I Paid extra cash to have this item shipped with DHL. The seller ended up providing a FedEx tracking ID. Non the less I decided to ignore this and waited few days and noticed that the status hasn't changed and still pending pickup. I then decided to follow up with FedEx and they said that that tracking number doesn't even exist in their system. So I contacted the seller and they said they will contact them a process that took 5 days only so they get back to me and tell me that my shipment is with DHL. I then asked for the tracking number number which they haven't provide until this day. I have sent countless less reminders with no use.
I then decided to contact Aliexpress only for them to tell me to wait for more days to open a dispute. "KEEP IN MIND I PAID EXTRA FOR DHL SHIPPING" Which is not acceptable at all. Even if the shipper manages to ship the item I will not accept it if it exceeds the average delivery time for a DHL express shipment.
I now have decided to move to Banggood because they have more shipping locations. My last purchase didn't take as long as my previous Aliexpress shipments has one and it was a standard free shipping.
Keep in mind that I involved Aliexpress with my issue even in Twitter, but I guess I don't have enough followage for them to consider me a risk to their reputation so they chose to ignore me.

Still, I was accused of being a liar when I disputed the charge for an $8 necktie I never received or signed for. For standard shipping here in Thailand, they've changed from using the post office to cheap fly-by-night delivery services that cannot even find my house. Their method of presenting merchandise by frequently showing the highest-priced model and description along with the price of the lowest priced model is pointless and dishonest, yet it's done on many items. I'm only using them now for things I absolutely cannot get elsewhere.
Opened a dispute because I didn't receive my item after 90 days. Seller agreed to complete refund. Refund was NOT complete. Refunded only part of the invoice price. Dispute team closed the case. Now there's no way to contact them and let them know about the fraud. Shouldn't expect anything less from China. They are crooks!

All they said in their email something about a remote control not working which I never mentioned because I never bought a remote control from aliexpress. I contacted them through the chat 3 times and all their agents promised to solve the problem, but they never did. Too much time consuming to try to get my money but they never gave it back to me. This is appalling considering I was a customer but aliexpress does not care about customer. They care only about sellers as they get percentage for everything they sell.
This site has got to have the worst ordering system ever invented. I think they may have some really good products but if you cannot buy them, it is worthless! Their present system needs to be scrapped and replaced with a customer friendly ordering system and responses need to be in English.
Total Scam! Please spare your money and energy and look elsewhere. I've ordered 40 items with a specific size and the seller has sent out 40 times a different (much cheaper) size. Even though I have evidence since the items have labels on them showing the wrongs sizes and the seller has admitted to having sent the wrong sizes in private message, AliExpress has decided in favor of the seller and not offered a full refund. My organization spent more than $800 on items that arrived completely (100%) damaged and more than 3 months late. Aliexpress' system of 'negotiation' with seller took another months to complete. I ended up only receiving $400 refund. So I basically spent $400 of junk that just went to the trash.
