic, only tinned mixed fruit, no fresh.
I requested for the hotel receipt including the four digits of my credit card(payment method) and the information about breakdown on taxes because their invoice combined taxes and fees. AMOMA.com repeatedly said their policy cannot provide anything else than the invoice without details. Still I'm not sure if I can successfully get reimbursed from my school. So annoying. I should have booked through official hotel websites or big third party companies. I regret booking via AMOMA.com.
