I had only one bad order witch i got refunded for, customer service is threw the roof good also really easy to work with, quick as heck delivery... I appreciate your understanding and appreciate how understanding u guys are! Amazon is the best and thank you for your services
They wouldn't approve my honest review of their service, so here I am. Purchased over $75 worth of food from Amazon.ca and all of it came either expired, or nearly expired. Wouldn't recommend ordering anything that has an expiration date from Amazon.
Here's yet another example. A product known as a Pet Wedge, which by the way is an excellent product for removing pet hair from the interior of a car, can be purchased from Bed Bath and Beyond for $5.99 is listed on Amazon. CA for $59.00. Always price check!
I had been very happy dealing with Amazon CA until I had two recent price comparisons. First a Tagine pot by Uno Casa being sold in Canada for $261. The identical pot sells for $57 at Amazon.com. Second a paint product, Flood Flotrol listed for $61 Ca. I can purchase it for $36 in a local paint store and $14 in Home Depot U.S. what's going on. I can no longer make a purchase from Amazon CA without first doing careful price comparisons. Originally, you could be confident you were getting a good price but no longer.
First off I am a prime member so I pretty much never have any issue with shipping. It's always delivered on the right date, and the few times where the item came damaged or the wrong item got delivered, I had no issue returning it at all. I shop on amazon for nearly everything, I think it's one of the most trusty website out there. Just wish there was a paypal option to pay and god is it frustating to see how much cheaper everything is on amazon.com!
Amazon is misleading many customers with their reviews posted. They only post good reviews on their products. I tried to review the product I received honestly and they didn't post it saying its not according to the guidelines. Never ever shop again on that website. It's full of fraud
Ordered an air fryer which as of today has still not been delivered by Intelcom. That company is an absolute joke. Spoke to customer service and they could care less. I spend as a lot of people so thousands of dollars a year and have been a prime member since they started this service in Canada. As of today I will never order another item from them. They are many other companies to deal with
I usually don't shop online and prefer going to a store but the convenience that online shopping offers is very tempting. So now I usually do my shopping online. While I'm at work, on break, traveling, at home, I search for what I want and they got it. I have not been disappointed with the quality of the products I have ordered so far so I enjoy shopping at Amazon nowadays!
Long story short, after errors on their part, I received a refund, I contacted their customer service, and the agent told me to "keep the refund and the item compliments of Amazon".
A month later they charged me the full price of the item, and refuse to honour their staffs agreement or offer any notable compensation
I originally got the prime membership for the free shipping. Well, it turned out that the 'free' shipping constantly did not apply to all but one purchase. I cancelled the membership on Amazon website, but still was charged automatically when next yearly time arrived in March 2020. I cancelled it again, and was yet again charged automatically in March 2021. No place to communicate with 'customer service' on Amazon website. (because they lack customer service) I have completely stopped using Amazon for over a year, for good. Terry.
I used to deal with eBay and when I had a problem with an item it was a night mare to get my money back. Now I only shop through amazon. This company stand beside their customer have an issue want to return no problem with amazon. This company is so great now I have family and friends shopping here. Tried to order an msi video card from their site. My credit card was declined twice without a reason. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my card (used it afterward to purchase the item from another online vendor without any issues) Tried to use another card and got a new error this time restricting me to 0 of the items. I contacted their support and was told that this was a limited item and i could only purchase 1. Since i had tried and couldnt due to some issue with my credit card (which definitely was on their end) the failed attempt counted as my one purchase and i was no longer able to buy it! WTH? I took my purchase to newegg where i used the same credit card without any issues to purchase the item.
This is ridiculous! Terrible customer service!
I'm done with Amazon. Constant false advertising. These glasses for example. I bought these glasses on Amazon they were supposed to be wireless. The first pair sent to me has a battery pack and a wire. The second pair doesn't even look like what they're advertising. Now I've had to drive to the Post Office twice to return items that where falsely advertised on Amazon. This is bs! If sellers are sending out things that we didn't order why are we responsible for driving it to the post office to send it back. This is infuriating. I'm done with this nonsense. Look at my photos to see what I mean. Also this is not the 1st 2nd 3rd or 4 time I've had to return items that where falsely advertised. And the best part is you have to wait up to 2 weeks to be reimbursed even after you send the item back. What an effing joke.
I decided to spend money on a dash camera and paid for priority shipping only to get a piece of garbage that broke on me two days later. Now i am dealing with horrible customer service that wants me to mail it back and wait weeks for my refund. I paid for two day shipping cause i wanted my item asap. Now i have to wait over a week to get my money back and be able to buy a dash cam elsewhere. It is not my fault they sell junk that breaks down two days later... Thanks for nothing Amazon.
Amazon is the worst customer service company in the world in my experience. Amazon also does not match prices drop within few days of purchases.
Also, it is so hard to carry Breville Mini Smart Oven for a mile to a post office to return the oven because of damage and scratches. Plus Amazon charges 35 postage deduction. What a rubbish and unfair company Jeff Bezos is, billionaire of no ethics or sensitivities to seniors challenges.
Very hard to get in touch with Customer Service plus they transfer you around to no avail.
I have ordered from this site a few times, and they're ok. I did have one bad experience but they were quick to resolve the issue.
The only thing I did notice is that there are certain things available on amazon.com that are not available on amazon.ca You can log into amazon.com using your registered amazon.ca log in, but they won't ship to you.
Amazon.ca Customer Service people are very polite, but totally inefficient. And it is absolutely impossible to contact their management or director group. All I get from them is promisses that I will get a phone call from management, but it NEVER happens. Terrible shipping services that happened on almost all my orders Bad shop that I wish they go bankrupt.
Amazon has good selection of variety of products but only if you know exactly what you are buying. If you don't know that then you will never hear any bad reviews about any of their products for a simple reason that amazon.ca filters those reviews by themselves and ban all the bad ones. Just check it for yourself and notice that there is hardly any 2 stars and lower reviews on any of their products. They just banned 2 of my reviews because some of their products came to me from China and I cannot get a full refund. To send product to China costs more than the product itself. Money is lost. $550 bucks. Bad business
I am a prime member and use to buy almost everything in amazon and be able to return things without being charged but now they are charging for every return and it is getting more expensive than to buy in the stores.
First and last time ordering from amazon.ca. Neither of the 2 items I ordered has arrived after over a month of waiting and checking the mail. However they are quick to issue a refund. Experience was a big waste of my time.
When you try to deliver a package and don't do that and get caught lying because my video surveillance says he didn't come to my door plus I was at home now I have to do there job by phoning and emailing when they did not do the job that they get paid to do putting the customer stressed out to the point of never ordering anything else
