Ever since I opened an account with them and made my first order I've been hooked. In a good way. I keep coming back because they have everything! Good prices, get to read reviews easily before buying and if you buy something that didn't come to your expectation they give you no drama about it. Transactions and returns are so smooth! In 4 years I haven't had to call until last week when. I continued with an order not remembering I didn't have enough on my card I called quickly to see if I could cancel it before having it go through and getting an overdraft (wasn't expecting much or had much hope since I had already made the order) but. They responded quick and canceled it quick and smoothly. Next day I went to my bank to deposit and ask for a statement. Everything was great! Then continued my order:)

This site to me is just perfect. And I absolutely love it!

I love Pandora but use it very little because.

1. They have english and Spanish music... but no arabic music at all! I'm all 3 and would like to enjoy music from all 3 sides.

2. Commerciala suck but. It's a problem you can fix with money. It's just one less bill I'd like to not have. Can't have it all though :p this is understandable.

Takes long to open/load and long to close. But that could also be my internet.:/

Sorry to focus on the negative. I'm still giving 4 stars for the English and Spanish muaic variety And again. Can't complain much on free music right? :)

I went and bought 3 gallons of paint. First 2 were good, I started painting all happy with my new home and then. The 3rd can I noticed it wasn't the right color I had asked for. Went to my purse to look for my receipt but I lost it. I thought it shouldn't be a huge problem since the paint can had a sticker with the info saying it was purchased there the day before.

I was very polite and super patient waiting to get helped. The lady looked frustrated I had a bad feeling. I still kindly explained the situation and the lady in a super sour way repeated No no. No receipt no return. I told her I didn't want a return I wanted the paint to be corrected. She looked annoyed she really didn't want to be there. A gentlemen came over but didn't do much. Seemed totally clueless and gave her the last word. So you give me the wrong color and get upset when I ask for you to fix it? No Receipt No Refund? Understand completly. But not being able to fix your mistake. Super unprofessional simply horrible. $45 behr paint to waste.

They pull you in with the "good low prices" what you don't know is that they charge you you double or triple the price just on shipping. You also don't even get your order till a month later. On top of all this you can't even imagine the hassle of returning an item. You Don't really know what you're gonnq get. Its all poop to me. Not worth even looking through. Its a BIG disappointment!
