Always the best and trust worthy site for online purchasing
Great product, good price and quick service. Received in good time here in New Zealand. Very happy with Amazon. Will definitely use again.
Had bad trouble with an amazon vender got complete satisfaction from an online site... that carries--everything! HUZZAH!
DON'T USE AMAZON - website continually advertises their "free" prime membership trial - which then charges you an annual fee to keep this membership - constantly has links which advertise and suggest you start this "free" prime membership trial - and I accidentally clicked on it while trying to process and order - with no warning or "are you sure you want to start your free trial" you are signed for a free trial which will then automatically charge you for a membership fee after the 30 days - there is no way to do a one click stop trial - but it was just one accidental click to start a free trial - not cool - unprofessional - dodgy - so many people would click this and not even notice that they started a free trial and would probably find out once they are being charged. DON'T USE AMAZON.
I have bought sony xperia E1 dual sim mobile at very cheaper price from amezon.in on top of that I got 10% more discount by using SBI card. Great deal. Thanks Amazon
I have shopped at Amazon for years and am happy with my purchases. Amazon has everything.
Don't bother looking in a dozen brick-and-mortar stores for some hard to find item. Chances are, you'll find it on amazon.com. Medical products, electronic parts, that book you read years ago and want to re-visit, music, clothing, appliances. They got it.
Join Amazon Prime and get free shipping on many of your purchases.
Amazon is the 'Tesla' of online sales. No one can beat their vast selection, seldom do I find a lower price and if you have a "Prime" account, 2 day shipping is free. Returns are a breeze.
Amazon.com is best for shop. I never had any trouble with my online orders. Thank you amazon.
After trying the amazon echo, of course amazon is the best on the field.
I still have Amazon Prime because I obtained a free half year upon entering college, then didn't realize that it didn't expire after this period and started to charge me.
Normally I'd be upset by this because I'm paying for a service I don't want, but in this case, Amazon Prime proved to be so useful I just kept paying for it after I finally realized it was charging me haha
My membership costs about $40, and within the course of it, it usually pays itself off. Between my parents ordering electronics, my brother getting books and me ordering whatever I feel like, we use a lot of free shipping. The reliability and speed are so nice, because if you order from Prime, you never have to worry about the quality. What you pay for is what is promised. If it's cheap, it's cheap. If you paid more, it's usually good.
Sometimes it even gives cool discounts. I got my hard drive half off, shaving off $50, paying off the price of the membership immediately.
I've bought tons of stuff and any problems (which are rare) are dealt with MORE than fairly in my experience. Great customer service. Sure, it would be nice to have a phone number prominently posted on the web site and a person to answer as soon as the phone rings. I'd like to live to 200 too. But as things go here on earth, Amazon.com earns an A+.
Not sure what my life was like before AMAZON! Anytime I can't find something I say... Oh well... Go check Amazon... 99.5% of the time it's THERE! As a teacher, I've purchased numerous books from "Other Sellers" through Amazon that were Cheap Cheap Cheap!
The problem with buying from Amazon is that it is like to proverbial box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get.
The last item I purchased as fulfilled by Amazon. It was a gift for a grandchild. It arrived beat to crap and back. Very poorly packaged.
The item before that was not fulfilled by Amazon, I received it sooner than expected and it was in great condition.
With Amazon, you just never know
I have ordered several times and I find that there is a fair variety of choices in each "category" of food, and the deliveries have been very much on schedule. I consider this to be a hassle-free service that saves time from needing to shop when my schedule is tight.
Never had any problems with Amazon itself. If a product is faulty they have collected the next day and replacement is no problem either. Highly recommend this to all and sundry
“Get my *******mAh 600 AMP Peak Car Battery Jump Starter from Amazon by search brand "AFENDO®" (one of my friends recommend it). It works well at the moment at least. Good quality, nice materials.
For the most part my experience has been good. I know hard-to-find items will be on Amazon. It's been a learning experience for sure. I've learned never buy before reading reviews, especially the 1 ratings. If it's a $15 item for $5, it's going to be cheaply made and useless. Not everything is cheaper on Amazon or worth getting by delivery. Make sure you really want the item or it's worth paying to return if you hate it. Having Amazon Prime is totally worth the membership if you make regular purchases and watch a lot of online shows/movies. Finally, Amazon Prime gives you free shipping but NOT free returns. Some of the lessons were painful but not enough to give up purchasing. I'm hooked for life.
Wish all online companies were like Amazon! I have ordered over 25 items form these guys and never had one problem. Great job!
Literally, what can you NOT find on amazon? I shop here mostly for books, which are much cheaper than they are at any local bookstore. I also sometimes get clothes and gifts from here. Usually takes 1-3 days longer to deliver than predicted, but I know to account for that by now. I have never received anything damaged or of lower quality than described by sellers.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
