I placed an order 3/22/20 for product to ship by end of week (friday). My cc was chared $483. That day. Now all I hear, when I do hear, is next Friday, next Friday. This week I can't get anyone to answer a phone, it doesn't ring.
I try online chat, and they say they cant help me, I have to e-mail customer support, which I have and they don't return my e-mails. There is no way to contact these people to even cancel your order and get your money back. This is no way to do business. If you are having problems filling orders, it is your job to get back to customers!
I order $1000 in products back in February I received an order confirmation 2 weeks later, I got an email saying that my order was on backorder and don't know when it will be shipped, I try to cancel my order, email, call everything. Now the lines are disconnected, the chat says they are not in service, emails never got responded. Worst scammers low life pigs, living from stealing peoples money.

We only trust American Screening Corporation when it comes to medical supplies, from chemicals and solutions to braces and splints, they have limitless stock for customers. I ordered my hand sanitizer on first week of March. Sales person told me this prodcut was in stock and I asked him you guys have 20 cs and he said yes. Thank god that I just ordered 5 cs of 12ea/cs hand sanitizer. Also I even paid first class mail so i can get faster. I called them and email them but they never pick up the phones and never email me back. Some how they picked up my call and saying it was out of stock and it got bacd ordered. Sales person told me it was in stock... all scam... also told me they shipped to me 2weeks ago and I never recieved. When i check online it shows eta shipping 4/6 - 4/17... never came. All BS and scam...
And now they changed product 12ea/cs to 1ea. And it shows they shipped out only 5 qty not 5cs... they always telling you they cant provide tracking number due to hight demand cause of covid19... bs... if they shipped with usp, or fedex or dhl or usps you must provide tracking number to customer... dont ever buy something from this company... scamm... fake...

Purchased 2 different kinds of bulk hand sanitizer 5 weeks ago. Both were sold as being in stock. The next day, I discovered on my own that both were out of stock. Called incessantly for 3 hours trying to get thru to someone to cancel my order. When I finally did, I was told that I was not allowed to cancel and they had no idea when my products would be in. Called 2 weeks later to check and was told that they weren't accepting phone calls regarding web orders. Email inquiries only. I've sent several emails and no one has gotten replied back to me. Even tried calling several times and can't get thru to anyone. Either busy signal or message stating mailbox is full. Still no hand sanitizer. I'm out over $250.

American Screening just plain S. U. C. K. S. They do not answer phones, canned email responses and very rude customer service after trying to call for over 3 weeks. It appears this company is China owned since true Americans are in this together they would at the very the minimum not price gouge and not take advantage of the consumer. And the high ratings they do have are cultivated reviews. There is no customer service, my order never shipped but yet the company still charged my CC.

Ordered Purell on 3/13/2020 and checked back a few times. No one answers the phone. Received an email that would ship in a week. Never did. Called and someone said would ship that week. Never did. Requested refund through PayPal which just processed today. Guessing they collected all the orders and credit card payments hoping people would forget.

They charged my CC on the 25th of March and i only received the confirmation email. They don't reply on the customer Service email and to the phone calls too.

Order placed April 1st. I called April 6th and they stated "order will be shipped this week" meaning EOW 4/11/2020.
They sent an email 4/10 to track my order with a link that DOESN'T WORK. They don't respond to e-mails, live chat is a joke- no one there. I am reporting them to the FDA as they sell drug testing kits, the BBB and LA Atty. General. ONE OF THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER MADE THE MISTAKE OF DEALING WITH.

I noted a $79 charge on 3/17/20 from this "company" that I did not recognize on one of my credit cards. I also today (4/12) received an email from them entitled "Order Tracking/Ship Status" with instructions to go to "my account" and check. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM - NEVER DID. I tried calling and received only a busy signal. This fits every parameter of a fraudulent charge and, based upon other reviews here, is probably the case. I cancelled the charge on my CC and reported the fraud.
My advice: If you see this on YOUR charge - RUN and call your CC company. Others have said they did not receive confirmation emails - that's the FIRST sign of illegitimacy.

I placed an order for hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes with this horrible, horrible company on March 13, which totaled a hefty $153.62, was then charged a ridiculous $197.62 for two day shipping on the $153.00 order. March 18th, I went on their website live chat (Joke) to cancel my order. When I tried to go on it again, the live chat was turned off. Sent two emails to cancel. Still nothing and I still haven't received my money or items as of April 12th. Received an email this morning saying they were shipping items and to track delivery click their link. Click the link and the link doesn't work because THEY SPELLED THEIR OWN NAME WRONG IN THE LINK. RUNAWAY from, as the link states, "American Screeing Inc".

Their website is very useful for me in placing my orders. I can navigate it without any struggles, which helps a lot. We err eyeing to make continuous business with them considering that we haven't encountered a problem throughout our transaction. They are prompt, and they offer good pricing.

Answer: Taking advantage of people during the worst of times. This company is absolutely a scam. If you have an issue and want to resolve it? Don't count on it. No one ever answers the phone, they do not return voice mail messages, no one is available to "chat" (I take that back; I was able to get through to a salesperson 1 time. He just lied to me and told me over and over that my order was scheduled to arrive the following week. That was 2 weeks ago. It still has not arrived.), and they do not respond to emails. This includes their Customer Service and Sales Departments. They are continually advertising all these new products available, yet they cannot fulfill the orders they still have open. Why would you advertise that you are selling 1-gallon bottles of hand sanitizer if you have got customers who have been waiting for 2 months to receive 2 8-oz bottles? I have requested a full refund but it stands to be seen that I will get that money back. Perhaps it's time for them to experience small claims court if they haven't already.
