This is just a rental store with a few free turd movies. The ones you want cost money and the ones that are free are washed up. Dont take my word for it go check it out first.

VerbatimThe overall products on amazon are pretty good, some do fall way beyond standard especially when ordering through a third party. I will have to say that their policies on reviews and revoking review privileges are very BAD. I personally do Quality Control Checks for a lot of companies. I pay for my items out of my own pocket but also submit an invoice to the companies of the items I purchase for along with my unbiased reviews. In turn they do reimburse me for my purchases that I do for them and sometimes get paid extra which I use to purchase items for my self. I have been a prime member since 2014 I now have my review privileges revoked, They have sent me an email stating that their decision is final and no information for their decision was given and no further information will be given. This is sad. Since the reviews that they do have posted are biased since they are copied exactly as they have stated the products are according to the box. For a company this large with a customer base around the world I would love to see a National Ban Amazon Purchase Week. Just to let this company know that the customer comes first. And if they want Quality product reviews then maybe they need to look at their self first not the customers spending hundreds if not thousands of man hours actually testing their products, measuring, weighing, and putting them through their paces and taking pictures and videos of them actually in action

Shipping is the best! Prime member, free shipping and excellent choice of books, very good advertising with video. Amazon could have more choices and more clearance.

I'm getting a free Amazon Prime trial right now and so far am very impressed. I get free 2 day shipping no matter what the order is, as long as the items are Prime items, and I mean REAL 2 day shipping, including Saturday & Sunday! This includes the Amazon Prime tv too, which is really good. I'm just wondering how they will handle seller errors. I got 5 bags of Rachel Ray grain free dog food, totalling 140 lbs (each bag 28 lbs) and it was listed as $5 each, no shipping, etc. and it has shippedm, but I have a feeling that I'll be getting 5 lb bags, not 28 lb bags, and I will NOT accept a refund. I want what I ordered. The same item from the same seller has been corrected and is now almost $30 for each bag, so it'll be interesting to see how they handle things. If the seller won't honor what they listed, I'm hoping that Amazon will. It wasn't my error! But I won't know the answer until 7/27, and I'm pretty confident that Amazon will do the right thing for me. Regardless, I'm still quite happy with Amazon Prime. How often do you get Sunday deliveries to your front door? Not often! Plus great tv. Can't be beat!

I couldn't live without Amazon! I have ordered everything from shoes to phone chargers to my new 42" tv for my living room! I have been using Amazon for about 10 years, and I pay for their Prime service as well. It gives me access to a fantastic movie selection, original programming and FREE 2-DAY SHIPPING on Amazon Prime items!

I am fan of Tokin's books since I was a kid, first book I ever read was The Hobbit! Loving the Rings Of Power, Amazon really invested a lot in this show, effects are amazing, I think that story is just beginning to develop and we can expect great epizodes coming soon!

Had to buy an envelope to mail the shoes and print out labels - is this the NEW return policy - have never faced that for the 3 years I have had Prime - might have to cancel Amazon!

Prime costs $119 per year so you have to make sure you get your moneys worth. If you're not going to use it very much then it's not worth it. I live in an area where we used to have to drive long distances to get everything. People used to take a whole day of their weekend to do their shopping. A lot of time and a lot of money. So it has really changed our lives. BUT if you do prime you can't get sucked in to just browsing. If you don't know the brand you want do your hunting online, then go to Amazon and search for exactly what you want. When Amazon started it did not have so many products, and a lot of the products are now just junk. You absolutely must learn how to use the website! Spend some time and learn what they have. Don't immediately get sucked in to paying for extras, like their reading app, or movies, or music. Will you really use what they are offering, or does it just sound good. They recently got rid of one of the cheaper ways to buy food called "Pantry" and I used it a little but not that much, it did not have a lot of items that I use. Most of their cheapest stuff is on par with Kmart, so I don't want it. I want good deals on good stuff and that is just harder to find.
What I don't like is Bezos and the things that you hear about how they treat their employees. So I would prefer that they were a more socially responsible company, and environmentally responsible.

Amazon is the worse company ever especially as a prime member for years. My orders " never" are delivered in two days. My package was thrown by a storage pod. The driver had to walk past my house and car and go into the neighbors yard. If it weren't for getting a message, I never " would have received my package. Then to be on chat for hours with Amazon, I've had packages " not "delivered at all. I was promised a refund today by a representative's and told to keep the merchandise " makeup ".The representative said to wait three hours After the time passed and nothing was showing in my Amazon account. I reached back out after the three hour time frame. The representative transferred me after explaining I was asking about my refund, to make a long story short. I told the representative to read the previous chat showing that I was promised my refund. Anyways, six representatives the very first and five more, just to ask about what was the status of my refund? The representative's all repeat the same thing, I believe they are " bots " and with their names. You can see that there're names may be made up as well. I have went through the ringer with Amazon.Today I put my prime on pause and I will be canceling Amazon. Amazon use to be pretty good, now they are liars and rip customers off. Even wigs they except back, resell all natted with bugs and refuse to refund. I think it's time to shop elsewhere. I've wasted a lot of money on prime through out the years. I think amazon owes their prime membership customers some serious cash " refunds " packages are " rarely " delivered in two days, used damaged items, not received items or delivered elsewhere and tell you to go look under cars, behind bushes, ask neighbors. That's not my job, that what I'm paying prime for. This is where one of my packages was delivered. Does this look like a house? UNBELIEVABLE- and I was offered a $10 card to use towards anything sold by "Amazon ". WHAT A JOKE!

They tempted me to use regular shipping to receive a credit for not shipping with free 2 day shipping, but apparently I can only use the credit on audio books!

When it comes to content, they are up to par with the others but the apps when the apps for other shows means your $10 subscription can become $20+ easy.

I'm paying for two-day delivery, and most of the time, it's late. All I get when I call is, "Ya wanna refund?". NO! I want the Prime service I'm paying for!

Always looking forward to the discount that they offer and the fact they have most of the things that you require makes sets them different from the rest.
