I have been an amazon prime customer for years, i have hundreds of purchases with honest reviews, out of the blue one day i tried to leave a review on some of my purchases because i was behind on my reviews, and it said all of my reviews had been removed and I was not allowed to write anymore reviews on amazon, they said i violated their community rules, i contacted them and said i had done nothing wrong, they said i was writing fraudulent reviews and receiving gifts for doing it, it was an outright lie, I have never received a gift for a review and all my reviews were honest, they said they would not go back on their decision, but here's the thing, they won't even let me ask a question about a product i am considering purchasing, and they don't mind still charging my account for prime, Amazon is the crookest business out there and people need to know, all they do is take, take and take from people, they don't care about you the customer, they care about your money, end of story, I cancelled my prime and will go back to ebay, it's much much better, even dollar general is better than amazon
If you are a buyer on Amazon and a Prime member and buy a lot then as a customer you get treated pretty well when problems happen (problems will always happen eventually) with Amazon items or third party items. Customer service levels are determined by your standing with Amazon and how much of a squeaky wheel you are. Here are some tips when a problem comes up, you can immediately ask to be transferred both in chat and on the phone to a representative in the United States and they will comply asap... this will help if your problem is a bit more difficult than typical as language and culture barriers are removed from the equation. Tip number two, if you don't get the resolution you want then escalate up to supervisor, this step is usually avoided if you transfer to the States immediately but sometimes you will have an issue so weird and uncommon that you will have to talk to a supervisor. Tip number three, when reusing an Amazon mailing bag you must cover up every bit of the old label or you will be sorry. I had to learn this lesson the hard way, I left a sliver of the original bar code and my package which was supposed to be returned to a third party seller at their place of business was sent to an Amazon warehouse by the post office cause their automated system could read a piece of the original bar code. Once an item goes to the Amazon warehouse that doesn't belong they simply set it aside and nobody ever sees that package again. Where does it go you might ask, I was never able to get a solid answer other than hundreds of mis-sent packages get set aside every week and never "processed" so my assumption is somebody is getting all that loot... Amazon made it right for me even though technically it was my bad for not entirely covering up one of the many bar codes on the original shipping label. Tip number four, never buy shoes form a third party seller that doesn't stock with Amazon unless you know for a fact you will never ever in a million years return the shoes. Shoes are heavy and you will always have to pay return shipping and sometimes a restocking fee on top of that, just don't do it.

Amazon has become the wh_re of streaming. I ALREADY pay to be a PRIME member, now 90 % of their content forces you to watch FREEVE with commercials, or you can buy/rent. The majority of movies are $ 19.99 to rent, or you are forced to subscribe to a channel you don't want to, to watch a short series.
AMAZON has become ALL ABOUT making as much money as possible, and providing as little new content, especially in English, as possible. Can you tell me why they charge for OLD movies, and WHY they call adding those as NEW content?
I worked for Amazon for 2 of the the worst years of my entire life. They INFAMOUSLY treat employees like crap, FORCE OVERTIME, time your bath room breaks, and every quarter increase your quota ( output in specific time intervals). I saw them fire employees who could not keep up, but keep worthless, lazy, slovenly dressed, inarticulate, anti social techies who can't construct full paragraphs to communicate without texts ( who stand at computers monitoring your production and time) simply because they had minimal computer knowledge.
To add insult, the 5 or 6 times I actually have ordered products online I could not locate elsewhere, being a Prime member DID NOTHING for me. The last purchase I made involved an hour's worth of a chat describing the delivery never being received, and when they detailed it was left on the porch ( not in the mailbox) REFUSED to replace the item though I never received it.
I am dropping Amazon for a company that doesn't take my money or FREE movie reviews for granted, who offers MINIMAL customer service simply because they are the WORLD'S LARGEST / most successful retailer, and continuously increases charges for a lesser product.

I have never had a problem with Amazon prime. They deliver on time and have quality products and movie service.
This company needs to just cut the shizz. 1st thing they need to do is top hiring these 3rd party companies that hire people that wont do their job. Just this week alone I have placed over 10 orders and over 50% of them didnt show when they supposed to or either didnt shw at all. When you call customer services they have no clue what happened. They first of all need to revamp there communication between the drivers, the company, and the customer serv reps to give a better understanding of what happens to people packages instead of training these reps to give some watered down excuse that u keep hearing over and over and over again. I had a package i order 8-20-23 that was supposed to be received the morning of 8-21-23 i later checked and it said couldnt get access to door, now what that means i have no idea because u can just ring the door bell at my house. It was out for delivery again the next day and came bck the same thing. Well I called and was givin the same info I already seen. Gave it another day and call back mid day that day to be told the item was damaged in transit. Well why does it say the driver can not get access. I have items now that were supposed to have been here yesterday and they still arent showing any movement. Again they need to cut the prime until they can figure out a way to maximize on it instead of giving people excuses after excuses..
Answer: Probably because Amazon Prime would rather be straight forward with their customers and ensure they get their customers' questions answered to the absolute best of their ability to avoid any sort of confusion using chatbots, and/or a most likely VERY busy email address that very few people probably have access to via their site. I have actually never heard nor seen anybody complain about authenticity, or live chat, or phone call where you can get your question or questions answered much faster, vs. waiting for and possibly potentially even missing their reply email because you would have to be sitting around waiting on an email reply, for however long that'd take. Trust me, if you really want your question(s) answered, this would by far be the best option. There is even an app and/or extension you can use called "Amazon Assistant" That feature normally gets any and all issues solved, and FAST! I hope this helps! :)
