The SCT X4 was easy to purchase, shipped lightning fast too. However, and this was proven but a subsequent purchase a couple days later with some shocks. The SCT was in a plastic bag sized for it wit a plastic bag sized appropriately, or at least it was supposed to be. It was loose in the box flopping around. At the time I thought we'll that's a one off situation. A couple of days later my Bilstein shocks showed up, shipped in just the thin box the manufacture packaged them in with both ends blown out of the box. I haven't looked to see if everything is there yet, I'm sure AM will take care of me if not.
Also, my promo code coupon did not come via email for my next order. CS confirmed I have it but I'll have to call in when I place my order. Far less than convenient and if I have to place the order over the phone, I'm far less likely to purchase more items impromptu.
Placed 4/20/22 no order placement yet and money out of my affirm account checked affirm and they say it's American muscle but who knows I will pay all of this off if I ever get my pipes for my 2013 camaro I want to hear that sound is all

Customer service representatives are super! I had an issue with improper parts in a rocker kit. Not once, but TWICE! Customer service addressed the problem and promptly issued an RGA. Unfortunately, the rocker kit was ultimately purchased elsewhere. But this Customer service team knocked it out of the park!
Bought the replacement headlight housings for our Mustang as well as the sequential lighting harness so that our 2003 taillights will now be sequential like modern 'Stangs.
All of my orders have come through as I am in progress of renovating my 2012 dodge challenger R/T from head to toe, inside & out, top to bottom, etc…thank all of you who do a wonderful job keeping us mopar enthusiasts smiling

Everything I have purchased in the past from American muscle has been great. However, I am disappointed in these exhaust tips. I waited for months for these to be available, just to be disappointed. I doubt its your companies fault, but wanted to voice my concern. See photos below of chipped paint, straight out of the box.
