They take your money and let you wait

This appears to be their standard operating procedure. Sell you an item, take your money, and then disappear… until YOU ask them where your order is!
Good luck, 30+ days and I never got a shipping confirmation!

I would call customer service to be sure why you didn't get a tracking number. They should always have one on your account order history.
