Two weeks in a row they have misdirected our packages to other homes. One home owner was going to keep it, the other home owner called us and asked if we wanted our package. She advised us that they contact amazon.ca customer service and that they told her to keep our package. Dynamex and Intellcom are two of the worst shipping companies and yet Amazon insists on using them. We refunded the prime. May as well pay to have it shipped via Canada post and avoid their one or two day shipping which doesn't seem to be a good deal, especially if your packages are being misdirected. This is not just twice that this has happened, but after two weeks in a row we were fed up.
I have made several purchases through Amazon. I have had mostly positive experiences here. The sellers are honest, ship quickly and have had no real trouble. Only complaint I have ever had was the 6 day promised shipping on one item that took 36 days to arrive.
I ordered a propane hose thru prime same. Day delivery
They kept.on telling me that it was on the way for delivery every day. And it got delivered 3 days after.
Their customer. Seevice. Dont. Know. What they are talking about. And they will lie to you to compensate for their incompetence
I have nothing good. To. Say about their service. People should get fired for what they do in Amazon. There is no training or accountability. From the management team
Amazon continues to use BNI for deliveries in BC and every time package is late or missing. Last package was left in open hallway of the mall office which was closed for the day, so any passer by could have picked it up.
Not once have they ever delivered to my location even though the unit number is clearly marked on the label. I have complained before but they still use BNI, even when i have asked to use a different courier. Minus 5 stars
Amazon Canada must stop sellers from selling products at obvious price gouging prices. Some people especially elderly people may be unknowing buy these rediculous prices. I'm not talking about a product that is $5 or $10 too high. I'm talking about products (for example) that typically sell for $20 but are being sold for $60 or more. Sure, there is buyer beware. Amazon Canada and probably US as well make it look like Amazon supports these outrageous prices.
Tried to purchase an item for a black Friday, it was in my cart, and I was seconds away from paying for it. After taxes and shipping and everything else, the grand total was $257, a pretty decent deal. I go to pay and the page suddenly disappears... I check the original listing page again to see what happened, and the BASE advertised price is now $399.91! I contacted Amazon to ask what's going on and how to complete my order, and they told me prices just change on you sometimes, and that I should get f***ed. Bought somewhere else instead. Be careful that the price doesn't suddenly change on you as you pay, you could end up paying a lot more than you thought...
You might think amazon same company works the same in all the countries. Big mistake. American Amazon is. Just the best of the best, never experienced any issues. Now I wanted to buy some items for my friend who resides in Canada - big issues, like dropping the phone, saying that they issued the refund and there is no refund. I am shocked with the attitude. Never buy with Canadian amazon.I will never buy with them again in Canada.
A wide variety of products you can get from the website, not just books, specially those products I cannot find in the regular stores, I can find it from this website. E. g Phone case for Huawei Ascend Mate 1. And it is sold cheaper than all other websites and cell phone accessory stores.
Realistic expectation of delivery date and usually it is delivered earlier than expected date.
Since leaving prime I find horrible service, returns processing apparently I'm told and I tell seller it's not received and they send me back to amazon and then they send me back to seller and back again. Sellers rude too!
I never received said refunds! I also am now finding it's much cheaper to purchase most things in stores.amazon is last resort!
It seems the customer is expected to sit in their condo for days waiting for a delivery. In this age of technology surely they can do better than this. Do yourself a favour and buy locally. Companies out there, use shopify not amazon to sell your stuff.
I had a very bad experience with them delivery I had to call so many time and first 2 time oh do t worry the product on the way and the third time oh we can't find your product
Easy for them to just refund you but what about the time waste
Amazon Canada customer service has gone so far down hill. Most deliveries are now delayed, evern with prime and Amazon keeps saying they may come in the next week or 2. What? Week or 2 past the promised delivery date for a prime delivery? BUY LOCAL...Amazon no longer stands behind late or lost deliveries...even for prime members. I am done ordering with them
Now that Amazon Echo is available in Canada I pre-ordered the Echo Plus. I then signed up for Amazon Prime. Everything online indicated you could add two adults to one Prime account so Echo works seamlessly. I couldn't find the functionality on the. Ca site so I started a chat. It has now been 2.5 hours and I have been transferred NINE times. They still haven't answered me... WOW!
Basically, for all amazon services it is becoming impossible to unsubscribe. The fact that I had to spend 1 hour to find out how to cancel my amazon audible and kindle subscription is outrageous. Consumer protection is at an all time low in the world. I refuse to use these products anymore.
I've spent over 5 hours on the phone this week to resolve nothing. The last supervisor I spoke to just called me a liar. Told me I hadn't been on the phone with them. Too bad I have records of all calls. I've spoke to every department they have and yet still can't access my deliveries from the hub locker and they refuse to offer me a refund. I couldn't be less impressed with this experience. Save yourself the headaches and hassles and shop elsewhere. Absurd doesn't even being to describe my experience with Amazon. Brutal would be an understatement!
I have a ordered a shoes on Mar 27,2017 but i haven't received any order till date dead line was 15 May (more then a month gap and today i am going to out of country, i mailed to seller 4 times to deliver before 12 May but no response from their side. This is the bad experience with Amazon.ca...
Order Number:- **************420
Product Name:- Nike Men's Air Max Shoe
Please do not buy anything from amazon. They are a bunch of thieves. I bought a mattress from them and the next day the price dropped so I called them. I had option to cancel the order and buy at reduced price but the agent told me not to do that and they will give me a credit for price difference after the item is delivered. Once the item was delivered I decided to call back and they told me they cannot do that and the customer service agent who I spoke to did not know the policies. Never buy anything from them.
I ordered Chromecast that had a promotion for free movies. The movies were supposed to be added to my google account within a week. Now both Google and Amazon says that there was no promotion. I have screen shots but the both refuse to look at them. I am done with online shopping promotions. I expected more from Amazon.
Before Amazon hired telecom to deliver packages, they had them delivered from people in the community which respected my request to receive a phone call once at the door so to tell them where to stash it out of view.
Telecom will not. Even before the pandemic they would drop it at the door and run.
Although I still feel the need to use Amazon out of convenience I will limit this to a minimum.
I've ordered books from here and shipment was fast - BUT customer service was slow in getting back to me. This site is not as great as Amazon.com. You need to buy $35.00 worth to have free shipping... which is great for me as I usually surpass this $$ amount.
Answer: Don't believe their delivery guarantee. They are late 4/10 times and are unremorseful for it
Answer: Very tough! No longer usable fir me, a Top 1000 and Vines Reviewer.
Answer: If you need customer service good luck it's not existing
Answer: I've never had to pay duty on anything from Amazon.ca, even if it was shipped from another country.
Answer: If Amazon is going to use a third party courier service, (such as Intelcom), cancel your order and shop elsewhere.
Answer: Happened to me. Just another sneaky way that Amazon operates. Welcome to the club.
