The reviews are saying i won't be refunded in the event the hotel or amoma cancels my reservation because a lack of rooms, tell me this isn't true?

In the unlikely event of a confirmed booking becoming unavailable at short notice, we do everything in our means to relocate our customer to another hotel of the same or higher category. If the situation warrants financial compensation (e.g. A price difference), we apply it without delay and we offer continuous support for all other compensation requests prior to or post check-in. Of course, should you wish not to receive an alternative hotel in this situation, we can issue a full refund. Hi below is my booking no client number: 15666397 booking n°: 27679725 i have already made a complaint 3 weeks ago but nothing heard. i booked for 4 people and now after talking to the hotel they said its only double room and 2 kids have to sleep with parents and extra charges for separate beds? could u tell me hwts your complain procedure?

How long has amoma.com been in business? when do you charge my credit card when i book with you?

Hi Felishia, Thank you for reaching out to us! We have been in business for over 5 years and we are currently one of the biggest online hotel booking platforms. Due to the fact that we do not have direct contracts with the hotels we advertise, and instead we deal with local suppliers, all of our reservations are pre-paid and have to be paid a the moment of confirming your reservation on our website. Alternatively, for some offers we offer an Early Booking option, which allows you to pay a small deposit in order to confirm your reservation, and the rest of the amount can be paid at a later time. I cancelled my booking with booking number: 32466241. but i haven't received any confirmation email yet. can you please check and let me know. also nobody answers at customer care number. this is really pathetic experience.

I booked a hotel in melbourne for this coming weekend. but, afterwards, i read negative reviews about your company, especially someone who received a large extra charge on his credit card for a foreign transaction. this better not happen to me. hopefully, all is legit with this company, as negative exposure is not what you need. should i be worried as i haven't heard about this company until now

Why do so many customers seem to share the same bad experience of booking with you, only to find that on arrival the booking does not actually exist?

I read a lot of horror stories about amoma. how come ? i'm considering a first booking with them but i'm reluctant !

I have booked, but when i contacted the hotel on facilities and vehicle hire they indicated they have no record of my booking. what do i do?

Regarding vehicle hire we recommend you contact a specialized agency. If however the hotel does not see your reservation made with us in their system, please provide me your booking ID and we will assist you further.
