I used to work for AOL back in the day and I can safely say that there are a few things users want... enough 'white space' not clutter their screen... convenience (one stop shopping)... and ease of use (navigation, as few "clicks" as possible, etc). Amazon has that, and more.
I do the majority of my Chrismas shopping on Amazon and even orders placed a couple of days before the holiday have arrived at my door in time to wrap and place under my tree. I've purchased everything from makeup to food items, electronics to kitchen gadgets, and more. And the couple of times when I did have to return something and didn't have a printer, they sent me a label via the good old USPS.

A very streamlined USB 3.0 hub (USB 2.0 compatible) that takes up very little space on the desktop and is great for travel. The dimensions of the hub are 4.5"x2 3/8"x0.75" and weighs only 1.75 ozs. The cable is 23", giving you plenty of options as to where to put the hub.
The hub is plug and play. First use I connected the hub before turning on the computer, then got the usual notices about installation of driver and ready to play. No problems, it was ready for use immediately.

I am using this hub with my 11" laptop that is my travel computer. The laptop does not have enough USB ports for the dongles and devices I use when traveling, so this hub complements the laptop perfectly. Being so small and light, I hardly know it is in my bag.
The product description suggests that this is for Apple products, but my laptop is not one of them. This hub can be used with any computer, regardless of brand.
Can you just please lower the prices. Some of the products you are selling are competitive, bust some of them are overestimated!

If Amazon have not got it-anything-would be surprised. Watch it for hidden extra postage. Sometimes you can get it cheaper on ebay due to postage costs. Overall a really good site
I have ordered many, many items and for the most part I would recommend Amazon. That being said watch out just because it's the cheapest doesn't mean it's the same quality. Some things aren't worth the bubble wrap it's packed in (that is if it's even wrapped usually just thrown in an half padded USPS envelope. Watch and read reviews and you should get what you want with no issues.
I probably order at least once a week.
And my orders all come so fast. And it's the easiest site for returns.
I love the diversity of products at Amazon. It saves me so much time. And if I have to return something, there is no store better to deal with a return. Can't say enough good things about Amazon!

There is abolutely nothing you can't find on Amazon. Over many years, I've had very few bad experiences, but they were always with individual companies and not Amazon... yet it was always Amazon that made things right!
Working 12 hour days makes traditional shopping all but impossible for me, but I never worry that I can't get what I need if I just head to Amazon. And being a Prime member makes it so much faster! Often, I'll recieve packages the very next day! Can't say enough about this wonderful site.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
