I love amazon prime. I am using prime service since a long time and I am happy with prime benefits and support.
Amazon never fails. Even if you have an issue, their customer service is all over it. Well worth the subscription fee.
Never had a bad experience! And when I wanted to return shoes because they were the wrong size, it was handled easily.
Still pay shipping, packages late often. This company is major so they don't care about mistakes or inconveniences.
I've been doing ceaco Thomas kinkade puzzles for years and the puzzle pieces are way different now dont like it.
I am always get great offer below for prime. And sometimes is show more then others some do fall way beyond standard especially
Love prime! Disappointed about the tax. Still can't beat 2 day shipping! I've been shopping online a long time.
Great products with fast delivery, but terrible packing. Lucky that the customer services fixes most of the packing errors!... Joe Prete
Benefits of Prime membership have been cut, especially with Amazon Music and Prime video. You used to be able to download music to your phone and play offline as long as you logged in every month (great for deployments) to verify your status, now you have to pay an extra $15 for Amazon Music Unlimited just to be able to listen to music while flying or offline. Prime video was 90% free and now its 10% free/90% pay for subscription or have adds. Prime delivery used to be 2 day guarantee, now its "expedited".
The quality of content on this site has dropped exponentially since 2019. Granted... I can't think of one good show or movie that has come out since COVID that was decent unless it was pulled from a decent book. The quality of their "Amazon Original" content isn't worth the price.
I called Amazon direct when I was deployed overseas to have my account deactivated before the renewal. I was unable to access the account to do so myself due to country limitations, Amazon agreed verbally but continued to charge me. Never cancelled my account. Now on their app I can cancel (which I did) but I am stuck with this crap service for another 6 months because they no longer offer prorated cancellation.
Biggest red flag in the world, try reviewing Amazon Service itself on their website. You cannot. They do not allow it. Proof these greedy bastards don't deserve your money or your trust as a company. Also took me about 1hr to find a place that would allow legit reviews without signing up for their site.
This doesn't even touch on the other issues I've had in the past and stuck with them as a moron. I am a current stock holder of Amazon, but will be moving my money elsewhere. I hope this company burns to the ground, they don't deserve to be in the position they currently are.
I am proud Amazon Prime Customer! I am using this service since a long time and i am enjoying multiple benefits of Prime. Lovin' it
2nd year as member great service easy contact will stay a member for as long as they keep up the great job
Amazon Does Not Like Negative Reviews About The Product Imports From China Or Makes The Most Of Money. If You Report A Negative Review Form Junk Products That There Is A Lot Of Fakely Posted Positive Reviews, Amazon Review people Block Your Comments From Reaching The Customers Trying To Read It before They Buy It.
I Think This A Shame That Mr. Jeff Bezoes Has Created A Dishonest Organization That Censors Through Honest Customer's Opinion About The Product That He sells & Promotes On His Site.
I Think Every Responsible Human Being With Clear Conscience Has A Resposibilty Contributing To The Community That He Lives in, Unless Making money & Greed has Truly Removed That Sense Of Resposibilties.
I Have Been An Amazon Prime Customer for years & I Always Promoted Mr. Bezoes Achievement As A Great American Success & Well Deserved.
The Idea that He purchased Washing Post & Then Left It Entirely To it's editor Free From His & Any Outside influence, Censorship & Special interest groups -Truly Made Me To Admire Him. But Then Again Blocking The Negative Reviews Made Me To Think, If This Is The Same Bezoes Or!
I ordered a beautiful sheet set from Captain Linen on April 4,2022 and when it arrived it was the wrong size for my King bed, I informed Amazon and the seller about this and was told I had to pay to have it shipped back through Canada post. I sent it on April 25 and was delivered tot he seller on the 28th, almost 15 long phone calls to Amazon and countless emails to the seller and still no refund, the seller says it was not delivered to them and my tracking number and Canada post confirm it was. Amazon and their A-Z Claim department are a joke and I am out the money on account of a company who says they protect their buyers, not true and taking my business elsewhere.
Maybe you should too

I've been an Amazon Prime member for 3 years. When I began handing $$$ over to Amazon it was $75/year and EVERYTHING THEY SOLD WAS COVERED if you were a Prime member. As the last 2 years flew by EVERYTHING has changed!! Now it's $99/year (SO not worth it anymore) and only CERTAIN things are covered by "Prime." I have been ordering things lately and instead of getting my items in two days, as per my $99/year membership, my orders are getting split up and I'm receiving "1" out of 4 items in 2 days.....as per my $99/year waste of $$$. Don't buy into it anymore people!! I am spending more and more time on EBay these days......at least I KNOW to expect scams and thieves on EBay. Amazon just hides it real good. The sad part is I have spent THOUSANDS $$$ on Amazon as a Prime member because it USED TO be so much of a time saver and I started to get spoiled receiving my items in 2 days, but now good luck finding items that AREN'T sold by 3rd party sellers (hence not bound by the 2day delivery promise you get as a "Prime Member"). I'm not repeating the same mistake for a fourth year in a row by giving them ANOTHER $99. I truthfully only kept it this year because my 6yr old autistic daughter watches her shows on Amazon Video, but I can get Roku and save $90....and not have that "gotta take a shower" dirty feeling for being ripped off AGAIN. Learn from my mistakes guys/gals, don't get suckered in!!

Answer: Probably because Amazon Prime would rather be straight forward with their customers and ensure they get their customers' questions answered to the absolute best of their ability to avoid any sort of confusion using chatbots, and/or a most likely VERY busy email address that very few people probably have access to via their site. I have actually never heard nor seen anybody complain about authenticity, or live chat, or phone call where you can get your question or questions answered much faster, vs. waiting for and possibly potentially even missing their reply email because you would have to be sitting around waiting on an email reply, for however long that'd take. Trust me, if you really want your question(s) answered, this would by far be the best option. There is even an app and/or extension you can use called "Amazon Assistant" That feature normally gets any and all issues solved, and FAST! I hope this helps! :)
