Better to pay a little more and actually receive the product rather than, wait for 5 weeks, receive several emails to confirm that the order is in transit, only to be finally advised that they are unable to supply the product. So in addition to wasting my time sending numerous emails, (which, if answered, fail to address the problem as, frequently the person you are corresponding with, has an extremely limited understanding of English), I still am required to pay AU$10.66 for postage for an item which was never posted. Unless the product you want is significantly cheaper on AliExpress it's not worth the risk and the ensuring frustrations. Just don't bother!

I opened a dispute on 5/19/18 and nobody either from the sexy beach store, nor Ali express, ever even bothered to even respond! I'm a frequent shopper and thought to give Ali Express a try. First order for some flip flops was great without a glitch. That's why I started trusting them and placed my 2nd order: **************. Tracking # **************390 19 Big mistake, it was broken up in 3 packages, only received 1 and it's not even close to how it's described. It states material is solid, however is completely see through, I cannot do anything with that bikini, it is NOTHING how it's described. Very cheaply made with the worst stitching I have seen. Again I'm a frequent shopper and know what I'm talking about. I wish I haven't placed my 2nd order. They are not very smart either, cause now they lost a good customer, who could be a lifetime customer. I rather stick with Trendsgal and even SammyDress is better than Ali Express. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They flat out ignore my inquiries. I even attached pics. My next step will be Federal Trade Commision to save others from this rip off company, who don't even bother to at least reply to their customers. I suppose to get a message from Kira an with the sexy beach store and then Ali Express since they brag about their buyer protection, which is one big lie, just to get customers to buy from then. This is a breach and very desceptive. How can they be in business and allow to sell on the internet. Maybe I need to do some research and also report them to the internet Fraud division.

I try buying and paying thru my card and this site wants my personal info, such as driver's license and what not for security reasons. Chatting is so stupid, it's not actually live but programmed, like robots. Bunch of idiots.

I ordered and paid for expedite shipping but got my order after 3 months. Seller charge me for expedite shipping but sent it with regular mail. Package with not done properly, one of the items was broken, two were the wrong the color and the third was low quality. I chalk it up to lesson learning. NO MORE ALIEXPRESS FOR ME. Proceed with care!

I ordered a $400 sink. It was damaged when I received it. Aliexpress does not give more than 50% refund, what a ripoff. China gets rid of their damaged crap in America AND they make a nice profit doing it! Customer service- forget it, they only support the sellers. I am out $200, and have a dented up sink I have to get rid of! Probably a scratch and dent sale scam going on here, but they show pic of beautiful new products.

They need to be shut down! This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had! I had used the site before so my credit card info was on file. I put bridesmaid hats in my shopping cart that were advertised free shipping... when I realized it was $100 for shipping and the free shipping was false advertisement, I did not confirm the purchase and decided against them. My account was charged $150. I messaged them a day later and they said that the hats were already on their way. I asked how to send them back and no response. When I filed a dispute with the company, the seller contacted me and begged me to cancel the dispute promising to send back all of my money and admitting that it was his fault. I sent all of those messages to the dispute person and it was determined that I lost the dispute. They also disabled my account so that I could not leave any feedback on the site. I am disgusted by this site and will be filing a dispute with my bank.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my boss last Halloween because I knew it was coming from China and would take time to get through customs and whatnot. Said it would be delivered by Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving came and went. Tried to contact the company, they said to give them 2 more weeks. I tried tracking my package and kept getting kicked to DHL where they said they had no tracking information for my package. Aliexpress was completely useless and unhelpful. Christmas came and went with no package no refund no communication from the so-called company. I finally started blasting them on Facebook Twitter the seller on their website, contacted the BBB and the attorney general for consumer fraud and threatened them with legal action (I work for a law firm) and they finally refunded my money. NEVER EVER USE THIS CRAPPY SITE

When things go well they go very well but when they don't work out it's awful. I will no longer shop with them following a recent dispute where I was sent goods that arrived in the wrong packaging (really cheap and tacky compared to that in the ad) and in the main the packaging was torn or squashed as the goods had been inadequately packed. After 2 hours trying to resolve this through the dispute process I gave up. The order was worth about £42 and the seller offered me $2 compensation. I have also had goods described as eco friendly that were made of plastic and goods sent with parts missing. On the plus side I have had some amazing bargains and good quality products but when you add both together and factor in that you are unlikely to get a refund if things go wrong or you'll have to spend hours sorting it out, then it's just not worth it.

AliExpress' issue resolution is a joke. The seller shipped a wrong item. AliExpress marked issue as resolved (on their own without my input and they expect me to pay for return shipping? I will never purchase through their site again.

