We confirm the cancellation of your reservation number *******, for: Mr. C Hotel at Beverly Hills, Los Angeles check in date: 18/02/2019
Kindly note that we have attempted to reach you multiple times, via e-mail ( xxxxxxxxx) and also by phone ( xxxxxxx48) in order to verify some details corresponding to your reservation, however we have had no response from your part.
==============================
In result:
==============================
1. They mixed up my phone number. It ends with xxxxxxx45 (not with 48 as Amoma mentioned). Have all emails with the proof of providing correct phone number.
2. Withdrawn money - 650.00 USD
3. Unexpectedly canceled my reservation with the reason "we have attempted to reach you multiple times".
4. Doesn't seem like Amoma gonna to refund of 650.00 USD
Dear Amoma,
I have saved all our mailing. At least strange to cancel with "we have attempted to reach you multiple times". As all of them are answered.
Assume somebody had successful reservation with you.
My personal experience - never had troubles with the booking (hotels.com, booking.com, hoteltonight.com) unless tried your service.
You:
1. Mixed up my phone: my is ending with 45, you tried for reasons are known by you only with 48
2. In each email you sending me different reservation numbers. What? How this can be? This is the same reservation.
3. Mailed me with some unneeded emails, complaints that tried to call me. For what? People who book hotel are obviously traveling. Big chance they are not staying on the phone waiting your so important call. Especially considering time difference about 9 hours with your office. Can you think about this?
Please use the money you stole from me to send your managers on courses to study how online services work. Booking.com is the good example.
Quiet location in a busy area with friendly service and a great breakfast. Quiet location in a busy area with friendly service and a great breakfast. Quiet location in a busy area with friendly service and a great breakfast.
