Was a bit dubious after reading some reviews but had no worries at all, everything we booked was correct and a lady even rang us up and saved us another £40 off our booking, would definitely use again, many thanks.
We wished to stay directly at the Toronto Intl. Airport - leaving on an early a.m. flight. AMOMA offered the room for considerably less that ALL other options. I booked but - in the back of my mind - there was a tinge of "Is this authentic?" because I never heard of AMOMA. Check-in/out was flawless. The hotel is very nice/service excellent. AMOMA.com in my favorites.

Had to cancel my entire trip because Amoma's site booked the wrong dates (by 1 day). I called immediately after booking to see if they would help me given the site error and they refused to do anything at all. I would have had to change my flights incurring a $200 fee and take extra PTO to accommodate the site error. I tried calling several times, working with the hotel, and pleading for assistance and they could honestly care less. Now, I'm paying the full hotel price for a trip I can't even go on.
Hard and fast rules regardless of circumstance so book through a company that cares more about their customers and truly listens to their needs.
And they're about to comment on this with some canned bull$#*! about non-refundable reservation bookings and honestly, save it.

Excellent top rated hotel hotel, The Plymouth, in a very nice area of Miami Beach. The staff was friendly and gave great suggestions for eating meals at fine restaurants and for other places to go in Miami as well. They are joyful happy people. The rooms are as beautiful or better than the pictures. Loved being there. Wish I could have stayed longer.
The location is excellent and quiet. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Every time I entered the lobby I was greeted with a smile. The studio was huge; bigger than my flat at home! They have everything you need to cook for yourself in the room & do laundry. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel with my granddaughter for 3 nights in May. Very comfortable, more than adequate breakfast and very pleasant, helpful staff. Our room(303) was located at back of hotel and was very quiet. Good local transport nearby but it is only a 20 minute walk from Charles Bridge. Some really good restaurants close by too. This hotel provided us with everything we wanted at a reasonable price and we would highly recommend.

We thought we were at a pet hotel it was so many dogs everywhere and someone was dropping hard balls above our head in our room until midnight after falling asleep a loud sound with blinking lights was going off in our room at 4 a.m. it was a fire drill which caused me to get no sleep made a complaint but was told because my room was booked with Amoma it was none they could do but give me a ticket for a free drink or meal wanting half of 1st night stay back

Nice comfortable hotel but not for british as far as entertainment goes (very Spanish singing and jokes)
Food was good but dont expect a full English for breakfast! The hotel does not recognize airport transfers (no pick up time lists) and receptionists did not understand when i asked about this but it was no issue as the free wi fi enabled me to confirm my transfer online 24 hours before checking out.
Overall a comfortable stay and not too far from the center etc

Excellent flight with TAP airlines although very difficult to get boarding passes. Ended up having to call their number... to INDIA for 35 minutes. Free drinks and snack on plane though and no need to pay for window seats as every couple guaranteed one!
Hotel perfect! Very central and lovely staff. Can't fault it.

Booked a two night stay with Amoma. Showed up to the hotel and found out the reservation had been cancelled three days prior as there were no available rooms and the hotel had notified the booking agency. Amoma never sent me an email to let me know there was a problem. I had to try and find a room on a Friday night at 9:00 pm with no help from Amoma. My trip had to be cut short due to all hotels being sold out. All Amoma did was supposedly offer a refund but it has yet to post. Will never use this site again as they bill you upfront for rooms that may be unavailable. Ruined my vacation that I took time off work for.

Booked a hotel room for Feb through Amoma web site back in Jan 2016. All went well - no problems. Just received by credit card statement for end June 2016. Amoma have billed me for $833.50. What the?
Haven't used Amoma since Jan. Tried calling them - no answer. Have now had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. Everyone - check your credit card statements - you may find a nasty surprise a few months down the track!
I found Amoma by accident, but the price they offered for the hotel was better than other more established/known 'brokers'. We got a deal that included breakfast at our preferred hotel for less than the cost of without-breakfast with the others. I didn't like the hassling/desperation phone call I got from Amoma though trying to get me to book immediately with the promise of free cancellation cover. Maybe some people won't mind this, but I like to do things when I want to do them, not when someone else says I should! Also their 'Print Off Voucher' could do with A LOT of refinement. It looks amateurish to say the least. That said, the hotel accepted it without hesitation and our booking was simple to do. All in all I'd certainly compare my next hotel booking via Amoma, after all, what's to lose!
We just got home from Hawaii and thanks to an amazing Amoma deal, stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village on Waikiki Beach. We practically got 2 rooms for the price of one! The resort was phenomenal, made the trip just perfect. All 10 of us were so so pleased. I will definitely be looking to Amoma when we book next year as well!

The hotel is lovely, very Swiss & modern. Free WiFi is great, good choice of English tv channels, not that you stay in to watch tv, but nice to chill out & watch some tv in bed at night. Staff very friendly & polite.

Had to cancel my hotel reservation due to Hurricane Irma. I requested cancellation through their website and called multiple times, but still has not get my refund or an actual response since 9/8/17. They only email a generic response saying that they will get back by email or phone call as soon as possible... still no response in nearly 10 days.

You are charged a $13 international transaction fee (if you're paying from the US), which they don't tell you about.
Also I'd avoid this service if you're booking something for work. They're receipts don't include your payment method, making reimbursement a pain.
I've also found their customer service as very antagonistic.

Hotel nord 1901:1) closed to everything, but not in noisy street. For us this is the best location; 2) super clean, comfortable room. Luxurious looking lobby with decent prices, you can feel the hotel manager and staffs works hard to welcome you; 3) No hiding fee from AMOMA.com and this hotel.

We arrived in the afternoon after 5 minutes walk from main railway station, friendly and well organised reception, room was perfect, and breakfast was ok. Perfect hotel for traveling around Milan as there are two underground stations not 100 yards away from each other. We enjoyed very much our stay and will come back when back in Milan.
