I purchased a Doogee S50 Smartphone from AliExpress online store China Product Store. A few weeks after I received the order, the phone suddenly stopped receiving, making calls or SMS.
After numerous message exchanges with the online store, eventually, when I reminded them of the 90 day money back guarantee they then offered a refund if I returned the phone to them, which I have no issue with BUT BUT BUT, after some research I have found numerous customers who were offered the same thing with various online AliExpress stores but once returning the item, they never received their refund. I explained this to China Products store asking them for the refund before I return the item; all I get is rhetoric and they will not budge which makes me realize they care nothing for the customers, as also appears to be the case with AliExpress / Alibaba as emails have been sent to them but they appear not to either as if they did, not only would they make sure I was refunded in full but also be annoyed that yet another online store are helping provide a negative reputation for AliExpress and the parent company Alibaba.
I will now NEVER purchase from AliExpress, Alibaba, China Products Store ever again.

I bought an ethernet splitter which I found out that this was a useless extender not a splitter. When I contacted the seller they offered me $ 2 only. I asked for a full refund of $ 12.46 but they sent $ 4 only.
This is an AliExpress store and they did not offer any help.

Let me tell you how Ali Express conned me out of £600. I bought two types of headphones from two different sellers. In both cases aliexpress assured me that I could possibly return the goods via InPost Parcel Machines and receive the money paid upon return. One headphone was faulty the other was a quality failure, so I decided to return them. I reported everything in good time to Aliexpress, after which I was informed that I should receive an SMS with a code to return them via InPost parcel machine. Of course, I did not receive any codes via SMS and my contact with customer service resulted in replies of "be patient" and "no problem". In the meantime, the deadline for the return of the goods and also the refund of the amount paid had passed. The subject of the return closed automatically in the system. I monitored and emailed Aliexpress several times and finally the parcel codes were sent to me via email. I returned both parcels immediately using the code at the InPost parcel machine. As you can easily guess I did not receive any refund of the money paid despite the return of the goods. I emailed repeatedly and also spoke to the person on the customer service chat. Of course, they accepted the request, but the next day I received the information that they do not have any proof that I sent anything via parcel machine. We all know very well that InPost Parcel Machines do not print any confirmation and do not even send confirmation of the return parcel by email. (I have returned goods from other shops in this way many times and never had a problem, and never received any confirmation from InPost)

I ordered six or seven products from AliExpress a few months ago. If you have an issue they really don't stand behind you. I ordered a cell phone that when I received it did not match the specs that were listed in fact it ended up being nothing like the specs that were listed in AliExpress would not step in to help. The seller is selling fraudulent phones that do not have the capacity for what he is saying they do. So I'm out $140 on that. Another issue I was shipped a product that was missing apart it's next to impossible to deal overseas with these types of issues because they want the whole product back and ended up not being able to ship it back but ended up accepting a 50% off refund but I can't find the part so the product is absolutely useless to me.
So all in all I've been out more than $220 on their site I would not have had these issues with amazon. I'd recommend that you stick with local US sellers because there's just too much fraud and it's too difficult to do exchanges and returns! And there's virtually no customer service at AliExpress everything is an email of which you get no response or it's intermittent I had to contact them 10 or 12 times over the same issue. Just avoid it it's not worth your time or headache!

Return was free it shows me when i bought but when I got product and requested to seller and ali express customer service. They didn't help me. Too many missing items and defective items.Their 24/7chat means 24/7 chat with AI. Not actual agent you can always able to talk to and even you get connected to them, many of them are super useless and do not know what they are doing. They always say we'll receive the response within —days and you just have to leave, but you'll never hear from them after. I've been doing this more than 100times. As I live in Australia where Amazon and eBay do not have good varieties to cover my work yet.
I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding from Ali Express and waited twice as long as expected to get it. First off the color was not at all what I expected, but even that I could have accepted but it was way too tight, uncomfortably so. I normally wear a size 8 so a US size 10 should have been fine. I could barely zip it up and forget trying to sit. But the worst was there was no inserted bra, instead there was heavy padding all throughout the torso going up to the bust area so it made you look like you had no bust at all and it was very heavy in that area and made it hotter to wear. The rest was fine, if they had just left out the padding in front and put a proper bra insert in it would have been fine. It wasn't until after I got this one that I actually went to a store that sold mother of bride dresses and realized the difference in the quality. And all their dresses had inserted bras. They may be a little more money but well worth it as far as I'm concerned. The picture of the dress attached is their model.

They took another month to resolve the issue and refused a refund because Aliexpress says I received the item. This is a scam portal with no customer services. Everything you get there are either a scam, fake or absolutely crap quality. I have no idea why we allow China to produce stuff any more. All they do is scam people. The west should pull out all investments and production from China.

My second Phillips Sonicare Flosser died, so went on the Phillips site to possibly purchase another. Saw a product that looked similar but was called
'100% Original Sonicare Air Floss Flosser Phillips HX8340 Support Rechargeable for The Adult with Nozzle and Charger'. Didn't know why it was called air flosser when it had a chamber like my original where I put water or mouth wash.
Unfortunately ordered without carefully checking all the information. Didn't realize that I wasn't ordering through an American company. Should have guessed by the odd description!
Started receiving promotional emails from AliExpress selling everything under the sun. Also got updates to my order of the flosser which cost $44.99 + shipping for a total $50.60. Received the flosser but no instructions! So I used it like my previous one by adding water to the chamber. However water shot out where the tip connected to the body. Had to hold a tissue to the connection.
Complained to AliExpress about the water pulsing out where the tip connected and requested a refund several times explaining the above problem. Got the same return email from them 'refund of $0.00'. With no response to address my issues.

Meanwhile I was letting the flosser charge one night and was awaken by this noise in my bathroom. The noise stopped, I went back to sleep.
