Ever since I opened an account with them and made my first order I've been hooked. In a good way. I keep coming back because they have everything! Good prices, get to read reviews easily before buying and if you buy something that didn't come to your expectation they give you no drama about it. Transactions and returns are so smooth! In 4 years I haven't had to call until last week when. I continued with an order not remembering I didn't have enough on my card I called quickly to see if I could cancel it before having it go through and getting an overdraft (wasn't expecting much or had much hope since I had already made the order) but. They responded quick and canceled it quick and smoothly. Next day I went to my bank to deposit and ask for a statement. Everything was great! Then continued my order:)

I have avoided their 30 day tidal for the two day shipping... at the end of the trial they begin charging their fee. I'm quite happy without that service. I recommend Amazon without reservation,

Have ordered items that where defictive and if it was under $25.00, they just send you another one no return hassels. Some vendors will send you a shipping label to return it.
99 percent of the time I am happy with the product but when I am NOT they always give a refund even for shipping I have always shop with Amazon since their infancy and will continue to do so
The only reason I would not continue to shop with Amazon is because I feel guilty that I have abandoned my local brick and mortal shops. That was until I spoke with an employee of Amazon. She was very kind and it made me feel good that I was helping a fellow American with my purchase. What can I say? I have been shopping on Amazon for more than two years. I think there were only three times that I did not like the product I received. However, because these sellers earn stars for customer service, whatever problems I encountered were handled fast and to my satisfaction. If I needed money returned that happened. If I needed to exchange a product that happened. Once even, I was told to keep the erroneous product and still I received the replacement at no extra charge. They didn't send me some funky email asking if they could send me back half the price I spent like that Zulliy did. I have become a fan of Amazon because of my shopping experience. I have purchased lots of books, a few camera batteries, an adapter that converts my Blue Ray Disc player into RCA components. I really like the Streaming Movies on Amazon, too. I tried Amazon Prime by accident one time and they quickly stopped the subscription and refunded my account. I really love the streaming movies. If I can't find a streaming movie on Netflix (which was often), I was usually always able to find it streaming on Amazon. Sometimes I would rent the movie, which was great because they gave me weeks to watch it. I could watch my Amazon movie on my laptop, my smartphone, my tablet, Roku box and my Blue Ray Disc (when I connected it to wi-fi). Amazon is my new shopping buddy. I still however, enjoy going to my local merchants and making purchases, but if the price is too high, I do and have gone back to Amazon and have been pleasantly surprised.
I happily placed an order after being in contact with one of Amazon's associates. She ensured me, that there would be absolutely no problems with tax, shipping etc. - if there should be a problem, I should just take contact to Amazon, and they would then cancel the charge from the carrier. HOWEVER - now I'm standing here with a charge from my carrier, and Amazon won't step in. Not even after showing direct evidences to them. They run away from multiple vows, and simply don't care. Once the order is placed - good luck. You're sailing your own boat. Can't recommend, not even for my enemy.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
