Fell on a seller (love late home) creates a fake shipment keeps you waiting until you can't open a dispute because of time delay then Ali tells you it is to late to do so. As a good accomplice to fraud you as well. On the chat the seller was sending be sobbing icons just to laugh at me since he got my 450.00usd. Never again with ali express!
I do not use many sites to buy my Chinese products, but aliexpress is one of them.
It is more like ebay with many sellers.
What I like is that you have Official brand shops that i mostly use to buy from.
Prices are good and shipping time is OK in most cases.
There are tons of products to choose from, and when you choose wisely, and do not look just for cheapest $#*!, you can get a good quality product.
If you pay attention a bit you are unlikely to get scammed by any seller, it is unlikely to happen... for example you can see for how long is seller`s shop active, how many pieces of product he/she shipped... and of course there are reviews... and when something looks too good to be true than it probably is... and there is aliexpress protection so getting scammed is unlikely. It never happened to me.
They took about two months to send my order and never sent the yellow dress instead they've sent me a hair ribbon that it wasn't even worth 50 cents and I've tried to get my money back but it is impossible
I ordered through Ali Express on November. Till this date I have received only 1 item from my ordered products. They say that my products are sitting somewhere with logistics company for collection. I am happy to collect them from the logistics v

I only have about 3 pairs of shoes that I still wear. It is hard finding shoes my size that are good in quality and still up to date with the current style. So I decided to try buying online shoes and since Im a little on the shorter side I decided to give this site a try. It did not take long to find what I was looking for and the prices were fair compared to other stores near my home. I was impressed with the variety of shoes that they had to offer in my size. I don't have any insecurities with my height but its a nice change to be a little taller! Overall I consider increasingshoes.com to be a nice site to buy shoes from and I would recommend it.
So I ordered machine parts about a month ago and finally got an email from Aliexpress stating that my address was wrong. The only information they have was the city/zip code from my address. When I contacted the seller, they told me to contact Aliexpress. Then, Aliexpress tells me to contact the seller. So they are basically "kicking the can down the road" in hopes I will just go away. They are wrong! I want my money back!
I placed an order for a laptop motherboard and paid with my personal credit card. Sellers has not shipped the item after six days and the website says that if the seller does not ship the item within nex seven days, the order will be cancelled. What a joke! Better look for someone else for a reliable transaction.
Purchased a bluetooth earbud, patiently waited 3 weeks, traded some emails with the seller (via the AliExpress website - not directly) and the seller eventually refused a refund and told me to check with customs or the post office. Now it's escalated to Ali ESCROW service and it's been 3 weeks more (though they promise 2-3 business days).
If this had been a substantial amount of money I'd be upset. As it is, I'm just annoyed. I will not trade using this service this again, and caution anyone who considers it.
Bought a USB drive that failed. No computer would recognize it. Seller demanded "proof" that the drive had failed (including a video!) and refused a refund. AliExpress, which is jiust a front for the sellers, would not help. I tried getting a refund via Paypal but they required sending the drive back with tracking, which would have cost more than the drive cost. It was only $11.17 but the principle here is AliExpress has sellers who do not stand behind their products. Almost any other seller I know would have taken the drive back and refunded, and most frankly would not even require a return. I will never again buy from AliExpress
Failure to deliver goods to buyer and the customer service ask the buyer to show evidence! Ridiculous!
I am not talking about the quality of the item. Once there is any problem, you won't get help from the customer service. DONT believe the "open dispute", "90 days buyer protection"..., all of these things are useless.

The very worst transaction I ever had. Just lost my money! They closed transaction and marked it finished automatically, but I have not receive my order! I was abroad and missed their email notification. Now when it's finished, neither the seller nor the site support don't answer my messages, and I have no way to get my money back!

I bought two chairs from alipaper, an aliexpress subcompany. Shipping posted as free. First, the seller held items hostage until I sent more money for postage. Then, when first parcel arrived it was a severely damaged, cheap table. The second parcel never arrived, but the seller confirmed it was another table. It's now been five months. Aliexpress issued only a 75% refund with no explanation. So, the scammer seller won. Money for nothing.
The only security issue here would be to send what they want! I can't believe they don't realize what they are asking. I'm pretty sure scammers would go for higher $$$ than the 0-20$ range I used to pay for their crap. Customer service inexistent s they repeat the same sentences over and over again in pretty bad english.
Credit card companies already have their own security checks. I'm going back to Ebay.
So I received a damaged product. They said that I have to send it back to Hong Kong for the refund and that supposedly they would refund the product and the shipping. I stupidly did it partially by principle, supposedly Aliexpress would back me up. I paid for tracking service to have proof, but not only I had to contact Aliexpress to get any refund once the damaged product arrived, but they finally refunded me only the product cost, not the shipping. Took almost 2 months. For some marginal saving, it's too much of a risk to be stuck with a bad product.

Through Aliexpress, I ordered Iteracare Terahertz Wave Cell Light Magnetic H from a shop called Hair Salon Dropshipping Store. I selected European plug 210/220 volts. However, the seller decided to send me an American 110-volt equipment because my address is in America. Thus, against what I ordered for. The seller will not accept the gadgets back so I filed for refund. To my surprise, Aliexpress decided that I have no grounds to return the equipment. Yes, on their discretion, the seller sent a voltage equipment different from the one I paid for but Aliexpress says I cannot return it. Be aware of Aliexpress because they protect rogue Chinese enterprises.
I am leaving AliExpress for good now because this site have now went from good to useless and worst. Recently I purchased a product, to be delivered from Spain. The product never come even after 2 months. The seller doesn't feel responsible and gives fake answer.

The dispute is not handled fairly by AliExpress and there is stupid bot when trying to contact them. It is impossible to contact AliExpress now. Why would we buy from Spam, who can't be contacted.
My money is lost with nothing delivered. So I recommend everyone to avoid this spam.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