I did an order and rush shipped it on May 12th It said it would be here in 6-13 business days. They kept telling me they shipped my shoes days ago whenon the tracker for shipment it said It hasn't even been shipped out yet. I keep telling them to send my shoes because I need them by May 23 for prom I did rush shipping for a reason and I paid these $#*!ers more money for them to go at the same speed they would go as if I did the regular shipping. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS $#*!TY $#*! WEBSITE OR APP!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!

After measuring my kitchen sink, I ordered 2 of the Roll-up Dish Drainers. When they arrived (from China) they were slightly shorter and narrower than advertised - but just short enough that it wouldn't work on my sink. I tried Contact Us and was instructed I had to create an account. When I tried to create an account I was instructed my account (email address) already existed(?). When I clicked Forgot Password, Send Email - it never sent an email!

I finally sent them a Facebook message. 4 days later they replied asking for my order#. From their response, I knew I was obviously dealing with ESL. I replied same day - and waited another few days for a response. This went on for a couple of weeks. My last couple of responses (yes, once was not enough & I don't know yet about the latest) was LEAVE ME ALONE! I'd rather forget about my $18, it hasn't been worth the hassle.

It wasn't possible to rate NO stars.

I heard so much about this sight so, I decided to order. It was described as a LEATHER purse, so I ordered it. It came and it didnt look like leather so I wanted to return it.
Well. For someone who is not very savvy with the computer, I couldnt figure out how to take pictures and attach them to my complaint.
My issue was that I felt the seller should have said this was PU leather in his description, but he ommitted the very important adjective pu
I wrote several emails to the seller, but he would not return my money.
I then opened a dispute and explained my problem. I was assured my problem was solved.
After so many emails back and forth, I received an email saying the issue was resolved.
I mention the word fraud, because PU leather is very different from leather.
I have not received a refund.

The site might be flashy.
They even boast of customer protection - however if you have a problem with a product, you are in for a shock.

Aliexpress protects the seller at your expense.

Have purchased a wireless headset from NAIKU Official Store.
The item stopped working properly in a few weeks.
The supplier https://naiku1.aliexpress.com/store/*******?spm=a2g0s.*******.0.0.*******c4dWMMWgW - just ignores you.

Up to now we have communicated nine times with Aliexpress customer representatives - what a joke.

There sole objective is to frustrate you so that you ignore your complaint

Lately I've experienced many of my orders through aliexpress sent with China registered mail to my address in Germany have NOT arrived!

The shipping company and seller may given the wrong address, delivered to wrong recipients, stolen or missing or even still in the German Customs, the shipping company just marked them as "successful delivery"!
As aliexpress Platinum Member I received unfair judgement after disputing my orders & feel disadvantaged with losing my money so very often for NOT receiving my orders. Because your Case Management Team do NOT/ can NOT read properly or don't understand how shipping and Online Shopping should work. I doubt that Aliexpress people have business knowledge or have knowledge in Customer Service!

Online shopping should be easy, customers ordered and paid online then paid items should be delivered to the customer and end of story, Everyone is happy!

But Aliexpress expected that Customers should waste to waste their times finding whereabout their packages & even when they dispute them, Customers are the ones who should provide stupid "valid proof of NOT receiving their packages" and after wasting their times and nerves at the end Aliexpress is taking sides of the sellers!
What kind of system is that?
At the end, Aliexpress customers being cheated from their money, their times & nerves! What a joke!

I've ENOUGH of waiting 3 months for my orders then finding out that I don't receive them then I've to bear losing my money of losing the packages!
No thank you! I rather order stuff in Amazon or other online shopping sites even I have to pay double the price but I'm sure that my order will be delivered within 1 week, I can return my order within 4 weeks without paying return mail & it's the job of the sellers to make sure I receive my order without inconvenient the customers

Honestly, i love this site. However, i've only ever ordered gloves, a bag, and a lot of jewelry from aliexpress, so i can't speak for everything they have. I can say that everything i've ordered has arrived on time and the quality is pretty good. I've had issues with a few sellers, but they've been quick in fixing the problem (mostly by sending me a new item). While i highly recommend shopping on this website, the best thing you can do before buying something is to check the reviews. Go for things that have a lot of purchases/reviews, high reviews, and reviews with pictures. I can tell you firsthand that reviews with pictures have saved me so many times.

I got scammed

I PAY BUT THE ORDER DETAILS SAYS IS NOT PAID I have paid for an item and went through the checkout, after one month instead of getting the item, I get an email from AliExpress saying that I didn't pay, I checked my credit card statement and the transfer was successful. CUSTOMER SUPPORT= ROBOTS I spent a lot of time searching a way to contact a human on the customer service, didn´t find any human being, just robots. DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT My account was deactivated (due inactivity?), I contacted the customer support in order to activate it again but no success.
