I purchased a Doogee S50 Smartphone from AliExpress online store China Product Store. A few weeks after I received the order, the phone suddenly stopped receiving, making calls or SMS.
After numerous message exchanges with the online store, eventually, when I reminded them of the 90 day money back guarantee they then offered a refund if I returned the phone to them, which I have no issue with BUT BUT BUT, after some research I have found numerous customers who were offered the same thing with various online AliExpress stores but once returning the item, they never received their refund. I explained this to China Products store asking them for the refund before I return the item; all I get is rhetoric and they will not budge which makes me realize they care nothing for the customers, as also appears to be the case with AliExpress / Alibaba as emails have been sent to them but they appear not to either as if they did, not only would they make sure I was refunded in full but also be annoyed that yet another online store are helping provide a negative reputation for AliExpress and the parent company Alibaba.
I will now NEVER purchase from AliExpress, Alibaba, China Products Store ever again.
