No support at all if you run into trouble - only Eva the virtual agent and your Q and A go in circle. Many crooks there to watch out for though there are some good sellers. Likely that you trade 10 times and you may lose 3 times (product not working or failed to received) and not necessary the products received are good. If it happened that you notice the good was not received after exceeding protection time or accidentally clicked received or failed to check the quality of product soon after receiving you will lose the deal.
I ordered lace from Garment Fabric Fashion. It came in as sampled on site. However my second purchase of the same item came in not at all the same. It was cheaper looking. I lost 321.00 because I shipped it back because of the dispute time you have which is ridiculous way to do business. Aliexpress is geared towards the seller rather than the buyer and I spent several hours on the chat. I was told by the chatter I would receive my 321.00 back. I had the saved conversation, but the saved chat will not let you send it to another site chatter who asked for it for proof. Garment Fabric Fashion has the same lace up the cheaper picture & the better picture still to this day. So if you get the wrong item and the seller does not credit back you lose and will not be able to do anything about it. I find it distrustful when any site does not have phone numbers or anything to get in contact with the site and the chatters have their rehearsed comments.
Do not ever buy anything from this site! I orders 6 dresses they were all different! One of the dresses was purple and put together okay and then the other dresses were bright Red! I asked to to send them back and get a refund and of course it's my fault! This website is horrible horrible!
With no explanation my account was shut down. Even when I opened a new account as per their instruction, a new account would never process the purchases, they were cancelled/closed. I was disgusted that some of the merchandise I received was counterfeit. Chinese suppliers do not understand customer service. Never again will I deal with Aliexpress.
Avoid using AliExpress due to following reasons:
1. Description of item doesn't show details and you may receive something that is entirely different to what you perceived
2. Delivery timeline is never declared and it may take months to receive items
3. Poor Return Policy. You can go into dispute but mostly it doesn't work as they will ask you to return the item at your cost which will end up more than what you paid.
I was so skeptical in the beginning of ordering from overseas because of shipping times and quality but I has placed a small order for my children and everything was great quality and shipping was suprisingly faster than expected, received everything in 2 weeks

I ordered a handbag on aliexpress. It was my first order from the site. The prices are really cheap and I was anxious about the quality. It took around 3 weeks to arrive but the quality was good and I like it. You should always check the seller feedback when you buy something and keep reviewing the items on the site so other people will know if their service and products are good
I went here only to buy a pillow case and it came out pretty well, quality was as described and shipping process was also done at a reasonable time. I wouldn't know any real problems about anything else unless I do plan to buy them, reading the ratings is probably a factor.
Bought and interactive electronic boxing game for fitness. Turns out its not in English so returned to seller. Seller told me to return it to them in France which I did however Ali Express won't refund me as the item was apparently meant to be sent to China even though the seller was clearly from France and communicating in French and English. Item wasn't fit for purpose poorly quality can only be used if you speak Chinese. **************
I've ordered something over three months ago never received item or a refund. I should have checked their reviews before I ordered. Please do not waste your money. I'm reporting them immediately. I feel so bad for the people they have scammed out of hundreds of dollars or any amount of money

I orderd a yoga mat with a hole in it. Clearly defective item so I open a dispute. AliExpress says it's still useable and only offers me a $6 refund instead of my full $34. Is that ridiculous or what!? They even told me to return it if I wanted to get my full refund. They also said they already paid the seller and that I should contact the seller for a full refund. Good luck with their customer service, they are basically worthless and almost impossible to get ahold of by chat. BE CAREFUL
Decided to try and order a few things from China. Ordered a ham radio antenna that costs $30 in the US. It was $7 from this website. Took 3 weeks, but worth the wait. And no... not a knockoff but the real deal. Two other orders the same. All orders under $25 dollars, but so far great results!
I've been ordering a lot of stuff in this website and so far I have no complaints. You can find a lot of items to use for your small business or personal use. I recommend checking the reviews of the item before purchasing and always look for reviews with pictures.

My daughter bought a pair of sandals almost 6 months ago. They sent a pair which are both for the right foot. My daughter sent a photo and asked if they can just sent another pair but she was advised to return them to China. They promised to refund her the freight and send a correct pair. Until now the replacement pair have not been sent and obviously the refund for the freight which is $20 hasn't been returned as well. My daughter has sent emails, all they can say is ok. SO no one in my family will ever buy from this site again and I suggest no one should. They just take your money and won't correct their mistake.

Totally hopeless - the goods were counterfeit and royal mail demanded a customs payment, not mentioned at time of order - i refused the goods. No way on ali express dispute system to mention this - the system is clunky and works badly. I will get a chargeback from the card company but all a lot of hassle - don't use them!
It is often cheaper than the Amazon and can be purchased. Delivery takes at least 7 days. The quality is also disappointing, but there are a lot of assortment and interesting products. I use it often.
