This fake company send out false tracking numbers and does not deliver products, then it refuses to issue a refund. It is a false company, a fraudulent company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I requested a refund for a product which was not as described and went through multiple cases with the customer service reps, each saying that they would personally ensure they would ensure the issue is addressed (except the last rude customer service rep who did nothing to assist). Any other online store has a refund process that is mostly quick and easy. Aliexpress ensures it is extremely difficult or impossible to get a refund.

On the other hand, 3 weeks from getting from some China Airport to Belgium "by air" is even slower than by railroad.
As the package is now in some warehouse in Belgium it is far from been delivered here in Spain.

Most of the reviews I see are that the products aren't manufactured to a sultan's standards. Well, duh, mates! Some of them are cheaply made but still work as well as their expensive relatives, for the most part. But sometimes, you just have to roll the dice and see what's a better investment. So far, I've stretched a LOT of dollars on that website.
I've bought a lot of clothing on this website since they're usually inexpensive, and since I'm not looking to win any fashion contests, since I'm ugly... I'd say the clothes I've bought thus far are quite nice and hold up to my standards, and I'm Australian, so my standards are higher than Snoop!
Delivery can take some time since a lot of the companies are located in China, Korea, or other countries that end with an 'a' and start with other letters... but I'm patient. I also have no issue with buying items from other countries because I've found they're made with about the same quality as anything in the US, AUS, UK... which are usually manufactured in other countries anyway, just relabeled. Shysters!
But AliExpress has a 15-day guarantee, and if everything you buy doesn't live up to your standards or isn't as it was promised, you can send it back and get a full refund, no questions asked. To be candid... If you can't break or bust it in two weeks, it's likely not going to happen. But if it does, it can easily be replaced by a replica that's just as cheap!
But I'd say it's a good website to check out, if you're like me and frugal aka cheap but like a good selection of things.
I will never order from this site again. I ordered 4 ink cartridges on 27 April 2022 from AliExpress. The merchant was MudoKopiStore. Knowing that it was coming from another country, I patiently waited for my package. On 5 May *******, I received an email message: "Your AliExpress order has shipped." On 12 May 2022, I received a 2nd email: "You have a delivery update." There was no date. On 23 May 2022, another message: "Parcel status update to exception... - Delivery failed. Attempted delivery, delivery not possible" - How a delivery could fail to a single family house in Studio City is beyond me. Yesterday 24 July 2022, the message asked "How did it go?" When I went online to submit a dispute request, I was told that I could not submit one until 25 July 2022. Then I received a message that delivery was confirmed today the 25 July, so I went on line to check the tracking. The tracking says the package is still "Out for Delivery." Then I tried to open a dispute, and I followed the directions I came to a page that said "no permission You have already completed this request." Yesterday when I tried, I received this Message: "Refund can't be processed right now Latest tracking available. If you don't receive your order by 2022-07-25 07:32:21, you can apply for a refund."
I also tried to contact the merchant MidoKopi Store by chat and the only answer I received was We will be with you soon. I waited and have not recieived anything.
Well... as long as purchase something cheap and simple - it is OK. I bought HUAWEI MatePad Paper 10.3 inch Ink Screen, $570.00. Paid express DHL, needed to send 2 email to the seller to finally ship it out. So, they shipped USED item, not sealed box, protected with password, with set Chinese language. Locked device, totally worthless. Seller denied get it back. Case opened with Alixepress - DENIED, they protect scam seller, not buyer. Case opened with with paypal - AliPay finally agreed to refund if... I ship it back at my cost. Paid $130 for the UPS out of my pocket. Still waiting for refund, not sure if ever get my money back. So, this is the way how AliExpress works - ZERO protection for buyers. So, keep in mind that once buying electronics, some sellers are just scammers and you may just lost your money.

Buy ONLY ONE item at a time (if you buy more than one and have a problem, their wonky system makes it difficult to address; also, should an item go lost and in the rare event that one is not refunded as A.E.'s dispute process is also a little wonky at times, you can get the money back through your credit.
A.E. Has a chat robot you HAVE to use to then get a real person which may help a dispute along. This is the only direct way I've found to interact with A.E. Although others exist on-site (that don't work).
AliExpress is not reliable company as far as customer care concern. They care only until customer pays for item but then after is hard to claim refund or dispute anything because they do not investigate the issue, taking arbitrary decision and blocking customer from further communication. To my standard they are another scambags. I have recently ordered mini cameras which supposed to be 4K 1080P but movieclips of these cameras are not even standard definitions. When i wanted refund they arbitrary rejected my claim on base that I did not provided sufficient evidence. I decided not to deal with these scambags anymore.

ALIEXPRESS PORMISED BUYER PROTECTION BUT I'VE NEVER HAD ANY SUCCESSFUL / POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. TOOK LOTS OF TIME AND EFFORTS TO CONTACT WITH THEM BUT THEY JUST WENT INTO CIRCLE. FORTUNATELY, MY CREDIT CARD AMERICAN EXPRESS OFFERS DISPUTES WITHIN 60 DAY OF PURCHASE, THEY CREDITED ME BACK ALL CHARGES (ITEM & SHIPPING FEE). AMERICAN EXPRESS GAVE ALIEXPRESS TIME TO REPLY TO THEM THE STATUS OF THE PACKAGES BUT THEY NEVER DID. MAKE SURE USE THE KIND OF PAYMENT THAT SUPPORT YOUR BACK.

Aliexpress is a scam you order an item then they send you the wrong tracking information and your order get send to the wrong country and if you ask the seller they respond. Wait your order is on the way. After i have received a screen shot from the seller about shipping information i have told the seller look at the country you have send the order. Now the seller want 275usd extra for shipping.
