I ordered a blouse after this company sent me 2 codes for 10% off. Then they sent another code for 15%. Unfortunately, I had already used the 10% code. I used their sizer info. It came to 22% for an xl. , 8% for a large.
When I received the blouse ( size large ) ,it was huge.
I sent an email asking that they put aside a medium for me to exchange because I was disabled and didn't drive. I knew I wouldn't get into a store floor another 3 weeks and I told them this. They never responded.
Then , I decided to ask for a return . I did get a response the and was told that I couldn't return it because it was on sale.I wrote back and told them it wasn't on sale. .They said anything with a code can't be returned. A MISLEADING POLICY ? These codes are freely given so if you want a return , DONT use a code.
I wonder if this company is in trouble financially having such a policy.
Best goldshop hoop clasp broke once they came from box.
I emailed them and eBay MANY TIMES DURING IN 2 YEAR TIME PERIOD?????
E bay response: contact seller . Paid $48.00 USA.
The service may be great. I havent had them yet. I am commenting only on the price.
I was quoted 30.00 an hr. Okay ,then I was quoted 165 for just the bottom floor. ( a backsplit ) .I explained that I only use the kichen. I dont even use the bathroom.
I told him I thought it was high, but, I would try it out. I have emails quoting
the price of 165.
Not once did he say Plus the sales tax. I have NEVER been quoted a cleaning price without including the sales tax. I gave him my credit card and again asked him what the total was. His response : 330.00.
When I got the confirmation email , I was shocked that sales tax was added. By the way, I had to commit to 2 months. ( I wonder why ).
When I sent an email questioning the sales tax , he turned it back on me and said its against the law not to pay sales tax. I accused him of pleading ignorance and that he knew what I was referring to.
I then asked him via email if he belonged to the better business bureau. I have not had a response yet.
I am a disabled senior citizen so vulnerable people be aware.
I do have some proof , but , It is probably a he said , she said and I lose.
I heard so much about this sight so , I decided to order. It was described as a LEATHER purse, so I ordered it. It came and it didnt look like leather so I wanted to return it.
Well.for someone who is not very savvy with the computer , I couldnt figure out how to take pictures and attach them to my complaint.
My issue was that I felt the seller should have said this was PU leather in his description , but he ommitted the very important adjective pu
I wrote several emails to the seller, but he would not return my money.
I then opened a dispute and explained my problem .I was assured my problem was solved.
After so many emails back and forth, I received an email saying the issue was resolved.
I mention the word fraud, because PU leather is very different from leather.
I have not received a refund.
I ordered a pair of winterized vans.
Received a pair the next day.a cheaper uglier,non winterized pair.
I E mailed them and the payment service provider who are: *******@safesslbillpay.com.
The payment service provider kept telling me to be patient.
They must have known this site was fraudulent ,because the site never contacted me.
It's too bad because I may never order from the internet again.
I will turn this in to the police, but ,I do know my money is gone.
